I bought two routers from a seller, but FedEx is requesting a Certificate of Origin from the Chamber of Commerce due to the shipment's origin information. The seller mentioned I could lose my money if I don't handle form CBP [redacted] with FedEx (TNT) for the order delivery, even though I bought the items for personal use and not for importing. I feel unfair about potentially losing money as the document requirement wasn't made clear during purchase. I request eBay's assistance with this situation. The order number is 07-07[redacted]1.

Subject: Dispute for Case #[redacted] Regarding Ebay Order I am disputing case #[redacted]. Upon reviewing my Ebay order for the zester, I received the zester itself through USPS as per the tracking information provided. The missing items include the utensil holder and car key covers which were not in the same package. I have evidence to support my claim, including pictures and details of the delivery. The locker size was unsuitable for the utensil holder indicating it was not included in the zester package. The building manager confirmed no additional deliveries were made that day, supporting my argument. It seems there may have been an error in delivery or package handling. I kindly request a refund for the missing items promptly. If not resolved, I will escalate the issue through Paypal and my bank. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am seeking information regarding a refund for returning an item to the seller. My online account displays a $2.98 balance supposedly related to using the eBay label. I personally paid for the return shipping at my local USPS office. I wish to discuss this matter with a representative. Even though a refund was issued for the item, the shipping cost was not refunded. The explanation provided by the eBay representative mentions that selecting "wrong size" falls under a "remorse condition" for clothing, where the buyer covers both the delivery and return shipping costs per the seller's 30-day return policy. This situation has caused confusion regarding which option to choose during the return process, especially when the seller offers "free shipping." I paid $4.25 for the return, surpassing the cost of acquiring a return label from eBay. I covered my own shipping expenses and do not want to bear two shipping charges. This matter needs to be resolved, either by you or by having a manager or supervisor get in touch with me. I have too many other challenges to deal with. If needed, feel free to contact me at [redacted].

Dear Dave S., We have been working diligently for a month to process your refund, but we are encountering a significant issue on eBay where the platform is not functioning correctly, preventing us from initiating the return process. Despite our efforts, we are currently stuck in a loop with no assistance from eBay to help facilitate your refund. I am reaching out to inform you of the situation and our commitment to resolving this matter promptly. To expedite the refund, we kindly request your cooperation in closing the case, which should trigger the option to proceed with the return. Alternatively, we can process a bank transfer for your refund, although this method may entail some time. Attached, you will find supporting screenshots illustrating the challenges we are facing in initiating the refund process on eBay. We are dedicated to resolving this matter as soon as possible to ensure you receive your refund promptly. Sincerely,

Hello, I am encountering an issue with a seller regarding an item I purchased. Upon arrival, I discovered the item, including the Hot Wheels card, was crushed. I wanted to return it, but the seller refuses to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Given that I only paid $3.50 for the item plus shipping, it doesn't make sense for me to pay $5.00 for return shipping to recover $3.50. The item in question is #[redacted]62, and I had informed the seller in advance that I am a collector who prefers items in their original packaging. I would appreciate your advice on how to proceed. Thank you, Mike P. (Peakemik)

I recently tried to purchase a shade sail on eBay, but encountered an error during the payment process. The website indicated the product might have sold out or the seller failed to update the availability status. Despite the issue, my payment of $29.37 went through, and I have not received a refund yet. I believe this is unfair as the product was no longer available when I tried to buy it. I would appreciate it if eBay could refund my money promptly.

I recently ordered the Scholastic Grammar 3rd-grade book from Thrift Books. They confirmed my order on July 9th and notified me that it was shipped on July 12th with an estimated arrival between July 13th and July 26th. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the book, and it does not show up in my purchase history. The order number is 22-07[redacted]8, and the item number is [redacted]23. I have been unable to reach Thrift Books as their message system indicates they are overwhelmed. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I am disappointed as this is not the first time I have encountered issues with their service. I have all the order details but cannot see it in my history. I am seeking a refund due to the delay considering school has already started, and I needed the book. I will not be making any future purchases from them.

