I recently received a message from Viber informing me of their 9th anniversary celebration. They offered the opportunity to win a prize by clicking a link. After clicking, I unintentionally agreed to their competition guidelines without being given sufficient time to react. To be safe, I have decided to withdraw from the competition and cancel any subscription. If I am billed for a subscription on my upcoming phone bill, I will seek legal advice. Hello, I'm having trouble registering my phone number on the Viber app. I keep getting an error message that says, "Registration can't be completed. Please try again later or contact [redacted]" I've tried using a different phone and even my PC, and the number I'm using is working fine. I suspect there might be a firmware issue with my iPhone 8+ running on software version 13.3.

This message is important evidence for a court case as it contains his admission of violence. Please, in the interest of my child, I implore you to retrieve this deleted message so I can view it again and take a screenshot. The phone number of the person who sent the message is +[redacted]40, and their name is Milan Jevtić. The message was sent to me yesterday, January 1st, [redacted], between 22:53 and 22:56 GMT+01:00 Central European Standard Time. I have attached a picture of the abuser for reference. I am referring to my Viber account from [redacted], which I did not create myself, so I lack some details about it. The account is linked to my cell number, [redacted]. After upgrading my phone and retaining the same number, I transferred all apps except Viber. During the initial app transfer, I missed the code you sent due to phone service interruptions. Now that my new phone has service, I kindly request a new code to reactivate my Viber account on the upgraded device.

Last August, I purchased Viber Out credit, assuming it was a one-time charge. To my surprise, I've been continuously billed each month, totaling $6.99 each time even though my phone number was inactive. My cousin attempted to cancel without success, and I've now been charged for the past eight months despite not using Viber. It appears to be an auto-renewal issue that is draining my funds. I have never used Viber before this, so I am quite frustrated. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter as I am losing money unnecessarily.

I have been using Viber for many years. Recently, I changed my phone number after getting a divorce. Some of my friends have been sending me old Viber profile pictures with my ex-husband. Although I still have the same phone number that is now active on a different device, when I tried to sign in to Viber to update the profile picture, it wouldn't allow me as the old number is not associated with an active SIM card. My current boyfriend is upset about the old picture being displayed on Viber. How can I change or remove the picture since I no longer have access to that old phone number?

Hello, I booked an apartment in July through Booking.com and paid the full amount in advance to the owner, "Stanislav Kushnir." After receiving the payment, he canceled everything and seems to be trying to deceive me. I am now trying to get my money back through Booking.com. I have provided them with all the chat screenshots with Stanislav from Viber, but they are unable to assist without confirming the owner's real telephone number against their system. It's a significant amount of money, and I am hopeful that someone can help me obtain his number. I have an Android phone with my Viber account that is facing battery issues. I have another working Android phone with a different Google account. My Viber phone hasn't backed up to Google Drive, but I'd like to transfer the data to my new phone. How can I ensure a direct transfer with different Google accounts? Hello and thank you for reading this. I successfully installed Viber on my new cell phone, but I am stuck at the point where I need to enter my verification code. I selected the option to receive the code via SMS, but I never received it. I also tried the phone activation option, but I did not receive a call. I am confident that my phone is in good working order. My phone number is +30 [redacted]-[redacted]. Please advise me on what steps I need to take to activate the program. Thank you.

I received an email from Keira at Viber Support on April 4th with questions regarding the issue I am facing with Viber. Here are my responses sent on April 5th: 1. The problem has been happening for approximately ten days. 2. It happens with all my contacts. 3. The problem occurs on both 3G/4G and WiFi. 4. I am unsure when it started, but I reinstalled Viber two days ago, and restarting my phone did not fix it. 5. I have not adjusted any operating system settings. 6. I also use WhatsApp and Messenger without any issues. I have not received any further responses. Can you assist, please? Я узнала, что могу изменить номер Viber на другой и все мои контакты получат уведомление об изменении, сохранив при этом переписку. Однако, для смены номера нужно использовать смартфон, на который я установила другой номер для работы с туристами. Теперь я не могу войти в свой Viber с тем номером, который хочу изменить, так как он заблокирован. Good afternoon, I am seeking assistance with my blocked Viber number, which is +[redacted]66. I am aware that I can change my Viber number to another one so that all my contacts will receive a notification of the change. However, I am having difficulty changing my number from the smartphone I usually use as it has a different number assigned for tourist communication. Due to the block on my original number, +[redacted]66, I am unable to log in to Viber from the smartphone I wish to make the change on. The new Viber number I would like to switch to is +[redacted]73. Could someone please help me with changing my blocked number to the new one so that my contacts can be notified of the number change? I had a Viber account in the Philippines from mid-[redacted] to February [redacted] using the mobile assigned by my previous company. I registered it in my name. After leaving, the number was given to someone else, and I couldn't properly transfer or deactivate my account. In Singapore, I created a new Viber account using a different name and number on the same iPhone. When I switched to a new iPhone with a postpaid plan, I made another account. In July, I noticed my previous Philippine account displaying my name but showing a former colleague's profile picture. How can I remove my name from that account?

Hello. My account +[redacted]06 belongs to Andrey Glushko. I created the community "Secrets of Stones." According to your rules, I invited people to join. However, someone considered it spam and complained instead of just declining the invitation. Your robot placed me on a blacklist. As per your rules, I can be blocked for 24 hours for the first offense. I am certain that there are humans managing the robot. I have repeatedly requested the unblocking of my account as it affects [redacted] community members, but I only receive standard responses stating that the robot blocked me and nothing can be done. Could it be possible that the robot is overseen by sensible humans? Please investigate. I did not send spam! With respect and hope that you will not lose me as your customer.

Hello, I recently encountered an unexpected issue with my Viber account. When I attempted to make a call, I was unexpectedly greeted with a "Rokuten Viber" screen instead of my usual chats. It prompted me to input my phone number, as if I were changing it, even though I did not initiate any such change. After confirming my number, my chats were completely blank, which is distressing as I have important conversations with sentimental value, including those with my late father. I attempted to access my chat history on my desktop, but it requires a QR code scan, which I fear may erase my data. Hello Viber, Today on 29/11, I came across an offer for approximately £5.50 per month with a free trial week, which I found appealing and decided to give it a try. However, upon providing my credit card details, I realized that Greece was not included in the list of countries that I could make calls to for free, and this is a country I frequently call using Viber. Feeling unsure of how to proceed with the offer and not being able to access the free trial, I ultimately chose not to proceed with the promotion. I was notified by Google that some of my passwords, including Viber, have been exposed online. I am looking to change my Viber password but couldn't find the option on the viber.com website. As I haven't been active on Viber recently, I would like to close my account and delete all associated personal information for security reasons. Kindly confirm this request via email.
