I have been trying for four days to sign in to my account at BlueDiamond_Photo using the email [redacted] Unfortunately, all of my coded pictures now appear as black boxes. I have attempted all of the suggestions provided, but none have been successful. When I reached out for help, the response was, "What do you want us to do to fix the problem?" It's pretty simple - I want my pictures back on my pages and to be able to access my account. If this issue can be resolved, I am willing to consider using one of your new pay accounts. It's important to address these problems for loyal customers like myself.

I've lost my content on Photobucket. After sending a frustrated email two days ago, they responded, saying they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. However, a week has passed, and the problem remains unresolved. Despite this, they have charged me for another month's subscription fee in advance from my bank account.

I encountered an issue with my spellcasterguitars account where my pictures and messages disappeared. After several attempts to contact support, I received an email from Get Human advising me to check a link to see if the account was restored, which failed. The Help Centre link provided was unhelpful—a blank page every time. I am getting frustrated with this situation and contemplating switching to a different hosting platform. Update: Their recent email advised me to clear data and cookies and reach out if problems persist.

I am experiencing an issue with my greyed-out photos. Two days ago, I reached out for assistance and was asked to pay $1, which I find unreasonable as this problem is not of my making but seems to have originated from your end. I believe I am entitled to receive free support in this case. Could you please provide me with a contact number to speak with a representative directly? If this is not feasible, I may need to seek an alternative platform for storing and managing my images. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Several of my photos are missing, especially ones of my late son who passed away in Australia in [redacted]. One specific photo from my time with the British Royal Air Force posted on Photobucket is showing up in an Arab Army's collection. Unfortunately, I can't contact Photobucket via email because I have an AOL IP address. I previously sent a letter to the CEO that has gone unanswered. Considering reaching out to my Member of Parliament about this issue as a last resort since you keep charging my bank account monthly. Thank you -J. Wiliams

Hello, I previously stored around 10GB of photos on Photo Bucket with a premium membership. Unfortunately, due to unexpected events including accidents and health issues, my membership lapsed. Now, I am facing two problems. First, I am unable to log in on my iPads as it indicates my username and/or password are incorrect. Secondly, while still logged in on my iPhone, I noticed all my photos and organizing lists have vanished, leaving my account seemingly cleared. It appears as if my account was reset to 0 MB. Has anyone encountered this issue before, and is there a way to restore my account to its previous state? Sincerely, ZM.

I used to easily log in to my Photobucket account by connecting it to my old Facebook profile. Unfortunately, my Facebook was permanently deleted, and now I can't access my precious photos on Photobucket. The email addresses that might be associated with the account are [redacted] or [redacted], but I no longer have access to either as one was linked to an old phone number. I have approximately [redacted] pictures on my account, including newborn photos of my daughter dated 12/11/13 and 11/12/14. If there is any way to recover my account or if I can provide additional verification to prove ownership, I'm more than willing to do so. Thank you.

Hello, I am struggling to recall the password for my account on photobucket. I was planning to purchase a larger package as I now have the funds available, something I haven't had before. Unfortunately, my photobucket account was created a long time ago, and I think the email linked to it may have been deleted. It's crucial for me to access this account as it holds precious baby photos of my son. The username for the account is "Matakishi." If the email address linked to it is @aim or aol, it might have been permanently deleted. In the case of a yahoo email, it could have been purged, but I still have access to most of my old yahoo accounts. My name is Amanda H. from New Carlisle, Ohio, and I may have listed Springfield as an address, but my primary one is [redacted] Snider Rd, New Carlisle, Ohio. I have been trying to reach out to Photobucket for the past six days with no response. About two weeks ago, everything was working fine. However, now when I upload images, each one is tagged as "Sorry. This image is currently unavailable." Even though the images appear in my libraries, I cannot link them to eBay due to the same tag. Dell Technical Support confirmed that there are no issues with my system after following troubleshooting instructions. They suggested reaching out to Photobucket as they believe the problem lies with their service. I am in need of assistance promptly. Thank you. Regards, Semyon

I had an old Photobucket account, and now, due to professional reasons, I need it either deleted or made private. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email I used for that account or remember my password. I only recall the account name. I wish there was a way to directly speak with someone from Photobucket to resolve this. I just discovered my old photos are still visible there, and I’m currently applying for a job. While there is nothing inappropriate, these images from my past may not present me professionally to potential employers who may search my name online. I would appreciate a quick resolution to this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I am Anita Filemoni. I recently discovered my long-dormant Photobucket account from my time in NZ. As I no longer have access to the associated email and have been living outside NZ for over 7 years, I would like to request the deletion of my account. The username may be michaelfosi, and there are 26 photos of my family and son in my bucket. I haven't uploaded any new photos in over 7 years since leaving NZ. Hello Photobucket support team. I need assistance accessing my account as I originally only had photos stored. However, I recently noticed videos or some other content had been added, causing my storage to become full. Furthermore, the email address associated with my account does not belong to me. Despite paying the initial $3, I am still unable to access my account. Please investigate and resolve this issue promptly. My account username is girardfamphotos, and my correct email address is [redacted] The incorrect email on the account is wisdom_triforce(at)hotmail(dot)com, which is unfamiliar to me and has never been associated with my account.

Hello! I am using Photobucket to try to sell my car on eBay. To host images, I need to purchase the Plus Plan. I accidentally signed up for the Lite Plan at $5.99 per month only to realize it doesn't include hosting and cancelled it. Now, when I try to upgrade to the $7.99 Plus Plan, the only option I see is to revert back to the Lite Plan without hosting. I'm struggling to find a way to pay for the Plus Plan so I can host images and kickstart my eBay car auction quickly. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you!

To Photobucket, I recently tried upgrading my account to the 25 thousand photo limit for $5 per month. However, my current account with [redacted] photos was canceled instead. I have been receiving emails from your team about upgrading, but each time I try, I keep getting kicked out and unable to proceed. I will be stuck with the [redacted] limit until June 10th.
