My eBay account is currently blocked due to an email I sent to an eBay dealer in Germany. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in unblocking it as I cannot reach a live person from eBay. If the only way to contact a real person is through a phone call, kindly arrange that for me. My wife's cell number is [redacted], as I don't have an iPhone for text messages and can't access my email for the verification codes due to the account block. Each time I request a code, a new one is sent, creating a loop that I can't break. It's essential that I speak with a customer representative to resolve this issue and have my account unblocked.

I shipped a Pokemon card through eBay in a secure package following all necessary precautions. The card was in excellent condition, but the buyer claims it arrived with scratches, accusing me of being dishonest. I have a consistent shipping method for all my cards, and this is the first complaint I've received. I suspect foul play, possibly an attempt to scam me out of $75 by switching the card. I'll give it a few days to see if other buyers report damage. If more issues arise, I'll accept the returns as a postal problem. Otherwise, I'll stand by my suspicion of a scam.

I purchased a lamb on eBay from a seller named Wanyang2015. A day after buying it, I received a message from the seller saying there were no shipping options to Mauritius and suggested canceling the order. I agreed to cancel and emailed back several times, but haven't received any further communication until today when I saw that the item was marked as shipped. I haven't received the product or any updates from the seller. I am a student on a tight budget, and this money is for my project which is essential for my final exams and future university plans. I would like to either receive the product or get a refund. Thank you.

I listed some wheels for sale. A buyer from Germany agreed to arrange shipping and made the purchase. However, the buyer did not provide complete shipping details or instructions for the shipment. Now, the buyer wants to cancel the order, but I'm unable to process the cancellation because they don't have access to a credit card or bank account. It seems like the buyer's payment is on hold, possibly by eBay or PayPal. I believe any refund should come from there. Additionally, there seems to be some taxes involved that the buyer may want back. I've tried to communicate with the buyer despite the language barrier, as he speaks German. eBay's customer service is hard to reach through chat, phone, or email, leaving me concerned about a potential account issue due to this unresolved matter.

Hello, I am facing an issue with a website I purchased from an eBay seller, RedFire Websites, in December [redacted]. Despite having a contract and making monthly payments through PayPal, the website went down in mid-October [redacted], and I have been unable to reach the seller through email or their ticket submission platform. RedFire Websites continues to sell websites on eBay and provide hosting services but has neglected their existing customers like me. I am unable to access my account anymore. Every time I try to sign in, I am prompted to create a new password. Specifically, on November 18, [redacted], I attempted to sign in seven or more times, each time receiving an Ebay security code via email. Despite following the instructions and setting up a new password as requested multiple times, I was still unable to sign in. Prior to this incident, there have been other occasions where Ebay notified me of attempted account access from a different device. I occasionally browse Ebay on my cell phone – could this be the "other device" they are referring to? The last successful sign-in was on November 12, [redacted], when I placed a bid on a book using my laptop, which is my usual way of accessing Ebay. I tried to email the seller twice to explain my situation, but my emails were returned as undeliverable. I am perplexed by this situation. Why doesn't Ebay have a customer service number? Having a direct line for assistance would greatly benefit loyal customers like myself. I am uncertain about what steps to take next, whom to contact, and whether I will receive a response from an Ebay representative via email.

I came across a [redacted] Silverado truck for sale on a local Facebook site for $[redacted] with only 60,[redacted] miles, appearing almost new. The seller redirected me to eBay due to relocating to Montana. After receiving an email that seemed legitimate with eBay logo and instructions to purchase 4 $[redacted] eBay gift cards, I almost fell for the scam. Before proceeding, I reached out to eBay Motors. Thankfully, they confirmed it was a scam. The scammer insisted I provide the card details for free delivery. I confronted him with eBay's policies, and he abruptly hung up. Despite buying the cards from Walgreens, they wouldn't refund me. I urgently need to speak to eBay to recover my $[redacted]. I am inquiring about my order placed on eBay on October 19 with the order number 27-07[redacted]0 from the seller webstoredipedruzzisaul. Despite several attempts to contact the seller and provide my correct address, I have not received my purchase. The SDA shipping code is 288016e163563. I reached out to SDA, but they advised me to contact the sender for address modifications. After WhatsApp communication with the seller, I was directed to the distant express delivery center, where I was unable to collect the package. The parcel was eventually returned on November 15 and signed for by the seller on the 16th, leaving me without the item I purchased. Despite my efforts and complaints to eBay, I have not received a favorable response. I am unsure of my options moving forward and if I am eligible for a refund for the undelivered monitor.

I purchased a patio heater from an Ebay seller, Tooldepot99, on November 8th. Although the delivery date was set for November 24th, I waited patiently. The seller informed me on November 22nd that the package was shipped but was later returned to them by their request through Fedex due to shipping damages. Upon tracking the package, I noticed it had made it to Barrington, NJ, instead of Browns Mills, NJ, where I am located, and there was no scheduled delivery date available. The package remained in Barrington for two days before moving to Independence, Kentucky. After contacting Fedex, I was informed that the item, originating from Walmart, was intended for another recipient in Greenfield, not Browns Mills, and that I would not receive it. I now seek a full refund either from the seller or Ebay as I no longer wish to engage with the seller due to the issues encountered.

I recently discovered that the shipping address on my account was incorrect, but I found where to update it. Unfortunately, the seller refunded my order because they couldn't reach me through eBay. Despite speaking with a customer service representative a week ago and being assured that everything was fine with my account, my shipping address was still wrong when I received the confirmation of my order shipment. I attempted to correct or cancel my order through the website but struggled to get assistance. After a frustrating hour-long wait for support, I ultimately used an eBay card for my purchase. I purchased a ramp from Titan Industries, but only received one part of the order so far. The other two parts were sent back to the manufacturer by the distributor without explanation. I am in the process of moving to Orlando and need the missing parts of the ramp. I kindly request the seller to update the shipping address and resend the missing pieces or provide me with a packing slip to return the incomplete ramp for a full refund. I am disappointed with the handling of my order by Federal Express and have had no response from the seller. My new address will be in Orlando starting Sunday, and I will be there for two weeks. If the missing parts cannot be delivered by then, I will return the one part I received for a refund. I need this resolved promptly as I need the refund for Christmas shopping and will have to find an alternative ramp if the issue is not addressed. I bought an e-skateboard, the Hoverzon, from eBay in April for my birthday. Upon receiving it, I rode it up and down the street for a few minutes. I bought shoes for $37.28 from ClothingFeast, but upon receiving them, I found they were poorly made and not as advertised. EBAY contacted the seller, who asked me to return the shoes to an address in China without providing a return shipping label. The shipping cost quoted by United Parcel to China was $[redacted].76, which is unreasonable. I am facing an issue with my email account, which has been unexpectedly suspended and terminated by the provider. This action has come as a surprise as I have been a business seller for over a decade. The reason given is allegedly selling counterfeit or prohibited items, which is unfounded as I have been selling the same legitimate items for years with proper permissions from my suppliers. It has been challenging to reach eBay directly via email. I am a highly rated eBay user who is struggling to get a response from the eBay vendor regarding a Square Trade policy for a bacteria repellant necklace. The necklace was returned, and I received a refund. I have contacted the Square Trade vendor multiple times through eBay's "Contact the Vendor" feature, but they have not replied, despite my request for a refund for the unused policy. I seek a refund as I no longer have the item. The vendor, squaretradeus, has been unresponsive, and in light of this experience, I hope eBay investigates to prevent other customers from facing a similar situation of losing money on an unnecessary warranty.
