Our stay was disappointing. We arrived around 5 p.m. yesterday and heard what sounded like a child running in the hallway, so we left for dinner. Returning around 7 p.m., the noise persisted. I reported it to Mesha at the front desk at 8:45 p.m., explaining the disturbance above our room. Despite her efforts to contact the guests upstairs, the noise continued. When loud music woke us at 6 a.m., lasting for an hour and a half, our rest was further disrupted. Upon checkout, I shared our experience with the unnamed staff member at the front desk, who suggested the nearby church may have been the source of the early morning disturbance. I provided my contact information for the manager. The amount paid for our stay did not match the experience. The lack of assistance for a peaceful night's sleep was frustrating, compounded by the unexpected loud music. We won't return and are requesting a full refund. A dispute was denied, and I am seeking assistance with this matter.
