I've had difficulty canceling YouTube TV and was charged $70 the same day. I've attempted to get a refund, but I can't seem to find any assistance. Contacting customer service has been incredibly frustrating, with no one answering the phones or responding. I'm considering contacting the Better Business Bureau and my bank for a fraud check. After spending over 8 hours on hold or trying to connect with someone, I'm dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. I've been unsuccessful in speaking with a representative despite my efforts. I was charged $12.92 for YouTube Premium (Music) recently. However, upon attempting to play one of my saved songs, I still encountered commercials and ads. This is not what I signed up for; I upgraded to YouTube Premium (Music) specifically to enjoy my music without interruptions. I expect to receive the service I paid for - ad-free music, or I would like a refund promptly.

After dealing with some hardships, I finally regained access to my Yahoo email but now need help with my YouTube account. I want to update my recovery phone number to [redacted] since my old number [redacted] is no longer in service after having it for 15 years. Unfortunately, I can't recall the password since I've changed it multiple times due to my ex interfering. Can you please assist by sending me an email that will enable me to change the phone number and password for my account under the initials T A? I have a few examples of potential passwords like "vanessa1," "vivinee1," "Vivin331," or "vAne$$A1." I have more options if needed to verify my account. Your help in recovering my videos and music from before my troubles would be greatly appreciated.

For the past two years, I've been unable to post comments on YouTube videos. Despite typing them in and seeing them on the page, the comment count does not increment when I hit enter. Additionally, I haven't received any replies to my comments for about two years. It seems like I am shadow-banned, with political reasons cited as the cause, even though I don't use abusive language or hate speech. I believe my comments are being suppressed due to certain truths I bring up that go against mainstream narratives. I am a YouTube Prime subscriber and request that my right to comment be reinstated. For more than six years, across various devices, we have been experiencing constant messages from Google Tech Support when using Youtube, even after purchasing Youtube Premium. We have repeatedly requested them to stop. Despite turning off all microphones based on Verizon Tier 2 support's recommendation, the messages persist. We have tried contacting Google through various channels, waiting on hold for lengthy periods with no response. After one incident where my son responded strongly to the messages, Google cautioned us about speech guidelines. It's frustrating to not find a Google representative to address this issue promptly. We have no intention of using the VOX feature and seek resolution without further harassment from Google.

I am pursuing legal action as some of your female content creators allegedly filmed me in my home without consent. The private recordings were shared online, leading to harassment and disrespectful behavior from the public. They have even gone as far as creating inappropriate avatars of me in games like Minecraft. I am looking to seek justice and compensation for the severe emotional distress caused by this violation of my privacy.

I have raised this issue several times with you, yet I keep receiving the run-around and being redirected back to these pages. You claim that Google crashed because I have too many things open or that my tablet doesn't support all of Google's features, but I find these explanations unsatisfactory. This ongoing issue appears to be a cover-up on your end, involving your colleagues or employees, whom I will name later. I intend to inform them that they will be involved in this matter as well. I recently experienced an issue with an overcharge from Utube TV. Upon contacting support, I was guided through a series of steps involving Amazon and Zelle, resulting in a request for me to transfer $[redacted] with the promise of adding $64.99 back to my account. After complying, I was informed of a problem and instructed to buy a $[redacted] gift card. Despite being offered $[redacted] for the inconvenience, I did not purchase the gift card to avoid being scammed again. The individual who identified himself as the floor manager, Evaan Gray, at [redacted], urged me not to disclose the situation to others, threatening to terminate my Utube TV service. I am concerned about this situation and suspect fraudulent activity. I would like to report this to the corporate office for further investigation.

I manage a Youtube channel for my band, The Rainbow Press, which can be found at youtube.com/therainbowpress. Last September, we encountered issues with Tunecore. Despite releasing 2 songs through their service, Tunecore took down the songs, declined releasing more content, and failed to provide an explanation. During the brief period when our songs were available, Tunecore added a playlist on Youtube featuring the song "Parallel Universe" (youtube.com/channel/UCPbSgrhU_wYyuhiv4wndQoA). Although the playlist is currently empty, it still appears prominently in Youtube searches for our band. Since we are transitioning to Distrokid for future releases and have yet to unveil "Parallel Universe," we are concerned about potential conflicts. We kindly request the removal of this playlist from Youtube to prevent any confusion. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you! -Lawrence M.

