I'm here because I was permanently suspended from my PlayStation account for messaging another player inappropriately during a Call of Duty game. I apologize for my behavior; it was not my intention to break the terms of service. Playing in the Call of Duty community, which can be toxic, the other player was being disrespectful to me by using offensive language about my family. This led me to react emotionally and respond inappropriately. I regret my actions and I sincerely request the opportunity to show that I have learned from this mistake. I have been unable to access my PSN account for over 2 weeks due to being busy with finals, work, and church activities. After finishing my commitments, I received an email from PlayStation stating I was banned, even though I hadn't been playing. The email mentioned using inappropriate language, which I know I didn't do as I haven't messaged any users. I'm unsure if someone else gained access to my account or if it was hacked. I feel frustrated by the lack of specific information provided about the ban. I was excited to unwind this summer by playing on my PlayStation, but now I'm unable to do so because of an unjust ban.

After receiving a message from my ex-girlfriend's boyfriend telling me to "Enjoy the ban," I was surprised to find out from an email that Sony had suspended my account for 7 days due to a violation of their Terms of Service. I was playing The Last of Us Part 2 at that time and had no interactions with anyone, so I was puzzled about the report until I saw the message the next morning. When I tried to discuss it with him, he immediately blocked me. Now, I'm facing a suspended account as my birthday approaches. While I understand the slim chances of getting this suspension overturned, I hope PlayStation can consider my clean record and lift the ban. It's not like me to verbally attack strangers in a random group, and I've always been respectful online.

My primary PlayStation account, NobisMentality, was suspended for a week around two months ago due to inappropriate messages I sent in response to being bullied about my autism. Regrettably, I repeated the same behavior and was suspended again for a month about three weeks ago, with the threat of further reports upon my upcoming unbanning. I acknowledge my wrongdoing from the initial suspension and have refrained from sending any disrespectful messages since then. I fear my account may face permanent suspension if the other party continues reporting the past messages. I believe PlayStation could resolve this situation by resetting my suspension strikes to enforce a shorter penalty period if future violations occur.

Yesterday, I received an email from Playstation regarding a possible breach of the conduct policy. Although not a ban, it warned of future consequences. Despite my innocence, the player who made the report later admitted it was a joke and showed a lack of respect for the reporting system. This incident felt like a personal attack, especially since I did not violate any rules. Hello, I'm feeling really frustrated about this issue and I need some assistance. When I was younger, I created a PlayStation Network account to play games on my PS Vita and activate some purchased games using gift cards. Now that I'm 18, I want to access my account, but I'm having trouble. Whenever I try to log in, I receive the message: "Unable to start a session. Ask your family manager for help. Note to the family manager: For the child to be able to log in, they need to log in to their account and accept the [Terms of Service and User Agreement] and the [Privacy Policy]." The problem is that my parents don't have their accounts, and I just want to play my games. I need to either remove the family manager setting or find out the email of the master account so the agreements can be accepted, and I can access my games. My account email is "[redacted]". I am dealing with an urgent matter that must be resolved by noon on 6/17. Recently, I encountered an issue while trying to access my Sony direct account. After entering an incorrect password a few times, I finally logged in. However, a message appeared stating that I was signing in from a new device or browser, which was not the case. I proceeded to authenticate myself, only to receive an email notifying me of a login from a different location in the US at the same time. Although I assumed it was a GPS error, I changed my password as a precaution. Subsequently, I encountered an authentication error upon logging back in to Sony direct, despite changing my password multiple times. It appears that the website does not recognize my phone as a valid device for access. While I can log in successfully on my PS4 and laptop, my phone is being denied access. Given that I rely on my phone's faster network for specific tasks due to limitations with my home internet speed, I urgently need this issue resolved to enable access from my mobile device. If it is possible to refresh the server's recognition of my phone to resolve this problem, it would greatly help me regain access to my account.

