I have encountered difficulties with receiving my packages and having my mail picked up when the substitute carrier is on duty. Despite filing a complaint and receiving case number [redacted]1, the issue persists. Reaching out on Monday, June 29, I was redirected to my local postmaster, who seems to be part of the problem. With my regular carrier on vacation this week, the situation has worsened. Today, at 11:00, my carrier had not arrived, yet I received an email from Amazon at 10:07 mentioning a delivery issue faced by USPS with my package. Despite attempting to contact 1-[redacted]-ASK-USPS multiple times, the system is malfunctioning, as highlighted in my recent email. At this point, I am in need of assistance, preferably with a functional phone number connecting me to a representative.

I received a notification on my phone about a package not fitting, but when I checked the mailbox, there was no notice. I went to the Roy WA post office to inquire about my package and why the message was sent before the carrier arrived. The staff member at the counter was dismissive, and without stopping her work, didn't assist me in checking on my package promptly. I used an inappropriate word she reprimanded me for, and I jokingly referenced freedom of speech. She threatened to involve the police. To my surprise, this staff member turned out to be the manager. I was taken aback by her lack of attentiveness and customer service. I had to provide my address for her to look up my mail, which was a new and somewhat frustrating experience as previous workers had always remembered it.

I had scheduled a package pickup for 7/1/20 for 2 packages during the regular mail delivery time, but the carrier did not pick them up. I rescheduled for today, 7/2/20, for 3 packages, but they were also not picked up. I left instructions in case of any issues, but the pickups were missed. I will now schedule a pickup for tomorrow for 4 packages. My customers paid for 2-3 day shipping, and the packages have been waiting for 2 days. I believe my regular carrier may be absent because this delay seems unusual. I request a refund for the postage to compensate my customers for the delay. As a new business, this situation could have a significant impact. I also need the packages to be picked up as soon as possible. Thank you.

I recently moved to Moriarty, NM, only to discover that the local post office does not deliver mail to homes within city limits. Despite my efforts to secure a free post office box, they keep locking me out. Additionally, they refuse to place packages in the lockbox for after-hours pickup, requiring me to come in during business hours despite my health conditions. As a disabled veteran, it's challenging for me to navigate these obstacles due to my medical history. I've tried leaving notes and documentation, but they still won't unlock my PO Box [redacted]. This situation puts my health at risk and makes it difficult for me to receive essential bills on time. Having worked as a contractor for the post office before, I am shocked by the lack of service provided in this area. It's disheartening to have to struggle to access my mail, especially after overcoming significant medical challenges in the past. I hope for a resolution that prioritizes the needs of disabled veterans like myself.

This is the fifth instance of this issue occurring. Repeatedly, I receive notifications on my package tracking that the delivery person could not access the delivery location, even though they do have access. Strangely, within the following day or two, the supposedly undeliverable package gets delivered. Today, I anticipated a delivery and monitored my window all day without spotting a USPS person. However, the tracking information claimed a delivery attempt at 4:15 pm, which did not happen as I was present the whole time. I suspect that your staff are skipping stops, which is unacceptable. After waiting on hold for 2 hours, the offices closed before I could address this. I am frustrated with the false claims of lack of access.

I am frustrated with the continuous errors made by the postal service worker delivering to my address at zip code [redacted]. Despite addressing my concerns to the branch manager, nothing has improved. Today, yet another package was wrongly delivered to [redacted] Highview Drive instead of the correct address at [redacted] Highview Drive. This negligence is unacceptable. I have had better experiences with UPS and FedEx. I urgently request a prompt callback to rectify this ongoing issue.

I conducted some research and discovered that my package with tracking number LZ[redacted]38US is currently in an unusual location in Mexico, with coordinates approximately at 22.[redacted],-[redacted]16. The tracking status indicates that my package is not eligible for further inquiry, and the last update shows it at a facility. It has been in this location since December of [redacted], before the current pandemic situation. The intended destination is De los Hernandez [redacted] Colonia Chepevera, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon [redacted]. My name is Eugenio Jimenez, and I kindly request that the package be forwarded to its final destination.

I conducted some research and discovered that my package with tracking number LZ[redacted]38US is currently in an unusual location in Mexico with coordinates around 22.[redacted], -[redacted]16. Unfortunately, my package is not eligible for an inquiry, leaving me with limited options. The map indicates that the last update was at a facility. Despite it being a straightforward item—a single jacket—they have not forwarded it to its intended address. These events occurred in December [redacted], prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. I am trying to have the package sent to its correct destination at De los Hernandez [redacted], Colonia Chepevera, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon [redacted]. I go by the name Eugenio J. and I simply wish for my package to be forwarded promptly.

Yesterday, as I was going through a magazine, I found my expired rebate check that I had been waiting for stuck between the pages. Despite my attempt to get it reissued, the company wouldn't do it as the promotion had ended. The check was small and must have slipped into the magazine accidentally. I just want my $30 rebate. Is there any help the USPS can offer me in this situation? Thank you, T. Jarrell

The tracking information provided for my recent order is invalid. I purchased the item on July 9th, and the tracking number showed the package as delivered on June 25th, which is not possible. Despite contacting the seller through the email address listed on Paypal, I have not received any information regarding shipping details or a valid tracking number. I received an email from Paypal with a tracking number that does not match my recent purchase date. I am concerned about possible fraud from the seller, Cynthia Crippen, at [redacted], and I am seeking a full refund for this order.

