I have been trying to contact Scentbird for the past eight days regarding receiving only one fragrance this month due to a medical issue. I have attempted to access the site without a code but have had no luck. Even on Facebook Messenger, I have not received a response. I do not want to be charged for two scents that I did not request. Please see my latest message to them as I am running out of patience. Attention: Maria Nurislamova, Rachel ten Brink, Sergei Gusev, and Andrei Rebrov, I want to address the inefficient code system you have in place. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received a code to access the site. Instant Messenger has also been unresponsive. I only require one fragrance this month due to unforeseen medical expenses. As a loyal customer since the inception of Scentbird, I value our relationship, but my trust is wavering. I need reassurance that your customer service is reliable. I look forward to a prompt resolution before my next billing cycle. Nancy Frank

I have been trying to reach out via email, but have yet to see any results. I placed a dispute and my account is now locked, preventing me from accessing the prepaid services. The subscription I paid $[redacted] for should include 3 perfumes, 3 upgrades, and a candle each month. Although I received my March order, I have not received any further orders. Despite multiple attempts to have my account unlocked, it remains inaccessible. I find it concerning that my account was closed after March, leaving me unable to track my orders or access any information. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and support in resolving these issues. I believe I am entitled to the services I paid for and am considering seeking legal advice to address this matter.
