My Twitter account has some unusual limitations: 1) I can view tweets from people I follow, but I can't open threads by clicking on "Show this thread." The process stalls with a spinning wheel. 2) Viewing profiles of accounts I don't follow only shows the account name, followers, and an error message saying, "Something went wrong." 3) Clicking on Twitter links from external sites displays, "Nothing to see here — yet," and doesn't lead to the tweets. 4) Opening tweets from Twitter Highlights email results in the message, "Nothing to see here — yet." 5) Clicking on notifications doesn't open the tweet but leads to a screen to choose topics to follow. I haven't received any warnings or notifications from Twitter regarding my account. I'd appreciate having my access restored to read threads, linked tweets, and notifications as before.

I have a Twitter account @proconsul01 that I no longer use. I am unable to access the account because the email address [redacted] and the phone number [redacted] are no longer valid. I received an activation email on June 2, [redacted], which I can use to prove ownership of the account. Despite my attempts to seek help, I keep receiving the same unhelpful responses. I am hoping to find a solution to this issue.

I am having trouble resetting the password for my backup account (@oracle_ed_too). The confirmation code is not arriving on my cell phone [redacted]. I suspect the account might be restricted, although I'm unsure why since it hasn't been active for 6 months, and I haven't broken any Twitter guidelines. Confusion arose as no examples or details were given. We are eager to understand the suspension reasons to avoid repeat incidents, seeking clarity from Twitter's account support for a human appeal process. Multiple appeals through the form have yielded little success, with responses lacking factual accuracy. Clarification on the issue remains a priority to rectify the situation appropriately.

I began a new project in July last year and was thrilled to create a specific type of content. I enjoyed the experience and was eager to generate new ideas daily. Utilizing Twitter's tools added to my enjoyment, and I was enthusiastic about creating more. Unfortunately, a photo from a fun summer day with friends, meant to share with followers, resulted in the suspension of my account. Up until then, I had the same profile picture, and I wanted a change. After updating it with another picture from that day, thinking it was fine, my account was suspended a day later. I was shocked, confused, and saddened by this outcome. I presumed it was an error and waited for my account's reinstatement, but it has not happened yet. I am still trying to recover my account to resume my project. I never intended to cause harm, and I deeply regret the situation. I wish to change my picture and continue sharing what I love. If only I had known the consequences of that innocent act, I would have kept the original picture.

I'm seeking assistance to regain access to my Twitter account. A few weeks ago, I mistakenly entered the incorrect age on my account. Although my passport clearly displays my date of birth confirming I am 19, Twitter rejected it. I then attempted to provide my Malaysian ID, driver's license, and university ID via a form they sent but couldn't submit it. I was informed I couldn't file a new report until the current one is resolved. Despite trying to resend my IDs, I was told my old report was closed. I'm experiencing a dilemma with my Twitter account. Every time I try to address an issue, I receive a message stating I already have an open report. Yet, when I attempt to respond to this open report, the system tells me the case is closed. Consequently, my new help requests are all "cancelled" until the open issue is resolved, but the only case I can reply to is marked as "closed." This has left me confused and frustrated, as I am unsure how to navigate the system effectively. The issue arose when Twitter requested my birthdate, resulting in my account being locked due to an incorrect age indication of being "less than 13 years old." Initially, I refrained from submitting my ID out of concern about potentially violating rules regarding parental consent. When I eventually uploaded my ID, there was an error stating my name was illegible or did not match the provided information. I attempted to rectify this by starting the process anew and ensuring my actual name was visible on the ID, but it has been over 10 days without any response. Every time I try to create a new account, it gets suspended and closed. I have a main account and I wanted to create a second one, but it keeps getting suspended. Despite contacting customer service and explaining that I haven't done anything wrong to warrant the suspension, they replied that the account violated the Twitter Terms of Service by managing multiple accounts for abusive purposes. However, I haven't even used the account, so how could I be in violation of the Twitter Terms of Service?

My Twitter account, @iShinichiKudo, got suspended. The Twitter support team mentioned that I violated their rules by having multiple accounts linked to one mobile number. However, I didn't realize this was against their policies, as I've noticed others doing the same without any issues. To make matters worse, Twitter also suspended a different account, @iShinichiKudou, which I haven't used since [redacted]. I've submitted numerous appeals to clarify the situation, but I haven't received any response. I'm hoping that Twitter can restore my main account, @iShinichiKudo, and rectify these misunderstandings. Thank you.

As a retired person, I work hard on a radio program but struggle with no listeners. Despite my efforts, I receive generic messages from Twitter like "penny for your thoughts" and "we miss you." These messages feel empty since I lack an audience. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication options aside from these automated Twitter messages. I wonder if these phrases are computer-generated or from actual listeners. It's disappointing not to have support in navigating Twitter to share my KOLDPOP RADIO content, which I believe people would enjoy if they knew about it.

I've had the account @ughitssummer for almost ten years, a significant part of my life with over [redacted],[redacted] tweets and countless memories. I deactivated it on January 1st, [redacted], aiming for a fresh start for the new year, as I've done before. I tried to reactivate it on January 31st, [redacted], thinking it was the 30-day mark. Now, I'm unsure if this was within the 30-day limit or the 31st day. I'm desperate to have this account restored and willing to go to great lengths.
