I visited Popeyes at [redacted] Bienville Blvd. Ocean Springs, Mississippi [redacted] on December 14, [redacted], around 10:05 a.m. I ordered two classic chicken sandwiches, and the manager handled my transaction. His attitude was rude and unwelcoming. Despite this, I patiently waited for my order. During the wait, an elderly gentleman, around 80-90 years old, entered to place his order. The manager brought my food to me but was disrespectful when attending to the older customer, using inappropriate language about the early hour. I believe the manager's behavior was unacceptable not only towards me but also towards the elderly man. I am unsure how Popeyes handles such situations, but I feel that the manager should face consequences, either through dismissal or demotion, for his behavior.

I am completely frustrated with the Popeyes store in Lake St. Louis, MO. I have given them more chances than they deserve. The food quality and service are incredibly disappointing. The staff are rude and lazy, and the food is subpar. I believe this store should either shut down or hire better employees. I am not the only one who feels this way. The food and service used to be good, but now I am switching to KFC and Church's Chicken. I hope the Popeyes store can address these issues because they have great potential with properly cooked chicken and better service.

I am disappointed with the chicken I purchased at your Courtenay BC, Canada store. I am frustrated that I couldn't reach anyone for assistance, especially when the chicken had no meat, just bones and batter. My contact number is 1-2[redacted], and my email is [redacted] I am upset about the family pack I bought at the franchise on Cliff Avenue. It's shocking to find only bones. I suspect something is wrong with the product. I have photo evidence and witnesses. This experience is unacceptable, and I am considering informing local news outlets.

I recently visited Popeyes in Hammond, LA on Airport Rd. I ordered a 10-piece special, small coleslaw, and large Cajun Rice. However, at the window, I was charged $42 and some change, which seemed incorrect. Despite pointing out the mistake about the special being $24.99 and the other items being less, they insisted it was due to a coupon already applied. Frustrated, I went inside to reorder, but was told by the manager I had to go back through the drive-thru. As I was leaving, I overheard them laughing and talking about me, including the manager. When I requested the manager's name, I felt she hesitated and likely didn't provide her real name. This incident of disrespect from the manager and staff, along with their refusal to correct the order, has made me reconsider being a loyal customer. The unnecessary inconvenience and lack of professionalism have left a bad impression, and I doubt I will return after such treatment.

I had a frustrating experience with Popeye's today. The website didn’t have a place for a coupon code, and neither the store manager at ([redacted] Williams Kenner, LA [redacted]) nor the polite 1-[redacted] customer service representative knew about valid coupons. My 91-year-old mother was disappointed because she wanted Popeye's using a coupon she received. I tried ordering online through the app, but it was a mess. When even the store manager and customer service couldn't provide information about current specials, it was truly a problem. The customer service department resorted to transferring me to the I.T. Department. My mother's disappointment was palpable, and it upset me. I'm kindly asking for a gift card for her. Best, Denise Benson

I am a fan of Popeye's food, but I have recently been disappointed with the service at the store located on [redacted] West Silver Springs Blvd. in Ocala, FL. During my last three visits, I experienced long waits of 15 to 20 minutes for a simple order, including a Ghost pepper wing combo. The store and drive-thru were slow, and despite the challenges caused by Covid, it was evident that the staff was not efficiently managing the situation. The employees seemed idle, and the service was lacking as I had to request items like sauce and utensils that were missing. The overall experience at this location has left me feeling that it is poorly managed and the workers have poor attitudes.

At the store on Earl Rudder Freeway - [redacted], I would appreciate if there were chicken fried and ready around noon without a lengthy wait. Waiting 20-30 minutes for 3 spicy chicken sandwiches is not ideal. It would be beneficial if the cashier had enough change on hand to avoid delays in getting refunds. These recent issues have been occurring frequently, and despite the location not being as busy as before, I hope this Popeye's continues to thrive in the area. The previous older Mexican lady provided exceptional service to all customers, and her presence is missed. I am concerned to hear that others have been asked to leave the store when inquiring about their orders. Your attention to these matters is greatly appreciated.

