I encountered a frustrating issue with my game 'For Honor' where it got stuck downloading version 2.14 due to error CE-[redacted]-8 after downloading 8GB. This occurred over three days despite trying different solutions like using an Ethernet cable and clearing my console. I even created a new PlayStation account, but the problem persists. The disc is scratch-free and I even repurchased it digitally, but the same problem occurred. Other games on my PS4 work fine, indicating the issue is specific to 'For Honor.' Recently, my friends have been using my account and setting it as the primary. When I tried to access my account, they changed the password, preventing me from logging in. I've attempted to reset the password several times, but even though the system says the email has been sent, I never receive it. During a power outage, my PlayStation 3 console had to undergo a format repair, and now it is working correctly. However, I am unable to access my account as all data has been erased. I need to restore my purchased games and extras back to the console, but I am unable to log in to my PSN account. My account is linked to [redacted], which I only used for PSN. Unfortunately, I forgot the password to reconnect my console to the account, and I cannot receive password reset emails on that address. I am confused about the storage situation I am facing. I want to update Apex, but it says I need 17.59 GB when it should be around 5 GB based on what I read online. I might have to get a flash drive temporarily. I really need this update but I can't delete anything on my PS4 as I use everything I have. I can't find anything else to remove, but I can't play without the update. Do I have to buy something to solve this issue? Why do I need to install games if I have the disc? I apologize for the language, it's a habit. If a person reads this and helps me address this issue and others, I appreciate it. This situation is frustrating; I just want to play Apex.

My mother noticed an unfamiliar purchase on her transactions and reported it regarding a PlayStation purchase. Having support from my mother with evidence, I am wondering if that could aid in reversing the ban. Despite being upset and stopping playing on the PlayStation 4 initially, I recently resumed using my console and remembered the ban issue. Hello, two months ago, my account "E11_Lelex" got banned due to some messages, causing me to lose access to 80 digital games, [redacted] friends, about 1,[redacted] euros worth of content on Fortnite, and my game progress. Although I had previous suspensions for trash-talking, I was coerced by someone to send negative messages to a child. The child reported me, resulting in a permanent ban, which I find unjust. I invested two years of time and effort into that account, only to lose it all because of one mistake. Additionally, the person who manipulated me has my IP address and has threatened me. I don't recall their name. It's frustrating to see others get away with worse behavior while I face severe consequences for a few messages. I am requesting to have my ban reduced to a one-month suspension so I can retrieve my account. I assure you that I will never engage in such behavior again. My controller was working fine just before my vacation, but now it won't connect to my PS4 no matter what I try. I've attempted restarting the PS4, resetting the controller, unplugging and plugging in the PS4, and using different USB cables. Strangely enough, it will connect to my brother's PS4, where it was used recently, but not to mine.

Hello, I have been suspended from my PlayStation Network account and would greatly appreciate an earlier resolution. I currently have two days off work and it's the only time I can play. The next available time off won't be until next year. I suspect my younger brother was on my account while I was gone and may have had a confrontation with another player. I purchased two games online that were supposed to not need Playstation Plus, but when I try to play, it requires PS Plus. This is frustrating as I spent $60 on these games.