My account was recently temporarily suspended for allegedly violating community guidelines, and now I'm unable to sign back in. I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding the suspension. I apologize if I have upset anyone in the PlayStation community and for not contributing positively. There was an issue with our microphones during our chat with my friends, so I jokingly used a profanity. We are accustomed to banter and are comfortable with such language. Despite this, one of my friends, who uses his phone instead of a mic, had someone (unknown) log into his account and report me for using the profanity we had all discussed. It seems unfair as we are all okay with it, and the report came from an outsider using the account without the owner's knowledge. I hope to have my ban lifted, as it was not the account owner who reported me. I will be more cautious with my language until we identify the person responsible.

My Microsoft account was recently compromised and it's led to issues with various online gaming accounts, including my Sony PSN account. I've taken several steps to secure my PSN account, but I'm still facing problems. Despite having two-factor authentication enabled, I continue to encounter errors when installing physical games on my new Playstation 5. I no longer have my PS4's serial number but can provide my PS5 and PS3 serial numbers. I've removed payment methods as a precaution, and can offer payment details used for digital game purchases. While I am away, I let my little sister use my account. Unfortunately, she unintentionally added my dad's credit card to the account and made unauthorized purchases. As a result, my dad had to contact the bank to sort out the charges. However, now I find myself banned from my account due to my sister's actions. It seems unjust that I am facing consequences for her mistake. This situation is also affecting my girlfriend, who is unable to access the account as it is shared with her.

I recently received an email from PlayStation stating that my user ID was altered, a change I did not personally make. This makes me suspect that my account was compromised. Upon turning on my PlayStation, I found myself signed out of PSN, preventing me from accessing the games I purchased online through the console. Despite my efforts to reset my password and regain access, I am not receiving any emails from PlayStation when attempting to initiate a password change either through the console or the PlayStation website from my mobile device. In addition, the support bot on the PlayStation website is inaccessible to me as the hacker altered my user ID, making it impossible to obtain a support number for assistance. This situation is incredibly frustrating as the majority of my game library is stored on the console, and I also rely on it for TV streaming.

My friend Jordan's online ID is PeaksMovinn. Some time ago, I shared my account details with him, IIGxurdUpTonioII, and also my brother's account, Tsm_Doss44, during a party where we were arguing over a song. Jordan then logged into both accounts, resulting in both being signed out for violating the code of conduct. Upon trying to sign back in, the accounts were suspended. I am unsure of what actions Jordan took, but I suspect he caused the suspension. I have proof of his involvement as I created a new account to rejoin the party, and he admitted to messing with my accounts. I need assistance in getting the accounts unsuspended.

Hello. I relocated from South Africa to the Netherlands two years ago and brought my PS4 with my South African PS Plus account. Since then, my old South African bank cards have expired, and those bank accounts were closed due to inactivity. Currently, I only have Dutch bank accounts and cards. I want to keep my purchased games and saved files from my old account but face a problem with verifying the old bank card details since I no longer have them. I recently acquired a PS4 Pro in the Netherlands and cloned my original PS4. Unfortunately, my PS Plus subscription is expiring soon, and I am unable to purchase digital games, forcing me to buy discs. I have researched changing the currency in the PS Store through various videos, but it appears that South Africa is one of the countries where this is not possible. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

About a month ago, I was hit with two bans on the PlayStation Network within an hour, even though I hadn't used my PS4 in over two months. I received an email stating the bans were for uploading pornography as my cover photo, but at the time, I didn't even have a cover photo on my account. I served the first 30-day ban and have been playing online with friends since. However, I've been hit with another ban, this time lasting 60 days. Given that I'm facing this issue with a suspicion of false accusations due to being targeted by others, especially because my account "Timmy" has been singled out before, I'm hoping for a thorough investigation to prove my innocence by verifying that during the time of the ban, no cover photo was set on my account.

My account was suspended last week after a dispute with another player where I was unfairly targeted and harassed. Despite blocking the offender and reporting the behavior, my account has been suspended again recently after further racial abuse. This treatment is not fair given the investment I've made in games on the platform. I believe that a warning should have been issued rather than immediate suspension.
