I am experiencing a frustrating issue with placing an order. I have verified with my bank that the problem is not related to my Visa card or insufficient funds. Despite this, my order keeps getting canceled after showing as "processing order" for some time. I have not encountered any problems using my card elsewhere. I have been trying to get assistance for 9 days without success. The Telescope I ordered is essential for my astronomy class, and I am worried about falling behind. It is crucial to resolve this quickly as timing is critical for my studies. I am extremely frustrated and my stress levels are high. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB if this issue is not addressed promptly.

I am currently in Jamaica and recently made an order on Wish. I need these items and do not wish for a refund. Nonetheless, my shipping address appears as Albania, which is incorrect as I am in Jamaica. Unfortunately, Jamaica is not an option for shipping. I recently purchased an electric bicycle from Wish, excited by the great deals I've had with them previously. However, upon receiving a package claiming to be my bicycle, I found only a string of beads with the tracking number attached. This experience has severely disappointed me and shattered my trust in Wish. While I can wait for a refund, this situation has left me feeling incredibly let down. Despite this, I will still review my other purchases but I am hesitant to make future orders from Wish. The deceitful actions of this seller have damaged my perception of your company, and I believe Wish must take action to prevent such scams on their platform. I can only hope that my remaining orders go smoothly without any further issues.

I've been a customer on and off for quite a while, and I'm still waiting for an order I placed for plastic fender clips. The order was supposed to be sent to a store in Watsonville, and I was to be notified when it was available with the QR code. However, I never received any notification. Upon checking the order history, it states it was returned to sender by customer request, but I never made such a request. I believe the store may have mishandled the order. I paid for two items and have not received them. It's not about the money but the items I need. Please address this promptly as communication has been lacking.

In June, I purchased two bingo shirts and received one Bengals shirt, but the other one never arrived. I have been attempting to contact your customer service without success. Every time I try to reach out, I am prompted to pay, which I find frustrating. I spent $26 on the missing shirt, which is red, with a diver design, size large. I either need the shirt or a refund. I am disappointed and hoping for a resolution. Thank you.

I've attempted to purchase an electric bike from various stores three times, and each time they claim it's in stock, only to later inform me it's not available. It's frustrating not knowing if the product is truly accessible or just a misleading image. I'm tired of canceled orders and the inconvenience it causes. I need to resolve this ongoing problem before I lose faith in the shopping process. I prefer transparency, even if the item is out of stock, to avoid these continuous disappointments. My debit card was used for unauthorized purchases with your company. I have contacted Direct Express to identify the charges which occurred since 1am. Being on disability, I have limited income, and these charges impact my ability to pay my bills due today. The last four digits of my card are [redacted], and the unauthorized charges total $59.17, $45.99, $15.94, and $55.48. Please cease these transactions, refund the money, and provide the information on the items ordered. I am working to resolve this without legal action, but will involve my lawyer if necessary. Fraudulent charges on my account are a serious matter, especially as I did not make these purchases. I rely on this money for essential payments, and the situation is causing me financial strain. I request your prompt assistance in returning the funds to my account.

Hello, I have informed you multiple times that I am unable to read your notifications regarding "Has your request about your order been resolved?" Therefore, I cannot respond. It seems you never read my replies, which is quite neglectful. I reiterate that my issue will be resolved when the duvet cover refund is in my account! I received a notification from Wish about the cancellation of my order due to a credit card issue. I opted to cancel the order but found the cancellation process to be cumbersome. Despite my attempts to cancel, I encountered difficulties with the system. After giving up, I received an email hours later stating that I would be charged for eight items at a price much higher than agreed upon. I struggled to cancel the order within the 30-minute window due to system inefficiencies. This has left me feeling frustrated and burnt by the situation. Although I have been notified that the orders are still being processed, I have not received any response to the emails I sent last night. I ordered an item that I never received from Wish. Despite my repeated exchanges with Wish customer service, I am struggling to make myself understood. They claim my package was delivered to Aiglun, but I live in Mézel, which is geographically opposite, not to mention not in the same neighborhood. I have informed them of this mistake, but Wish keeps insisting it was delivered to Aiglun. I requested a refund as I still don't have my package (39€!!!), but Wish refuses to cooperate. I feel like they are stalling the refund process. Turning to you for help to resolve my situation. My order was supposed to be delivered between Sept 21 - 26, but it never arrived. On Sept. 17, I received a package that was not mine, a movement sensor ceiling light. The carrier took a photo of the incorrect parcel and indicated it was delivered on the Wish website, which is incorrect. After contacting UNI, the courier responsible, I discovered they made a significant error. The first pair of shoes I ordered arrived in the wrong size, so I reordered a US9/EU 40 in black, which is now missing. I was eagerly awaiting these shoes, but now I'm uncertain if they will ever be located. I'm hesitant to reorder since there's no guarantee I'll receive them. I want to clarify with Wish that I didn't receive the correct package and express my frustration with UNI's handling of the situation. Uni may deflect blame if I contact them directly, but I expect them to investigate the driver's activities on Sept.17 to address this unacceptable mistake. I am extremely disappointed by this experience.

I purchased a cosmetic product online, but I have encountered an issue with the delivery. According to the tracking information provided by Fed Ex, my package was delivered on the 29th. I am unable to access my old account associated with the email [redacted] and the phone number [redacted], which I changed to [redacted]. As a result, I am missing crucial information about my 10+ delivered orders at Fit for a Queen. I cannot retrieve emails or text messages containing the barcode needed to pick up my orders. Hello, I have a big issue with Wish. Every time I try to open the app, I keep getting a "SECURE YOUR ACCOUNT" page that prevents me from accessing it. I have managed to quickly navigate to the cart or menu before the page pops up. I have placed two orders, and the second to last one had missing items. I cannot contact support through notifications and don't have more information to provide. I have only my email as contact info. I have tried reaching out several times without any response. Please assist me.
