I mistakenly ordered bar table legs instead of dining table legs for our homeless hub project. Due to being unwell, I missed the refund date. The seller, Beautiful Place, agreed to a refund upon return. I paid an additional £[redacted] for the courier to return the items. After buying the correct legs from Beautiful Place, I didn't receive any refund updates, so I initiated a refund through eBay. Unfortunately, I could only select the smaller legs for a refund due to the expired date. I received a refund of £[redacted].08, half of the original £[redacted].12. The original order number was [redacted], with item number [redacted]34 delivered on July 25th by Yodel with tracking number JJD[redacted][redacted]. Can anyone assist with this issue?

I purchased 3 bracelets from Cakaccessories, expecting to receive the fourth one for free as per the promotion. However, the seller claims I did not add the free item to the order despite being charged for it. I contacted the seller immediately, and after some back and forth, I was instructed to buy another bracelet and add the free one I wanted. Even though I was charged for the second bracelet, the seller sent me 3 due to an issue with eBay refunds. This contradicts the advertised deal of buying 3 and getting one free. I opened a return case on August 14th regarding this matter. Then, on October 16th, I made another purchase of over a hundred dollars from the seller, reminding them to send me the free item owed to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a response from the seller despite reaching out multiple times. I value my money and as a loyal eBay customer, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and service. If this issue persists, I may have to consider shopping on Amazon or elsewhere. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received a message from Abhyudya Trading Ltd in Assam offering a part-time online job to help increase sales for online stores. Initially, they asked for recharges of [redacted] and [redacted], then assigned me a task to buy an eBay product to earn a commission. Subsequently, they requested recharges of [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] for a higher commission, linking it to completing the task for withdrawal. They threatened to withhold payment and report to the government or bank if I didn't comply. I seek help from eBay to recover my money from this company.

Abhyudya Trading Ltd, located in Assam, contacted me about a part-time online job to help boost sales for online stores. Initially, I was asked to recharge with amounts like [redacted] and [redacted]. Subsequently, tasks were given to buy eBay products to increase sales, promising commissions. They asked for recharges of [redacted], [redacted], and then [redacted], escalating to [redacted] for higher commissions. They insisted on completing these recharges to be eligible for withdrawal. Threatening not to pay and reporting me to authorities if I didn't comply. I seek assistance from eBay to retrieve my funds from this company.

I recently purchased a motorcycle on eBay, but the seller has been very evasive and uncooperative in providing me with the information I am legally entitled to. I complied with making the initial deposit, but the seller has not been open and forthcoming regarding the legal ownership of the motorcycle. The eBay item number is [redacted]00. It is a [redacted] Harley Davidson Road King that was advertised and listed with a clear title. I contacted the seller to inquire whether the title was in the name of the seller, but he was evasive and did not acknowledge whether he was the legal owner or not of the motorcycle. If the seller of a motor vehicle is not the person named on the title, legally, it is not theirs to sell, and the seller, with the username reading_mamabear, might not be the legal owner. They have not answered a single telephone call despite several attempts and the emails I receive are unhelpful or sarcastic at best. I hope to resolve this with some assistance from eBay. Thank you.

I am reaching out regarding my eBay order 07-09[redacted]6 for the ADCOM GTP-[redacted] II PreAmplifier/Tuner. I initially contacted the seller on 13 Oct about an issue with the product but have not received any response after sending two follow-up emails. The ADCOM was delivered on 22 Sep, and after testing on 23 Sep, it seemed to be functioning correctly. However, when I tried to use it again after a two-week vacation, the tuner feature was not working properly. I have checked the antenna connection multiple times, and it seems to be in good condition. The tuner displays but does not lock onto any stations. As the seller does not typically accept returns, I am looking to utilize the eBay guarantee to return the product. The lack of response from the seller has left me with no other option but to seek assistance through eBay. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I need to file another appeal to address this issue. Please carefully review my case and consider reopening it for appeal. I believe an appeal is necessary as I was informed the case cannot be appealed. Here are the reasons why I am appealing: 1. You mentioned sending me a label on October 4, but it was not received. 2. I received the wrong item. 3. I couldn't return the item as I do not have the seller's address and the label that was promised was never sent. 4. Despite my request not to close the case until I received the label, it was closed the same day without sending the label I was advised I would receive. 5. The case was closed without resolution, and I was left without the label that was supposed to be sent on October 4th. I urge you to review the calls and messages regarding this matter. Initially, my purchase history indicated a payment of $8.19, but upon clicking the item, the price displayed as $[redacted].99. This seller, worldofbooksinc, exhibits questionable behavior with numerous negative reviews. It seems the seller falsely claimed non-payment to demand $[redacted].99. I possess evidence of paying $8.19 for the item, which was a direct purchase, not a bid. Thus, I received a Bid Cancellation Notice in error. I have both paid for and received the book. I appeal for assistance in resolving this matter as the seller's actions appear dishonest, and I aim to safeguard other eBay customers from similar experiences. My primary objective is to have my account reinstated. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I need to speak with a customer service representative regarding my order 16-09[redacted]9. Despite the seller notifying me that some parts were unavailable, they only issued a partial refund, leaving me out of pocket. The seller's error should have led to the entire order being canceled, not just partially refunded. I was told it was "too late to cancel," which is incorrect given the circumstances. I am requesting assistance to cancel the order entirely and process a full refund of $99.86 back to my account promptly.

