I have a $50 Ruby Tuesday gift card, but the closest restaurant is over 80 miles away from my home in Bedford, NH. Can you please let me know where else I can use this gift card? Alternatively, I can provide you with all the card details for cancellation and a refund. Any assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently ordered takeout online from this location, which I do almost every day. Unfortunately, for the past three orders, my food has arrived either incorrect or missing items, which is very frustrating. Today's order included 2 6oz ribeyes with mashed potatoes and roasted corn, Hickory bourbon wings, a ribeye quesadilla, and a spinach artichoke dip. The quesadilla was dry, old, and missing its usual sides. Surprisingly, it had corn on it, which doesn't belong. The spinach dip was served with just a small scoop and the chips were stale. Additionally, both ribeyes were cooked in bourbon butter when I didn't request that. Moreover, the two women at the front were impolite and unprofessional. I plan to contact corporate on Monday for a refund. Sadly, I will not be ordering from this place again, especially with the poor service from those two women.

On July 23rd, I purchased a $9.99 6 oz ribeye dinner at restaurant #[redacted] on [redacted] Ridge Rd, New Port Richey, FL. The experience was disappointing. The steak was overly salty, thin, and of poor quality, not cooked to my preference. Despite the kind waitress replacing it, the replacement was equally subpar. Although the baked potato was good, I was surprised by the extra charge for cheese and bacon. There was limited menu flexibility without added charges. The overall value for the meal did not meet the price paid, which seemed high at $18.99. This fell short of the usual quality I expect from Ruby Tuesday's. I kindly request a refund of $10.69 or a gift card of equivalent value for my unsatisfactory dinner. Thank you. -Diane W

I have frequented your restaurant on many occasions over the years while passing through Elizabethtown, KY. On my recent visit, I was quite disheartened to find the premises in a state of poor cleanliness. The vents appeared dirty, the wood was decaying, and there was a noticeable moldy odor in the air. I felt compelled to bring this to your attention as I regrettably will not be dining at your establishment again. Despite my disappointment, I acknowledge the courteousness of the staff. While it is unfortunate that I can no longer dine there, I believe there are other dining options in close proximity. I hope that this feedback may help in improving the condition of the restaurant.

During our recent lunch at Ruby Tuesday in Amsterdam, NY, we couldn't help but notice how cold it was inside the restaurant. Despite mentioning it to our waitress, Marielle, the issue was not addressed. Dining in such a chilly environment made it hard to enjoy our meal. This isn't the first time we've faced this problem at this location, and it's disappointing that no action has been taken to improve the situation.

Recently visited the Ruby Tuesday store in Dallas, GA. Upon arrival, only 3 other tables were occupied. We had to request our server after being seated. Finally, our server arrived, and we placed a simple order - 2 salad bars, an iced tea, and a water. Unfortunately, when the tea arrived, there was a fly in it. After removing the fly, we informed the server, who apologized and disposed of it. Despite this incident, the manager did not visit our table to apologize or adjust the bill for the tainted tea. This disappointing experience might lead us to seek dining alternatives as this location is the most convenient for us. An overall letdown today at Ruby Tuesday.

On October 29, [redacted], my husband, T, purchased a Meatball Hoagie for takeout from your restaurant at [redacted] Sniders Highway in Walterboro, SC [redacted]. It only took fifteen minutes to reach the location where he was staying. However, upon opening the hoagie, he discovered it had very little cheese or sauce, and the roll was extremely hard, requiring a sturdy knife to cut and was difficult to chew. He returned to the restaurant to have them remake the hoagie, which they did, but it was certainly an inconvenience. It was quite surprising that such a poor quality item would be given to a customer.