I recently came across a package delivered by USPS to my building but was not addressed properly. The label only mentioned USPS's address correctly but missed out on the recipient's details. I live at apt 6A, and I noticed another package nearby correctly addressed to Michelle at apt 2C. After contacting UPS, where they mentioned completing their part of delivering it to USPS's address, they advised me to deliver it to Michelle. She confirmed she didn’t request USPS delivery. It seems like there might have been a mix-up with the delivery services involved. It's essential to ensure packages have complete recipient details for accurate delivery.

I have been experiencing issues at my local post office where my packages are not being placed in a locker for me to collect when I check my box. Despite receiving yellow notes about the packages, they are not being stored in a locker. Some of the items are small enough to fit in a locker for daily retrieval, but they seem to be accumulating instead. I am unsure if the staff is unwilling to use the lockers or if they are not familiar with the process. Since the post office is closed before and after my work hours, it would be more convenient for me if the packages were placed in a locker. I have reached out via fax and provided my email for communication, however, I have not received any response in the past. I hope this situation can be resolved soon. My post office station is Sunset Station in Lubbock, Texas.

I placed an order for an auto part online on 6-13-[redacted]. The payment was made using Paypal. I received an order confirmation from the store owner the same day, with all the correct information. On 6-17-[redacted], I got an email from Paypal mentioning that the part had been shipped by a different person than the store owner, with a new email address. The USPS tracking number provided was [redacted][redacted]54. I discovered on 6-20-[redacted] that the tracking information showed the item had been delivered to my zip code on 6-17-[redacted], but I never received it. After contacting USPS, I found out the package went to a different address. I have tried reaching out to both the store owner and the seller but received no response. The USPS help center created a service request ([redacted]4) on 7-1-[redacted], and I received an acknowledgment email from Darcus Gordon on 7-2-[redacted]. Despite follow-ups with the local post office, the issue remains unresolved. I have now escalated the matter to a claim with Paypal and need an email from USPS stating that the package was not delivered to my address. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I ordered a package from China on July 7th to be delivered to Doylestown, PA [redacted]. The package was shipped quickly and made it from New York to Harrisburg, PA on July 15th, where DHL forwarded it to USPS. However, I have not received any updates from either USPS or DHL since then. The package was due to arrive on the 16th, but USPS has only mentioned awaiting the item in Allentown, which is an hour away from me. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication and the difficulty in reaching customer service for help. I'm concerned that my package may be lost. Can you please provide me with more information? Thank you. -I.R. (50 Steeplechase Drive, Doylestown PA [redacted])

On 06/02/[redacted], I sent 4 boxes from the New Holland, PA [redacted] Post Office to QVC Returns. The post office provided tracking numbers, but the shipping agent who picked them up didn’t give their tracking numbers, causing confusion. These 4 packages are now missing, and I’m unable to track them. The boxes were headed to QVC Returns at [redacted] Stony Battery Road, Lancaster PA [redacted]. I need assistance to locate the shipping agent and resolve this issue. It’s frustrating as I was told the boxes were undeliverable even though I had prepaid labels for them. They contain about $[redacted] worth of clothing returns for QVC. I’ve hit dead ends trying to solve this.

I sent notarized documents for a real estate closing via Priority Mail from Chino Valley, AZ on July 15th. Originally planned to use Express Mail, the clerk suggested Priority for $7, ensuring delivery by the 20th to Moose Lake, MN. It's now the 22nd, and my documents are not delivered. After much effort, the local postmaster in Ash Fork, AZ empathetically assisted me with the tracking details showing a peculiar route. Despite challenges blamed on COVID-19, the closing proceeded today, but my funds are on hold until the documents arrive. Seeking a contact for USPS to seek information and perhaps a refund of $7.75. Grateful for any help provided. R/Mike Lincoln

Over the past three months, Upper Darby USPS has provided extremely unprofessional customer service. There have been significant delays in mail delivery, with mail often reaching the wrong addresses and requiring my neighbor to bring it to me daily. Despite receiving emails claiming delivery attempts, the mail isn't arriving for days. Contacting the Upper Darby post office results in being put on hold for hours, leading to frustration. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Upon visiting the post office, excuses are made, including lost packages or no records of delivery. As a taxpayer, I expect better service. I have tried to address these issues through calls and online complaints, but it seems they are being ignored. The community deserves better service as many rely on timely mail delivery, especially during these times when working from home.

I need assistance as an elderly (63) American veteran who is [redacted]% permanently disabled. I have had a post office box at [redacted] Abbott, East Lansing, MI, since [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to have my personal mail addressed to Jim/James F. McGaugh and ADAPT Consulting redirected to my home at [redacted] Cleveland Street, Lansing, MI [redacted], it has not been successful. For over 30 years, both my personal and business mail have been delivered to my PO box. Due to unforeseen temporary challenges, I am unable to visit the post office. If my mail cannot be redirected to my home address, I will have to terminate the PO box service. Having the mail sent to my home is critical as a disabled veteran who used to receive essential documents via mail. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in resolving this matter promptly.

I am dissatisfied with the 1-day express mail delivery service I recently used. My package did not reach its destination on time. Surprisingly, it had not even left the state of origin (AL) until after the expected delivery time to the address in CA. Despite dropping it off early in the morning, it was not delivered as promised. I am disappointed as I paid for a next-day delivery service and was assured it would arrive within one day. The tracking number for my package is EJ[redacted]54US. I am requesting a refund and an explanation for the delay. While I understand potential COVID-related delays, USPS should inform customers if they are unable to maintain timely deliveries. It is unacceptable to charge for a 1-day express service that cannot be fulfilled within the promised timeframe.
