I own a Motorola phone and received a new SIM card in the mail. Despite following the instructions provided by the automated help line, my phone is still not working. I've spent hours each day trying to reach a live operator with no success. This has been ongoing for almost a week now, and I urgently need assistance setting up my phone with the new SIM card. A friend offered their Gmail account and phone number for communication as I have been unable to make calls for over a week. Please help.

This is my third email regarding the issue with my new SIM card failing to activate, rendering my services unusable. I've attempted to resolve it by resetting the networks and installing the necessary mobile app without success. Furthermore, I've ordered a replacement phone, but it seems to come with a different number, compromising the legality of my lifeline phone. Urgent assistance is required as I can only access the internet for 21 hours on weekdays and not at all on weekends. The phone model in question is the Hot Pepper Poblano android (VLE5) running version 8.1.0 build number HPP-VLE[redacted].

I received a new SIM card without any explanation, due to the company's automated system handling things. After enduring 18 minutes of navigating through the phone tree, I faced over an hour of wait time. My phone suddenly stopped working, so I inserted the new SIM card, but it didn't resolve the issue. Now, I am unable to make or receive calls; the call disconnects immediately. Despite attempting to reset network settings and switching SIM cards multiple times, the problem persists. I spent 30 minutes, 30 minutes, and an hour on hold, but my call was disconnected. The estimated wait times were initially 80 minutes, then [redacted] minutes, and eventually [redacted] minutes before the disconnection. The company inundates my inbox with emails, one even falsely claimed I would receive a free tablet. Unfortunately, I only received a SIM card which led to frustration and an extensive waste of time. Enduring a current wait time of [redacted] minutes, all I desire is for my phone to function correctly.

I have gone for 9 days without Lifeline service with lifeline, spending 37 hours on hold. Finally, after a 27-minute conversation with an actual human, I was transferred to a technician who was [redacted] minutes away from becoming available. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. According to your website, my IMEI number on 3 different phones was eligible for the Bring Your Own Phone program (BYOP). However, you ported my number from Assurance before I even received the QLink SIM card and without my approval. I receive daily emails urging me to "ACTIVATE" my phone, make one call every 30 days, or risk losing Lifeline eligibility. Every call I have made to your customer service team has had at least a [redacted]-minute wait time. Despite sending over 10 emails during this 9-day fiasco, I have yet to receive a reply. You have assigned me two different Enrollment IDs. As a customer of Sprint, Straight Talk, Assurance, Safelink, AT & T, Verizon, and U S. Cellular in the past, I am shocked at the service provided by your company, which falls under the recently acquired T-Mobile) Sprint conglomerate. I have been without my phone for a month. I have received 2 SIM cards with the 5G update, but my phone isn't working. I have called the phone number numerous times and have spent hours only to get hung up on. With all this wasted time, I have lost job opportunities and sleep. I recently applied with your company and was approved. The phone number given to me does not show up on my new phone, which I obtained after my old one broke. I purchased a cell phone from Q Link in February, but I never received it. Each time I contacted their customer service, I was put on hold for hours without any resolution. Despite numerous calls, all I received were apologies without any solutions. After many attempts, I was informed a SIM card would be sent, but it never arrived. Now, when I call, I spend hours on hold before reaching a representative. This has been going on for nearly a month. Additionally, I keep receiving emails threatening to disconnect my service with Q Link due to not activating a phone that I never even received.

I have been attempting to reach a representative at Q Link using the provided 1-[redacted] number. After being on hold for 23 minutes, I have not been able to speak to a live person. The automated system keeps repeating the same options, and despite trying all possibilities, I have not been able to connect with a human. It would have been preferable if they had kept my previous number active until they shipped my SIM card, for which I have not received a delivery date yet. This situation with Q Link is frustrating.

