A few days ago, I logged into my Instagram account and was shocked to see it had been banned. The account had [redacted] followers, followed [redacted] accounts, only one picture posted (from [redacted] of my friends and me on a boat), no stories, saved stories, or many comments on posts. It used an old phone number (out of my reach now) and had no email linked. Despite my efforts, I can't receive the confirmation code with any phone number I try. Instagram's help center indicates my account is in good standing and hasn't violated any terms. I'm worried about losing years of chat history. I'm lost, and I don't know how to proceed. Can anyone offer assistance?

I am having trouble receiving the verification code emails at my email account [redacted] I believe the issue lies on your end, not mine. I rely on these emails to prove my identity. You mentioned I didn't specify the Instagram account linked to my Facebook, it is Dust Dedaynn. Unfortunately, I do not currently have funds in my debit card or any other means to solve this. I find this situation very unfair and frustrating.

About a year ago, my account was temporarily blocked, and the recovery code was sent to a number I no longer have access to. In frustration, I created a new account and linked it to my Facebook, even though my old one was also connected. Now, my Facebook and emails are tied to this new account, complicating things. Attempts to retrieve the code from the old SIM linked to the previous account have been unsuccessful as it was given to someone else. The phone line has been inactive for over a year. I urgently need access to my account (eve__ane), but I struggle with the password stored on my old phone. Attempts to reset it send the code to the old number. I now use [redacted] and would like the code sent there. Additionally, trying to log in with Facebook, linked to the new account, proves unfruitful. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing delays with Instagram's assistance in recovering my personal account. I have submitted multiple videos without any response. The problem arose when I switched to a new device and forgot to transfer the Google Authenticator app. My Instagram handle is @reallyDrea, and my email is [redacted] I am eager to regain access. My Instagram account was hacked on October 11, [redacted], and my email and password were changed. The hacker may have also changed the phone number associated with the account. I am unable to access my account as I forgot the two-factor authentication code and do not have posts with my face to verify my identity. I can still access my phone number and the registered email. I have been experiencing difficulties in posting stories on Instagram for weeks now. Whenever I attempt to upload a story, it gets stuck in the Posting stage for several hours or even days before eventually being marked as "Upload failed." I have attempted various troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue: - Verified my internet connection is stable, as other apps and Instagram itself function properly. - Restarted my phone. - Reinstalled the Instagram app. - Updated the Instagram app. - Left the Instagram beta program and reinstalled the app. - Tried posting stories on the browser, but it was unsuccessful. - Attempted to clone the app, which also did not work. It is worth noting that occasionally, a story might get posted out of a batch, but the inconsistency remains puzzling. Additionally, the app crashed numerous times when trying to report the problem directly. My Instagram handle is @flxrian.j in case this information is needed to assist me.

My account is talisha.mlk. It has been temporarily locked. I am unable to confirm my identity as the code can only be sent to my old number, which I no longer have. Could you please send the confirmation code to my new phone number or email? I am willing to provide pictures of my ID or any other necessary verification method, such as a live video call. I just want to regain access to my account. I have sent numerous emails but keep getting redirected to the support page. I am really desperate and frustrated. Hello, I have been facing an issue on Instagram since yesterday evening. I received a notification that my account was blocked for allegedly violating community guidelines. I have not posted recently and was casually browsing. While I was on my Instagram account, I suddenly received a message saying that my account had been deactivated and that I had 30 days to recover it. I did not request for it to be deleted. I followed the steps to recover it by entering my email address, then the code sent, followed by my phone number and the verification code. However, now I am stuck on a black loading page with a spinning circle, and at the bottom, it suggests I log in to another account. I want to regain access to my original account, Emma.31.07.20.
