The glasses arrived promptly and were well-packaged. They are comfortable, though slightly large for the eyes, providing better protection. Despite my husband's humorous comparison, I find them stylish. I am unsure of the blue light and white card's purpose; I need to investigate further as I just unpacked them. The included eyeglass repair keychain was a nice surprise. If these glasses effectively protect my eyes, I consider them a great value.

I recently made a warranty claim for my Apple Beats Studio 3 headset and received a Walmart digital gift card. I was hoping to purchase a new headset in shadow grey color, but unfortunately, Walmart did not have the option for shipping available. With prices being lower on Amazon during sales, I ended up buying the headset from there for $[redacted] instead of Walmart's $[redacted]. I had to use my own money for this purchase and would now like to be reimbursed with the Walmart gift card I received. It was frustrating to have to spend extra money elsewhere when I had the gift card that I couldn't use.

I made an online purchase on June 30, [redacted], for From Mania for a total of $46.56. It was meant to be a birthday gift for my great grandson on July 14. However, on July 7, I received an ink pen from AMZ Outlet instead of my order. Walmart then issued a refund of $43.00, deducting $3.00 for taxes based on their email notification. I am now seeking a resolution from Walmart and AMZ Outlet for the $3 discrepancy. This issue has prevented me from purchasing the gift elsewhere due to my fixed income. I experienced mistreatment at Walmart on July 4, [redacted], at approximately 6:54PM, at the Walmart store located at [redacted] Highway 85, Riverdale, GA, [redacted]. While shopping for groceries, I found a TCL ROKU TV on sale near the Electronic Department. I inquired about the TV's condition from an employee who assured me it was fine. However, when I got home and unboxed it, I discovered missing screws and a stand, and the TV continuously rebooted on its own. On July 5, [redacted], at around 11AM, I returned to Walmart to exchange or return the faulty TV. Unfortunately, the team members at the Customer Service Department, "Patricia" and "Roseline," refused assistance, claiming discrepancies in the serial numbers between the TV and the box. It became apparent that the TV was a previously returned item deliberately mislabeled to deceive customers. It's concerning that such practices are happening at this Walmart location, and I urge for prompt resolution of this issue.

I placed two separate orders and received delivery notifications, but never received the items. They were shipped to a third party in Idaho, a person I do not know. Somehow, this address was linked to an account I had under my previous last name. I tried to log in to that account to understand the address mix-up, but I no longer have access to the associated email for the verification code. Customer service was unable to help change the email linked to the account. I've since created a new account with my current information and need the old one closed. How can I resolve this and receive my missing items?

Today, on July 31, [redacted], I received an item, a bra in size 54DD, which I did not order. The package did not include any paperwork. I tried to find the bra I usually use, which is a 48C in white from the Playtex Just My Size Collection #[redacted], but could not find it online. I am considering returning this bra to my local Walmart store in Fremont. Since I have no receipt, I am unsure of the cost. The bra I received is larger than what I need, so I have not opened the package. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My recent experience at the store was extremely embarrassing as I struggled to check out using my EBT card through Walmart pay. It was frustrating that only EBT couldn't be used. Having to pay out of pocket for my essential items was a blow. The manager explained that this was intentional design by Walmart, not an oversight. This should be rectified promptly to avoid negative publicity. It's disheartening to feel marginalized when using EBT. Other forms of payment can be used with Walmart pay except EBT, bringing unnecessary attention to personal struggles. Walmart should reconsider this policy to prevent further distress to customers in similar situations.

I am experiencing issues with my online delivery order. Initially confirmed for today from 1-2, the reservation expired. I adjusted the time to 2-3, but the order has not been delivered. Each time I check, it shows the reservation expired. I am unable to locate my order number. The automated service is frustrating, containing incorrect information and the call back feature is ineffective. This poor service is unacceptable, causing inconvenience and potential loss. I'm following up on my refund for Serta pillows purchased from a third-party seller. Despite being told three times that I would receive my refund within 48 hours, it has now been 7 days, and I'm still waiting for Walmart Corporate to process the refund. The tracking number provided is fake and cannot be found in the USPS system. I have been waiting for [redacted] hours for Walmart Corporate to issue the refund. The seller's address and contact numbers appear to be fake, and upon further investigation, I found that they have multiple addresses associated with gas stations.

I would like to report an issue regarding multiple incidents of harassment by a security guard at your Grant's Pass store. Despite providing video evidence of the incidents to management, the problem persists. My 75-year-old friend, a Vietnam War veteran, has also been subjected to harassment by the same security guard. The situation escalated to the point where the ethics department disconnected my calls. The security guard repeatedly blocked access to my vehicle and unnecessarily involved animal control without proper observation. On one occasion, he accused me of mistreating my dogs in the car, unaware that the vehicle was running with air conditioning, multiple open windows, water, and a fan for their comfort. I seek urgent communication from your end to address this ongoing issue promptly.

As a first-time app user, I placed my order at 1:39 pm and waited for its delivery. After contacting customer service due to the delay, the employee at the store hung up when the lady tried to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, my order was canceled without my consent, and I was informed that it would take 7-10 business days for a refund of $1.12 to be processed. This has caused a lot of distress as I have four children to feed and a sick mother to care for. The online delivery service was meant to help me during this difficult time, and I just needed groceries for my family. Although the customer service offered a $25 promo on my next $45 order, it doesn't resolve the immediate need for food. I am hopeful for a resolution as my priority is providing for my children.

I have made the same computer purchase four times now. The first time, I selected the wrong store, and since then, either Walmart or my bank has canceled the order. I bought the Samsung Pink Chromebook at 10:04 am, and although the Centralia WA store had two in stock, it was sold instead of being reserved for my order. Walmart notified me at 3:10 pm that it was out of stock, despite me having paid at 10:04 am. The electronics salesperson confirmed its availability when I made the purchase. I have paid for this item three times now, and my bank account is messed up. As a result, my granddaughter is still without her laptop.
