I placed an order for hot entrees and sides that was supposed to be delivered by 6:10 pm. However, my food arrived cold and soggy at 6:49 pm because of a delay in finding a courier. Despite contacting customer service, the $5 credit offered does not compensate for the $21.20 I spent on inedible food due to the extended wait time. I believe there should be a system in place to ensure orders are only processed when a timely delivery can be guaranteed. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the entire meal and buy dinner elsewhere, as the late delivery posed a health risk given my medical condition. I am requesting a refund to my card for the full amount, minus the driver's tip, instead of a credit to my Uber Eats account, as I am hesitant to order from your service again after this experience.

A while back, I ordered from Uber Eats, but the delivery driver didn't call me once and ended up canceling my order, even after I told him not to and that I would pick it up from his current location. However, he left the place. How can you charge me for that? This is unacceptable customer service. You should be ashamed of this. Also, now on my Uber ride bookings, you are adding that money. I want a refund.

I ordered a taco salad from Qdoba under order number 6918F. As I was enjoying my meal, I discovered an unusually long hair in my salad. It was quite off-putting, and I couldn't continue eating. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and unsure about using Uber Eats again, especially considering previous issues. I received an email advising me to contact the restaurant after placing my order to ensure accuracy, but this seems to defeat the purpose of using a delivery service like Uber Eats. This situation has been very frustrating.

Today was incredibly frustrating for me. I regularly order food for my job through Uber Eats, but my account keeps getting deactivated daily. I enjoy using the platform, but the constant deactivations are too much. Despite reaching out to customer service several times, the support has been less than helpful. Regrettably, today marked the end of my efforts to resolve this issue. We will no longer be using Uber Eats for our work orders.

The UberEats driver contacted me to explain she was stuck in traffic. When I inquired if she had picked up the food already, she confirmed she had. She spoke to another person in the car during our conversation. They instructed me to meet them at Canal Street, even though I had chosen delivery. Despite this, they abruptly ended the call. Subsequently, the initial driver canceled my order. Fortunately, I placed a new order and a different driver successfully completed the delivery without any issues.

I have already tried unsuccessfully to rectify these issues. The Thanksgiving meal was cold, actually ice-cold. I cried through that meal but still tipped gracefully. I also ordered dessert from another restaurant, Hotters to be exact, and half of the dessert was missing. I was devastated. I just want Uber cash, not asking for a refund or to be compensated for my miserable Thanksgiving dinner. I am not asking for anything extra, just what I paid.

I ordered two poutines with extra cheese and gravy from Smoke's Poutinerie. They were extremely disappointing, soggy, and not worth the money. Spending $40 on two unsatisfactory portions is unacceptable. I have already contacted the restaurant to express my complaint, and they directed me to reach out to you. This experience has been frustrating, leaving me hungry and out of pocket. I sincerely hope for a refund.

I placed an order with Frankie & Benny's, but it was canceled due to my location being too far. I ended up ordering from another website instead. To my surprise, the Frankie & Benny's order arrived 30 minutes later, despite the cancellation message. They have charged me for this order I no longer wanted. I am confused as to why the money was deducted from my account if the order had been canceled. I would like a refund for this unexpected delivery.

We placed an order at McDonald’s at 11:26, and the delivery driver showed up at 12:00. My assumption is that the order was ready early and left waiting for 30 minutes before it was picked up. The food arrived completely cold, even the coffee that was supposed to be a cappuccino was cold and lacked its usual foam. The overall quality of the food did not match the price we paid. I am requesting compensation as the food was inedible due to these circumstances.

I placed an order with Shake Shack last week, but unfortunately, one item, the chicken shack, was missing from my delivery. I reached out to support through the app right away but have not received any replies despite contacting them multiple times. This has been quite inconvenient, especially since I've been sick and hospitalized with pneumonia. The lack of response from Shake Shack has been frustrating, and it has made me hesitant to place any more orders with them in the future.

I was disappointed with my recent food delivery as the burger and dips were missing, and everything arrived cold. The customer service representative mentioned that dips weren't included in the menu, but eventually only refunded £1.99 for the missing burger. Even after explaining about the cold food, I was informed they couldn't provide a refund. Despite my insistence, they mentioned the delivery times were fine so the food should have been hot. After multiple attempts, I received the same unhelpful response. Requesting to escalate the matter to a manager yielded no response.

Hello, I reside in Christchurch, New Zealand, and I'm confused as to why I'm experiencing delivery distance issues with my local McDonald's. Even though Subway, located right next door, doesn't face similar limitations, and other burger establishments further away are able to offer delivery services. McDonald's mentioned they are unable to influence UberEats' delivery zones and it's at UberEats' discretion. This has left me disappointed with the customer service in Christchurch.

Hello, I believe there was an issue with my order as I received and was charged for two deliveries tonight. Initially, I encountered an error message on the app, instructing me to clear my basket and reorder. Despite this, it seems both orders were processed. Consequently, I now have duplicate orders, doubling my expenses. I seek assistance in rectifying this issue. I request a refund for the second delivery, although I have started consuming food from the initial one. If necessary, I am willing to return the duplicate items. I placed an order on Uber Eats from a restaurant that's actually closed. Despite the closure, the order was accepted, and I was charged. I received a message from Uber Eats an hour and a half later saying the order was canceled and I wasn't charged, which is incorrect. I was informed the food was being prepared and on its way while the restaurant was closed and not even nearby. This situation is unacceptable as I'm now out of pocket, hungry, and without food. I not only seek a refund but also require compensation for this inconvenience.

My friend and I ordered two of the chicken sandwich combo meals from Popeyes on Friday around 11:00, totaling $18.99. The meals were supposed to include two chicken sandwiches, two orders of french fries, one order of mashed potatoes, two pies, and two drinks. Unfortunately, we only received two sandwiches and two flat drinks, missing the rest of the items. We have been trying to contact them for a refund or to have the missing items delivered, but have not received any response. We paid about $40 in total and only received less than half of our order.

I recently placed an order at Greentree McDonald's for 3 hamburger Happy Meals and a large 10-piece nugget meal. Unfortunately, all the fries were cold and hard, and to my disappointment, the nuggets were also cold and hard. My children couldn't even finish their fries, and my entire meal is now uneatable. It's frustrating to receive such poor quality food and having to consider reordering to have a decent meal. I paid for the order with a card, and the total came to $20.11, if I remember correctly.

I placed an order with Order #1C638 totaling $18.52. The delivery was over 30 minutes late, and your driver, Paul with the white Hyundai (license plate # EDY7586), was parked for over 45 minutes. I decided to pick up the order myself. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to cancel the order on the app or contact the driver. The scheduled delivery time was 5:35 EST, but it keeps being delayed. The driver remains parked in the same spot for over an hour and a half. I request an immediate refund of the full amount, including the mandatory tip.

I ordered from Uber Eats, but I experienced a problem. Several drivers canceled the trip after the food was ready, and it happened four times in a row. When I contacted the restaurant, they explained they had run out of pizza and hadn't confirmed the order with Uber. Despite this, my credit card was charged for the order.
