I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company in resolving my network problems. Unfortunately, the issue persists since last Thursday, 20/4/23, which is quite a long period. Despite my attempts to troubleshoot by swapping my SIM card and checking my phone's condition (Samsung S22 Ultra 5G), the network signal remains weak, leaving me without service at home. Additionally, while driving on PIE today, my phone suddenly lost all network connection, which was highly inconvenient. I kindly request your technical team to promptly address this matter and offer a solution as soon as possible. It is frustrating to experience poor network coverage and prolonged delays in resolving these matters. I look forward to hearing back from you soon on the progress made to resolve this issue.

My phone was stolen in London, and I need the IMEI number or electronic serial number for my police report. The police officer requested this information. My number is [redacted]4, with a StarHub account. Please send the details via WhatsApp to my second number at +[redacted]4. Also, can you temporarily disable the SIM card for [redacted]4 until I return to Singapore this Saturday? The phone contains important OTP and personal details for my bank account, and I want to prevent any illegal transactions to protect my funds.

I bought an Apple phone last October with SmartSupport coverage for damages and losses. I paid all the necessary fees and was informed that I could simply go to any Starhub outlet for warranty assistance. However, the staff at the Starhub outlet in Tampines Mall directed me to a 3rd party vendor for help, providing a printed card with price list and barcodes for SmartSupport services. I encountered difficulty scanning the barcode on my phone and had to resort to using a desktop computer instead of the website. After a frustrating experience trying to contact Starhub customer service, I was redirected to SmartSupport, where I filled in the required information. Today at 11 am, a phone for exchange was delivered, but they couldn't proceed due to FindMyPhone being deactivated. They left without further communication, although my bank account was already charged $[redacted] for the swap. I feel misled by Starhub and its partners, as my attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. If I don't receive a response from Starhub within the next hour, I will file a police report.

I need to purchase a new phone and plan, but I also need to transfer my current plan from my husband's name to mine. He has already emailed [redacted] for this. The staff at Starhub requested that I wait for it to update in their system. I have an urgent need for a new phone as my current one is not functioning properly after being dropped. I'm hoping someone can assist in expediting the transfer process to my name.