I purchased headlights for my truck and need to return them because they don't fit. After receiving the email with the return shipping label, I encountered an issue when trying to download it. The system mentioned my account is suspended due to a supposed $50 non-payment for an item that wasn't even sold. I believe I may have checked out as a guest, which is puzzling as I used my phone for the purchase. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through automated customer service, I was unsuccessful. It was meant to arrive on the 21st of October, and it's now the 28th of October with no news. Where is the product? I have been trying to contact you via the customer service phone number provided on the internet, but I am being directed to premium rate numbers that don't work or give me any answers. Should I consider this a scam? This would lead me to report you to the police...or what should I do? I will give you until Monday, and if the product has not reached the recipient by then, or if I don't have a valid explanation for a possible refund, then I will file a complaint. I placed an order for a Hommak kettle on October 13, [redacted], at 11:46 am. The seller's contact number is 0*06-09[redacted]9. I was charged £18.25 by this seller in London. Upon checking the tracking information, I found out the item is out of stock, even though it was in stock when I made the purchase. The seller has vanished, and I am unsure about getting a refund. I used my Santander credit card for this transaction, which serves as proof of payment. I have bought the kettle from another seller now, hoping it will arrive. The initial seller has not reached out to explain the situation regarding the first kettle I ordered, and their eBay listing is no longer available.

I am seeking assistance regarding an order placed with Parts Geeks. I have not received the part I ordered but instead received a part meant for someone else. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including contacting eBay for help, the case was closed in favor of Parts Geeks. Even after providing evidence with pictures of what I received versus what I ordered, they closed the case based on the tracking number. I ordered a flywheel for an '85 Corvette but received two stabilizer bars for an unknown vehicle. I have pictures of the box with Parts Geeks' name on it, confirming delivery to my address but of the wrong item. I urgently need to return the incorrect part to get a refund as I had to purchase the correct one elsewhere for my car that is currently in the shop. The invoice on the part I received shows a sender from Waverly, Ohio. I am from Aurora, Illinois and willing to return the package once this matter is resolved and I am reimbursed. This unexpected situation is causing me a loss of $95, a substantial inconvenience. I ask for help as a long-time member of eBay, dating back to [redacted], I have never encountered such a problem before.

I sold a nearly new Google 6 Pro phone on eBay a few months ago. The buyer claimed it had two scratches and requested a refund. Upon receiving it back, I discovered more scratches, oil residue, a missing sim card tray, and a pattern lock rendering it unusable. Despite my cooperation and providing a return label promptly, I feel scammed by the buyer. eBay assured me they had my back, but in the end, they refunded the buyer. I am left with a damaged phone that was pristine initially and feeling helpless in this situation.

Hello, I encountered an issue with an eBay purchase I made on October 30th for a $50 PlayStation gift card. The payment on the website was successful, but I noticed that $54.99 was deducted from my bank account instead of the $50 for the item. Subsequently, when I tried to order another $50 PlayStation gift card, the website prompted me to check my order details or change the payment method. It didn't allow me to confirm and pay, so I exited the page. I then attempted to order a $10 gift card, and the same issue occurred. Upon reviewing my bank account, I saw that $54.99 and $88.60 were deducted. I didn't intend to make these purchases since the payment failed, and I would appreciate a refund for these amounts.

I had a customer order a plant and request an address change. I confirmed the details matched and used Pirateship to ship the package as ordered from eBay. The customer's post office held the package, but it is now returning to me unexpectedly. I must act quickly as I only have 3 days to address the issue. It seems I may have to refund the money and face consequences for a situation outside my control. The same customer ordered from me again recently, but I prefer not to proceed due to the previous issue. Cancelling this order could impact my account negatively, despite the circumstances not being my fault.

I was in search of a new cell phone this past summer. After ordering several, I finally settled on the Blade Z 30 Vita. However, I encountered issues with my printer due to software problems. I also faced delays with returning a Samsung Galaxy S21 I purchased from onlinephones4sale. Despite my efforts, I was denied a refund of $[redacted].01 due to complications with the return process and my bank not acknowledging it. I have been struggling for a week to find assistance with a sale issue, but I am unable to reach a real person for help. Despite trying various links and sending emails, I have made no progress. I sold item number [redacted]86 on Oct 30th, with the buyer paying $14 for shipping. However, the actual shipping cost was $14.99. After getting new shipping quotes of $[redacted] with USPS, $85 with FedEx, and $[redacted] with UPS, the buyer agreed to pay an additional $30 for shipping. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to adjust the shipping cost. I considered canceling the sale and reposting it with buyer-paid shipping. However, eBay is requesting a $26 retraction fee, which I find unreasonable. I feel sellers like myself receive minimal support from eBay in such situations. I am hoping to find a solution to this issue promptly, as well as to another shipping problem I am facing. Thank you.

My eBay account has been compromised. I've noticed suspicious activity like my phone being cloned and many of the links being spoofed. I added the eBay app from the Apple Store, and it seems corrupted. Today, I was credited $[redacted] for an item I tried to sell, but due to the hack, I couldn’t access my account to manage the bidding or respond to messages. Although I changed my password and email, the account is still showing as suspended. Even after receiving confirmation texts and emails, I can't sign in. A customer service representative mentioned it might take until tomorrow to unsuspend my account, but later stated that everything was fine, only for the issue to persist.
