I recently got banned on my account today due to a misunderstanding with the community guidelines. I posted a playful picture of a candy as a joke on my private story, which was misinterpreted as a drug reference. This was a harmless inside joke between me and a friend. I was surprised to see my account permanently banned for this as I have never had any issues before and I've been using Snapchat since it started. I purchased a new phone from someone in another country. When I tried to log into my Snapchat account on this device, it got locked. I can still access my account on my old phone which was unlocked, but I would like to use Snapchat on my new iPhone 12 Pro. I am unsure why this issue occurred as I have not done anything to violate the rules. It seems like the previous owner might have engaged in inappropriate behavior leading to the ban. I am not familiar with the other owner's actions. Kindly unban my phone so I can continue using Snapchat. I just bought this phone and cannot afford a replacement. I have written multiple emails and messages in an attempt to get my name to show with my username, but it's still not working. I even changed my username hoping that it would solve the issue, but my name is still not displaying. I am frustrated that this problem persists and that I have not received any assistance despite reaching out. I am tired of dealing with this issue and simply want my name to appear correctly. I have edited and saved it numerous times without success. It's frustrating.

This morning, my phone just broke and I couldn't contact my boyfriend. I used my roommate's phone to log into my Snapchat, only to find out I was permanently logged out due to my roommate's banned account on the same device. I accidentally got disconnected while using Snapchat and now I can't log back in. I've had this account for 8 years and it has all my friends, family memories, and conversations since [redacted]. I unintentionally violated the rules by adding numerous people while trying to find a roommate for my college dorm. My Snapchat account is currently locked, and despite following the guidelines and terms of service, it has been permanently locked. I have tried accessing it from different phones, including my old iPhone SE2, current iPhone 13, my mom's old Galaxy S20+, and another phone. After waiting for the 24-hour lockout period, it still remains locked. I have never posted anything inappropriate or violated the rules, and I am confused about why this has happened. I have had multiple accounts locked or deleted in the past on the suspicion of spam or bad behavior, which is not the case. I am eager to have my accounts reinstated and access them as soon as possible.

I had to install Snapchat on my laptop since I didn't have another phone available. I was looking for a solution online, and I didn't realize that using apps like this was not allowed.