Good morning, I have never written a complaint before, but I feel the need to address this store's concerning management and poor conditions. The restaurant has great potential, but during my recent visits on February 4, [redacted] at [redacted] Mishawum Rd, Woburn, MA [redacted], I encountered significant issues. Both times, there were long wait times for orders, with staff appearing disorganized and slow. The Hispanic woman, possibly a manager, at the register seemed unfriendly and aloof, neglecting tasks like refilling supplies. On my last visit, there was a kitchen fire, and despite the chaotic situation, the staff did not effectively communicate or manage the crisis. It was disappointing to witness the lack of customer service and operational efficiency. I recently visited store [redacted] and had an extremely disappointing experience. My order number is 34, and I can provide the receipt showing a total of $30.73, along with photos to support my feedback. The shrimp was overcooked, old, and not as described — included is a photo of a broken piece. The sides were not filled properly, the Mac and cheese looked old with solidified cheese on top, and the chicken was cold, suggesting it had been sitting out. None of the sauces were included either. To add to the frustration, there was a one-hour wait with minimal communication. After attempting to contact the store by phone unsuccessfully, a staff member mentioned system issues when my order was finally brought out. This experience left me feeling unsatisfied and like I was taken advantage of.

On 02/19/[redacted] at 5:51 PM, my wife and I went to dine at Popeye’s in Chambersburg, PA. I want to share that our experience was quite disappointing. The temperature inside was only around 68 degrees and customers had to keep their coats on while eating. Our "Classic Flounder Fish Sandwich" did not meet our expectations - the coating was not crispy, the fish inside was soggy, and the tarter sauce was soaked into the roll. Despite being told it wouldn't be spicy, the fish was spicy unlike advertised. I tried to speak with the manager, but she was busy attending to other customers. If possible, I would like management to be aware of this.

I placed an order at Popeyes today, February 24th, [redacted], at 8:57 PM. The estimated delivery time was 9:33 PM. Despite checking my ring camera, I didn't receive a notification or see anyone at my door. There was no photo proof provided either, which is unusual as DoorDash normally does this. The tracking on the DoorDash website shows it was delivered at 9:13 PM, but I never received my order. I'm unable to contact support through the Popeyes app, so I'm reaching out here for assistance. I've encountered repeated issues with my Popeye's orders. Despite taking a break due to these problems, I recently ordered again only to face the same disappointments. It appears there may be a lack of competence in fulfilling orders. In my recent orders, key items were missing - from the chicken sandwich to large mashed potatoes and Sweet Heat sauce. Without the sauce, ordering chicken strips seemed pointless. I had hoped for a flawless experience, but once again, my order was incomplete. This has pushed me to my limit, and I have decided to stop patronizing Popeye's for good. I plan to share my frustrating experience on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. It is incredibly frustrating that providing feedback through the website seems impossible.

I recently drove from Watervliet to the Popeyes in Benton Harbor, MI, which is a 15-mile trip one way. I arrived at 9:35 PM, 25 minutes before their listed closing time on the website, but I was still denied service as I was told they were closed. Disappointed, I had to drive back home and now have to cook for my family. I had planned to order a 12-piece mild family meal with extra sides. A coupon for that experience would be greatly appreciated. I must mention that the lady at the window was polite. I stopped by the Popeyes on West 150th and Lorain in Cleveland, Ohio [redacted] around 3:15 pm today. I experienced an extremely long wait with only two cars ahead of me. It took 23 minutes for them to take my order. Unfortunately, they were out of chicken sandwiches, so I ended up ordering a 2-piece chicken signature meal with a drink using a coupon. The service was less than satisfactory as there were only two employees working. When I received my order at the drive-thru, I was given two small wings, no straw, and no spoon for the potatoes. This was disappointing considering I had paid for a 2-piece chicken meal. The lack of customer service was unsettling, and I am requesting a refund. Thank you.