I opened my account yesterday and made my first purchase today on eBay, buying an Adopt Me game pet for $4.75. The seller swiftly processed my payment, and I received the game item. However, I received an email wrongly stating the bid was canceled when it was actually confirmed as purchased. There are no bids showing in my account. Even after verifying the purchase in my history, I received an email about an unauthorized login from California despite living in Alaska and not being online then. Following this, I was informed of a permanent suspension for policy violations, which I believe I haven't breached. This is my inaugural eBay experience, and I sought customer support, but the assistance was unhelpful and abrupt, leaving me suspended with no clear explanation. I suspect a possible hack but haven't noticed any unauthorized purchases. I need assistance in understanding the situation and resolving the suspension issue.

In October [redacted], I placed an order with the seller "salefromdollar" for a lens and light meter, with order numbers 18-05[redacted]0 and 18-05[redacted]1 totaling $[redacted] USD. Unfortunately, I received a camera instead of the lens and light meter. After contacting the seller, they sent me a replacement package a few weeks later, but the lens I received was in poor condition due to grease and muck on the aperture blades. I decided to return the item for a refund, and the seller provided me with a return address. Despite sending the package in mid-October [redacted], I did not receive a tracking number from NZ Post and the package never arrived in Ukraine. After contacting NZ Post and the seller, I have yet to receive a refund or a resolution, as the seller provided an incomplete address for the return. I am seeking a full refund, including postage costs, as I am unable to file a claim with NZ Post due to the incomplete address provided by the seller.

I purchased a 4.0L VIN H 5th Digit 1UZFE engine for my 92-97 Lexus SC Series through eBay. The engine arrived with issues like low compression in 2 cylinders, a blown head gasket, and other significant problems. Despite reaching out to the seller for a return or compensation, they have been unresponsive. eBay closed the case without a resolution. A refund or replacement motor is needed, as I spent a total of over $[redacted], including transportation costs to HN. I have documented evidence, including a video and mechanic's report, to support my case.

I recently received a message accusing me of misusing eBay due to multiple instances where I needed to return items that were not as described. I am frustrated by this allegation as each return was due to sellers being dishonest and selling defective items. In my latest return, the item was supposed to be new but arrived used and dirty. Prior to that, I received a significantly shorter item than what was listed, and another time, the item was smaller than described, with the seller failing to follow through on a promised partial refund. There was also an occasion where an item was never delivered, prompting eBay to intervene and issue a refund. In each case, I was the victim of misrepresented items and had to seek resolution through eBay. The reasons for my returns were entirely valid, and it is upsetting to receive such a message questioning my actions on the platform.

I recently purchased a DYMO CardScan V9 Executive business card scanner to replace my old Model 7, upgraded to [redacted] software, which was providing poor scans. However, I encountered difficulties during the installation of the V9 scanner using the provided CD software key. I am quite frustrated by this as I have seen other customers encountering the same issue. I reached out for tech support via cellphone, paying a $5 fee, only to receive a link for my old Model 7 scanner's software, which I already have installed and was looking to replace with the V9 version. I am disappointed that I am being repeatedly charged for services to resolve issues that should have been addressed by the product itself. I do not wish to continue incurring charges for unnecessary services, such as paid memberships. If a solution cannot be provided without additional fees, I would like a full refund for my purchase. Order Number: [redacted]83. Thank you.

I have requested a refund for a purchase through eBay. I received case # [redacted] and was advised that the seller would provide a prepaid return shipping label. However, the seller has requested pictures of the product, even though it is new and in its original condition. The product I received does not match the description provided, as it does not have the pumping height of 67CC as advertised. I am disappointed with the process of returning an item worth $17.31. Despite eBay customer service stating the case would be open until 8/19, the seller's email mentions a deadline of 8/17 for submitting pictures. I am encountering difficulties accessing the return details through the email provided. I am considering disposing of the product if eBay does not resolve this matter promptly.

