Hello. I am a player on Xbox 1 with the gamertag AddictiveAgony1. I encountered an issue this morning. After winning the Gauntlet Classic from the casino's lucky wheel and choosing not to replace my Truffade Thrax, the game unexpectedly replaced my Thrax with the Gauntlet. Currently, my Thrax is only accessible through the nightclub service entrance. I prefer my customized Thrax and would like to have it returned. I have no issue with the Gauntlet, but I should not lose my favorite car due to an in-game error. Kindly assist me with this matter. Thank you.

I am a level 28 player who enjoys the game. However, for the past six days, a player named SmellYermaw94, who is level 74 and has more powerful weapons, has been following me everywhere in-game. Despite attempting to message them, I was communication-banned on Xbox Live. This continuous harassment affects my gameplay, hindering my ability to complete bounties as he kills me upon respawn. As a dedicated Rockstar Games fan since Liberty City, I seek temporary relief, at least a short ban, to enjoy the game. Having completed the story twice, I aimed to focus on being a bounty hunter, which is impossible under these circumstances. Your attention to this matter and the consideration of a temporary ban for SmellYermaw94 would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rory.

Yesterday while playing GTA 5 online, I had approximately $[redacted],[redacted] in my bank account and $40,[redacted] on my character. Today, when I logged back in, my bank account showed $0 and my character had only $2. This is the second time I have been hacked in two years. Previously, my level dropped from 63 to -1, and my money vanished. I reached out to Rockstar then but didn't receive help. This time, I hope for assistance or a refund. If this issue is unresolved, I may cease supporting Rockstar despite my admiration for their work. I've encountered too many problems. I appreciate any help offered.

I attempted to contact customer service to discuss the ongoing issue with my friend's account under the username Awes0messPr1me. Despite submitting numerous tickets through the social club, the responses received have been inadequate. The replies consist of generic acknowledgments without addressing the actual problem, some even referring to resolved issues mistakenly. This treatment has been unfair, leading my friend to consider leaving the game. I urge for a more effective handling of her support requests. While I appreciate the prompt assistance to others, her experience seems to have fallen short. If her concerns are not addressed suitably, it may lead to both of us discontinuing our participation.

Dear Support, I urgently need assistance regarding my GTA5 gamertag, melvey. Approximately 12 months ago, it appears my account was compromised as I am unable to access it on my PC using my email address, [redacted] I can log in to your website via the Xbox link, but upon checking the settings, I noticed the email had been changed to [redacted] Although I attempted to switch it back to my email, the password has also been altered. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset the password as it sends the reset information to the unauthorized email address. I am at a standstill and require your intervention to regain access. While playing online, I encountered an issue where another user modified my character's appearance to a strange rock with unusual abilities. Subsequently, my rank was reset to 1, and upon logging back in, I couldn't access my apartments or garages, even though the game spawned me in an apartment. Additionally, I noticed that certain map features such as stores and car shops were missing, which may be related to my reduced rank.

Dear Rockstar, I am writing to report that my account has been hacked and modified repeatedly this week. I have been playing GTA V on the PS3 console since [redacted], reaching a legitimate rank of [redacted] before the unauthorized modifications started occurring. I had transferred over a similar rank of [redacted]-[redacted] to my newer PS4 system with the same account details. Upon returning to my PS3, I discovered that my account had been altered to rank [redacted] with approximately £17-18 million deposited. Another hacker attempted to reduce my rank and revealed my IP address during online gameplay. Subsequently, my rank was reduced to 1, and I lost two garages along with all the vehicles stored in them. Today, upon logging in, I found my account had been tampered with again on the 25th of September, with strange modifications and an additional £7 million added without my consent. Hello GetHuman, this is Damon reaching out. I need assistance regarding my GTA 5 online account, which has been hacked resulting in unauthorized purchases. I had previously bought about $[redacted] to $[redacted] worth of shark cards. Unfortunately, I shared this information with the wrong person, leading to my account being compromised. The hacker bought expensive items like a yacht, apartment, and car. My primary concern is about the yacht purchase as it was not something I would have bought and I can't sell it in-game. The amount spent on the yacht is approximately $10 million. I have attempted to contact Rockstar through email and phone without success. I am looking to you for help in finding a solution for a refund as the money spent on shark cards was hard-earned, and I didn't get to enjoy it myself, which is disappointing. Regards, Damon H.

I am seeking assistance with my GTA 5 game issue after reinstalling it post a PC refresh. The new launcher does not allow my cloud saves to Sync, and the troubleshooting solutions on Rockstar's support pages are ineffective for the new launcher. I've invested time and money into this game but cannot access it. My attempts to resolve the issue through Rockstar's chat ticket system have been frustrating, as the support staff did not effectively address the problem or provide adequate assistance. I am disappointed with the service and seek a solution to play the game again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I keep encountering the 0x[redacted]6 error while playing Red Dead Redemption 2 online. Today alone, it has disconnected me six times, causing me to lose pelts and collectibles. Despite checking my connection stats, the issue persists. It feels like the game has updated its requirements without notifying players. I have been using my brother's account for GTA 5 Online and Red Dead Redemption 2 since I was young, and now that I am eighteen, he wants his account back. He only plays tanks online, so he asked me to find a way to transfer my GTA 5 and RDR 2 characters and data to my new account that I created yesterday. His account is xXDoodleDudeXx and mine is XDoodle420ManX, with a lowercase "m" for "man." I have the passwords for both accounts. I paid $20 from my checking account to purchase a MOC in GTA 5. I had a car worth nearly 1 million in-game dollars stored in it. During a mission played from the MOC, I earned a new car which replaced the one I owned. This resulted in the loss of $20 and my original car. I am requesting a refund either in-game or in real life. It is crucial to address this issue as individuals invest real money in games to enjoy their free time. If a resolution is not provided, I will refrain from spending more on this game, having already spent $60 in the past 3 weeks. It is disheartening when hard-earned money is lost without cause.

I've recently returned to playing GTA V and noticed the Avenger in the game, which is based on the MV-22 in real life. As an Avionics Technician for the MV-22 in the Marine Corps, I have a few suggestions to improve the Osprey's accuracy in the game. Firstly, when starting up the aircraft, the blade positions are incorrect; they should be placed differently. Additionally, I would like to personalize the aircraft with my unit, VMM-[redacted], instead of "AVG-[redacted]." It would enhance the gaming experience for me and other Marines who work on these aircraft. Lastly, adding the option to have the Nacelles rolled down on the ground, known as "Flight Ready," would be a cool feature. I bought a special edition of RDR2. When playing in the second chapter, halfway through, the game suddenly changes my horse and resets the missions I've already completed. This happened twice at the same spot. I suspect there might be an issue with the disc. Can a replacement be sent, and I'll return the current one? Any help is appreciated. Thank you, R. Andrade

I am having difficulties connecting with my friends on GTA V for the PS4. The friends list and players list do not load, making it impossible to join a friends session. Despite being online, we cannot see our friends but can interact with other players in the game. We have followed the troubleshooting steps on the support site to no avail. Even signing in on another PS4 yielded the same results. Our PSN ID is PizzaNinja4044, previously HabsLover2014. Could changing the PSN ID have caused this problem?
