I bought specific seat numbers, but now the seating says POD1. What does POD seating mean, and where is it located on the map? I also read that purchasing tickets and add-ons before 6 weeks would get my child's Dino decoder engraved with their name and delivered to our home address. However, when I contacted customer service, they had no information about the engraving. I am also interested in switching my showtime to either the 3pm or 7pm slot. I have Verizon cell service and should be able to access pre-sale codes. I need help accessing these pre-sale credit card link codes. I am looking for a live customer service agent to call me. I bought 4 tickets for Bruce Springsteen on December 6, [redacted], in Inglewood, CA. The email confirming the purchase includes a link to view the tickets, but the link is not functional. Instead of displaying the tickets, it repeatedly shows an error message saying, "Oops! Something went wrong. Let's go back and try again." Clicking on "go back" continues to cycle through the error page. Accessing "My Tickets" or other sections like "My Account" and "Settings" also leads to the same error page. I have concert tickets for tonight, but they were sent to my email, which got blocked due to hacking. This email is linked to my Ticketmaster account, and I can't access my tickets or the Ticketmaster account. On 11/25/22, I bought two tickets for the "Hamilton" show in Boston on Sunday, March 5, [redacted]. I have proof of purchase if needed. I opted to have the tickets mailed to me to use one as a birthday gift. However, when I received a package from Ticketmaster, it contained special offers but no tickets, which was disappointing. I have had poor experiences with Ticketmaster's customer service before, so I'm anxious about resolving this issue. As the show is approaching, I must resolve this and obtain the tickets to attend. I am experiencing issues selling Wrestlemania tickets on your platform. When selecting the ticket price, I am prompted to enter my credit card information for purchases, but there is no option to assign a credit card to receive the funds from the sale. I assumed this step would appear on the next screen, but it did not. As a result, I accidentally purchased two more tickets for an additional $[redacted]. I checked My Orders for my 2 Bucks tickets on March 4, [redacted], under the email [redacted] Surprisingly, it shows "no upcoming events." The tickets were obtained through American Family Insurance under account number [redacted]89. In my Apple Wallet, I only see one barcode ([redacted]37L) for the ticket in section [redacted], row 26, seat 4. I believe I am missing the second ticket, and it's not visible in either the Apple Wallet or the Ticket Master app. Could you please assist in transferring both tickets back to my Ticket Master account under [redacted] so I can attend the game this Saturday? I bought tickets for New Edition after searching for Ticketmaster, but my confirmation email says Ticketfaster, which worries me. I usually only buy tickets from Ticketmaster directly, not through a different site. I need to know if Ticketfaster is a legitimate affiliate of Ticketmaster or if I should cancel my purchase and buy tickets directly from Ticketmaster. I want some clarification before I take any further steps.

I purchased tickets which are currently stored on my personal iPhone that only has access to Wi-Fi, not the internet. The tickets have a feature called SafeTix that refreshes frequently, making the ones on my phone invalid. I attempted to transfer them to my work phone with internet access, but upon receiving the tickets, I was unable to log in successfully. I am concerned that my tickets may be deemed invalid upon arrival at the event. I have been attempting to reach TicketMaster for assistance, but have been unable to find a contact number, and their virtual assistant seems to be non-existent. I bought tickets for the Pet Shop Boys and New Order concert on 9/30/20. The show got postponed twice and ticket delivery was handled by a ticket fulfillment company. Despite them claiming to have sent the tickets via email, I never received them. The ticket fulfillment service has a poor rating with the Better Business Bureau, and many others have reported not receiving their tickets too. Kindly refund me for the two tickets as I missed the show and was denied entry due to not having the tickets. Each ticket cost around $70 to $75.

Hello, I reached out to a number provided by Rogers to receive a discount code for the Lee Brice concert in Regina. I successfully applied the code while purchasing tickets, but I noticed that the price remains the same as adjacent seats without the discount. I was under the impression that the code would provide a discount; can you clarify the situation for me? I purchased tickets for the March 18th Ranger game versus the Pittsburgh Penguins, but the tickets I got were for the March 16th game against the same team. The schedule confusion is surprising; it's unlikely for a team to have back-to-back home games against the same opponent during the regular season. I intended to attend the March 18th game, not the March 16th one.

A friend of mine, who uses a wheelchair, bought tickets to the JLS concert. Unfortunately, the tickets are for the floor area, which is not suitable for wheelchair users. This is her favorite band, and she's very upset that Ticketmaster has only offered a refund. She is a young woman facing health challenges and has recently been hospitalized. I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done, but I feel compelled to try because she's extremely distressed.

Hello, I am Heidi S. Chapman. I encountered an issue while purchasing presale tickets for the AFI show in LA. Initially, I tried to buy 4 general admission (GA) tickets but was unable to secure them due to availability. After some quick adjustments, I managed to purchase the last 2 GA tickets for the event. I listed my tickets for Marti Pellow at the London Palladium on March 24th for resale on February 9th. It's been almost a month, and they are still not showing up. With less than 2 weeks to go before the event, I am frustrated that Ticketmaster is claiming they are listed when they are nowhere to be seen. Hello, I appreciate your assistance. I purchased a ticket to see Fran Lebowitz on March 3rd at the Carnegie in Pittsburgh. I paid $[redacted].00 for my seat, but later discovered that everyone I know paid around $55. I assumed this was the standard price.