On Monday, March 6th, I placed an online delivery order and assumed it would be left at my door, so I went to the store. Unfortunately, the delivery was attempted after I left, but my wife, who was ill, was at home with the front door wide open. Despite this, the driver didn't leave the order and informed me via text when she was already leaving. I tried to respond but failed. I reached out to support but haven't received a response yet. Doordash tried to arrange a re-delivery, but the store didn't answer their calls. While on the call with doordash, I strangely received a text from the store just saying, "Hi," which seemed insensitive given the situation. Despite doordash requesting a refund promptly after the failed delivery, the store has not refunded my money. This has left a bad impression on Popeye's customer service, and their lack of response troubles me. I hope someone can process my refund because the order was returned to the store, and I've exhausted all options to receive it. Additionally, I have a question regarding the constant unavailability of pies at 2 pm; it seems odd.

I had two issues at store #[redacted]. Firstly, I ordered chicken sandwiches and requested a water cup but was incorrectly charged for a large coke. I attempted to contact the restaurant at [redacted] numerous times but was unsuccessful. Secondly, after completing a survey and receiving a redemption code, I was rudely informed that the code was invalid when I tried to redeem it. During my interaction with cashier Mirlande and General Manager Trika, I experienced disrespectful treatment. Mirlande, who didn't wear a name tag or provide her name, discarded my receipt and refused to retrieve it for me. When I expressed my intention to call and complain, I was met with unhelpful responses. I believe I should have received complimentary chicken and a large drink to rectify the situation. Despite enjoying the chicken sandwiches at Popeyes, this poor experience has made me hesitant to return due to the rudeness encountered. I am disappointed to have to lodge this complaint but felt it necessary this time.

I am a customer at your location on [redacted] Prospect in KCMO, and every time I visit, I encounter issues: 1. The staff is consistently unfriendly. 2. The lobby is always closed, leading to long waits in the drive-thru line. 3. What options are available for customers without cars? 4. I called yesterday, March 9th, and was told the lobby was closed again. I mentioned this has been a recurring problem. Last week, the drive-thru was too busy, so I left without being served. 5. I believe this location should be improved with new dedicated employees. The community shouldn't be inconvenienced due to poor management or staff at this establishment.

I visited Popeyes today and noticed the survey on the back of my receipt. However, I had trouble taking the survey as it required a "Store #" which was not on the receipt. After contacting the store, I was able to obtain the necessary information and complete the survey online. Unfortunately, I was uncomfortable providing my phone number at the end of the survey. I would prefer to only provide my email address for communication. The survey offered a coupon for a 2-piece chicken and biscuit with a large drink purchase, which I would like to receive via email. My purchase was made on 3/16/[redacted] at 12:59PM at Store #[redacted] for $11.43. I hope to receive the promised coupon. Thank you. - RJ

After placing my order at the drive-thru, I was directed to park and wait. Shortly after, a pleasant young lady brought my food and drink to me. Once I returned home, I discovered the dipping sauce was missing, which was disappointing. It would be great if the service could be more efficient to avoid such oversights in the future.

I recently purchased the new strawberry biscuit and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The biscuit was dry and lacked the amount of cream or frosting shown in the advertisement. This experience was disappointing as I wasn't aware of this new item before trying it. After trying it, I have no intention of ordering it again. I would like a refund as I bought two of them and feel it was a waste of money. Seeing other people's experiences on social media, their biscuits seemed to have more cream and were not dry. I am unsure if this was a one-time issue with the store I purchased from, but there is certainly room for improvement. I visited the Popeyes location on Dale Boulevard in Woodbridge, Virginia, store [redacted], and my total purchase was $14.28. Typically, I enjoy ordering your delicious apple pie.