I am a disabled individual who has been in touch with an agent for the past two months with no resolution. My Q Link free phone is mistakenly connected to my regular home phone service, [redacted], causing issues. I requested to disconnect it as I solely got the Q Link phone for emergencies. The Q Link phone number is [redacted]. This mix-up has impacted my phone usage and contributed to additional expenses. I am extremely frustrated by the recent theft of my new SIM card. When attempting to seek help, the toll-free number only led me in circles trying to sell unnecessary insurance and other products. Being without a phone for over a week due to this situation is unacceptable. Instead of receiving assistance, I have only encountered sales tactics. If I had the funds to purchase additional services, I would not be reliant on free phone service.

I recently acquired a QLink phone and had it activated. However, when I tried to transfer my contacts, I discovered that the phone is now registered to Robert Benway. Unfortunately, all my information has been erased except for a few contacts I manually entered. I urgently need my phone number and all my data restored on this device. Qlink has provided me with terrible service for over 2-3 months. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate the issue, they are not understanding that I do not have a phone. I keep receiving emails asking why I am not using their service. I have completed all the necessary phone calls, interviews, and paperwork, yet I was given a non-existent email address by one of their representatives. This has left me without a phone or service for an extended period. Qlink's lack of customer service has been a major disappointment.

I have reached out to this company numerous times with no resolution, experiencing extreme hold times. The most recent call estimated a [redacted]-minute wait. Yesterday, I was on hold for over 4 hours before an agent redirected me to a survey without addressing my issue. I have sent three emails without a response regarding my missing phone ordered on March 23, [redacted], with Enrollment ID [redacted]86. I feel compelled to report this to the attorney general and the FCC due to the lack of assistance. It seems deliberate. I seek advice and appreciate your attention to this matter.

I have been trying to reach a live agent through phone customer service for over 50 hours, using multiple phones. I have faced issues such as being disconnected multiple times during transfers, having to restart the automated system, and experiencing capped call times. The estimated waiting times have not been accurate, resulting in wasted time. Even when speaking to an operator, the call was abruptly ended, and I couldn't hear the representative properly. I will continue calling until my concerns are addressed by a competent individual. I am dedicating hours each day, using multiple phone lines if needed, until the issues are resolved. Customer service should not require such extensive holds, and the current system is inefficient. Email communication is not effective for my account matters, so I will persist with phone calls until the problems are sorted out.

I've been trying to reach an operator by phone for several days now, spending countless hours waiting on hold. I've spent a total of over fifty hours on hold this weekend, calling continuously to get my wireless service issues addressed by their call center. I've had issues with being disconnected multiple times during transfers, have had to restart the automated system upon being transferred, and found that my Qlink phone disconnects after four hours. The estimated wait times haven't been accurate, for example, being told a fifteen-minute wait and then waiting for five hours. I will persist in calling until my issues are resolved, even if it means using multiple phones simultaneously to get through.

I recently attempted to use my own phone with Qlink Wireless by inserting the sim card. Although Qlink recognizes my EMEI NUMBER after I reset the phone, the sim card is not functioning. I am hesitant to hold on for long periods on the phone as I suspect there might not be anyone available to assist. I would appreciate it if Qlink could reach out to me directly. Hello, I have been attempting to transfer my lifeline service from Assurance Wireless to Q Link Wireless. I am stuck on one question in the application process where I need to confirm that no one in my household currently has a lifeline phone from any other provider. I have been facing issues with my current phone from Assurance Wireless as it has been malfunctioning and I have had multiple replacements that did not work. I have contacted Q Link Wireless via email and phone, but have not received a response within the promised time frame of 48 hours. It has now been 5 days with no resolution. I purchased an unlocked LG Stylo 6 phone in Washington, DC in [redacted] to use with Q Link's bring your own phone service. Recently, my phone suddenly restarted, and after rebooting, it recognized my Q Link SIM card as invalid. I have reached out to Q Link multiple times in the past week but have not received any response despite receiving emails confirming my requests. LG advised me to contact the carrier or phone seller, but I have yet to hear back from them as well. As I have medical issues requiring me to have an active phone at all times, I am frustrated by the lack of assistance. Communication via email or text is necessary for me due to a medical condition that causes echo when using the phone. It's frustrating that this issue has persisted for so long without resolution.