The channel, New Wave Doors, has valuable content, but we are unable to access it because we do not know which email was used to set it up. Good morning, I have been attempting to reach a representative for three weeks by phone, but no one has answered. I am experiencing multiple issues with my YouTube service. Firstly, the supposed family plan rate of $17.00 has been charged at $26.00 from my bank account. I require clarification on this billing discrepancy. Additionally, despite following the "how to add family members" instructions, I have been unable to connect my family members to the ad-free service that I am paying for. Consequently, this plan is not beneficial if my family cannot utilize it. Lastly, for subscription renewals, I prefer not to have automatic withdrawals and wish to make payments manually for each month. I kindly request resolution of these matters promptly, or I will consider discontinuing my subscription altogether.

I am in a tricky situation right now and seeking some assistance. A friend of mine came across a comment on YouTube that has been bothering him for a while. Even though he reported it, his tendency to worry excessively is driving him to confirm the content of the comment he can't recall clearly. In an effort to assist him, he shared the username of the commenter, some fragments of the comment, and the video where he first encountered it. Although this incident occurred a few years ago, it continues to trouble him, and he would greatly benefit from being able to revisit the comment. He is unsure if YouTube stores archived reported comments. Any guidance or support you can offer on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have unfortunately lost access to my previous channel due to an individual causing controversy without my involvement. The YouTube channel responsible for the harassment is BrentDaBased. This person has falsely accused me of changing my name to inappropriate terms, threatened me with violence, made racist remarks, and even created another channel, Ant the Monkey, to further target and harass me. To make matters worse, he has used my real face for this new account and made derogatory comments about me being a slave. I am seeking assistance from YouTube, Devienart, Twitter, and Discord to address and resolve this distressing situation.

I searched online for how to contact YouTube on February 7th and found a phone number, [redacted]. I was concerned about being charged twice, $12.75 each, on my bank account and learned my YouTube account had been hacked. The person I spoke with identified himself as Wilson Mayer, employee ID ytvwm7636. He instructed me to go to a store and purchase two Target gift cards, but they were unavailable, so I bought eBay cards instead. He asked for $[redacted] on each card. Later, he requested $[redacted] on an Apple card, promising a refund in 10 minutes. When he requested an additional $[redacted], I declined as I did not have the funds. Unfortunately, I did not receive any money back as promised. I'm unsure if this individual claiming to be from YouTube is genuine. Can anyone provide assistance?

I subscribed to YouTube Premium to enjoy ad-free content on my living room TV. Recently, I tried using my bedroom TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick. To my dismay, I encountered ads on this screen. The ads are intrusive and disrupting my viewing experience. Both TVs are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. How can I resolve this issue and watch ad-free videos on all my devices?

I recently started my channel "Kids Fun" only two days ago. I uploaded a video where a child reviews and drives a Honda car but received a warning for violating community guidelines, which I find confusing as my content is in a similar vein. My channel, "Tiana," includes videos like "Driving Dad's Car to School" and "8-Year-Old Child Driving Toyota Fortuner." I believe my content is being misunderstood, and I request the YouTube team to review my videos and provide me with a fair explanation to resolve this issue and remove the strike. I was charged for a service fee today for the second time. The first charge was on December 19, and despite sending an email, I did not receive a response. I noticed another attempted charge in January, which failed due to insufficient funds. Today, I was charged again, but I am unable to speak with a representative over the phone about this issue, only via chat. I do not have or want Youtube TV currently, and I am requesting a refund promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

I did not authorize the creation of an account with your company. Unauthorized charges were made to my account, and I am requesting an immediate refund. I have not used your services and was not contacted prior to this action. Your practices seem fraudulent, and I am considering reporting this to appropriate authorities. I need help, please. It's horrible. I was taken to the emergency room last night with an anxiety crisis, I won't say more. I clicked on a spam link, and shortly after, my Google account with my YouTube channel was stolen. The channel had 2,[redacted] subscribers and was from [redacted], an irreplaceable treasure for many reasons. The worst part? I had two-step authentication with mobile confirmation, but since I was away from home, everything was changed - the associated number, the recovery account - making it impossible for me to recover it. My only hope was to contact a Google technician, but they don't exist. They don't answer personal cases over the phone. I'm completely desperate. I tried to manage my Android account and got two 10-digit codes, but I don't know where to enter them. I tried on the account recovery page on my computer, but it asked for an 8-digit code which I don't know if it was sent to the hacked email. I'm willing to pay for help. Thank you in advance. My account is: [redacted] And the channel, along with three others as brand accounts: [redacted] I have researched online and see similar cases with positive outcomes. I pray mine will too. The videos are like therapy to me. I cannot live without my channel with [redacted] subscribers, created since [redacted]. It was my passion. The night it happened (on 22.2.23, around 1:00 pm when I received the email with the Trojan), I had to work, but I had an anxiety crisis. I've been diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome since [redacted]. I hope YouTube can help me. It's my last hope. Please, ask me any questions, request evidence - no problem. PLEASE!