I recently made a purchase online, and upon inquiring about a missing part, the seller modified the post, denying any record of my purchase. Despite having screenshots and proof of my orders, the seller claimed my item was shipped on August 4th, yet it has not arrived. After leaving a negative review, the seller refused to provide me with the missing item, citing my feedback. I believe I have more evidence to support my claims, including additional screenshots. I seek resolution and hope for a call back to address this issue promptly. Thank you, Kristie.

I recently reviewed my purchase history and noticed that an item I bought was never delivered. The order number is 22-03[redacted]2 for a [redacted]-disc DVD CD organizer. Oddly, the item doesn't show up in searches anymore. It was purchased on September 16, [redacted], at 9:26 pm, with an expected arrival date of October 7, [redacted]. The seller was Jenbuild404. Surprisingly, I no longer reside at the shipping address the item was sent to, and I'm unable to contact the seller using the app. The purchase still shows in my account, but the item was never received. Since my previous account is closed, a refund to the associated visa ending in [redacted] wouldn't work. Any assistance with receiving the item or arranging for an eBay credit would be appreciated. Thank you. Dale H.

The seller on eBay owes me $27 and some change. They claim to have refunded the money, but after checking with my bank, I have not received it. The seller cancelled the order and said they found the item later. I have been waiting for the refund for days, feeling frustrated and tired of waiting. It's been nearly 4 or 5 days now, and I am still empty-handed. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau as this experience has been terribly frustrating.

I recently received a concerning message from eBay regarding a possible misuse of their policies. I am frustrated by the accusation of misusing the buyer's policy due to returning items for refunds after purchasing them. Upon reviewing the reasons for my returns, it is clear that the sellers are at fault for misleading listings and descriptions. In a recent purchase, an item listed as new arrived clearly used, indicating deceptive practices by the seller. When I reached out about undelivered items, another seller failed to respond, leading me to involve eBay. This recurring issue points to a pattern of sellers providing inaccurate descriptions. While I mistakenly bid on one item, the seller was understanding in canceling the purchase. If my account faces suspension, I urge eBay to also address dishonest sellers who exploit buyers. I refuse to support those who deceive buyers without consequences, as I work diligently for my earnings and will not tolerate such behavior.

On June 29, [redacted], I purchased a pair of Western raised stitched boots from an eBay seller named Pairmysole. eBay deducted $[redacted].89 in Canadian funds from my account for order #21-07[redacted]4. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates or my order as of today. If my order cannot be fulfilled, I kindly request a refund so I can explore other sellers on eBay for my boots purchase. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, R.P.

I recently found out that my account was permanently suspended due to suspicious activity. I did not receive an email explaining this decision. Additionally, I noticed that I was charged three times for a shipping label that I had already paid for, resulting in an overcharge of $25.05. I am requesting a full refund of this amount and a written clarification regarding the account suspension. Unfortunately, live support has been unavailable today, causing immense frustration. It seems impossible to reach a live person by phone at this company. Since opening this account, I have encountered numerous issues and now regret doing so. I expect a prompt refund of $25.05 and a detailed account suspension explanation. If these concerns are not addressed, I will have to seek legal assistance.

I placed a bid on an item listed as an autographed jersey with a UDA COA for a Michael Jordan signed jersey. The seller mentioned having emails confirming the sticker, but upon reviewing them, they only refer to an autographed item, not specifying it's a jersey. The seller then claimed the item is authentic to the best of their knowledge, which was not mentioned in the listing. After investing a significant amount of money, I discovered the jersey is fake and requested a refund. The seller even mentioned they might not refund me if Beckett deems the signature fake. I cannot justify paying $4,[redacted] for an item that might be fake. I have advised the seller to relist the item. If it is indeed an authentic Michael Jordan autographed jersey, it will sell for a high price. It's disappointing that the seller misrepresented the item in their listing, as I would not have bid on it otherwise.
