I have not received my refund yet. On December 18, [redacted], I ordered a Flying Machine Full Sleeve Solid Men Jacket for Rs [redacted] and a Peter England University Sleeveless Solid Men Jacket for Rs [redacted]. Unfortunately, I canceled both items. However, I have not yet received my refund. The amount was refunded from Flipkart to PhonePe and is showing in my PhonePe history, but it has not been deposited into my bank account. I have contacted my bank multiple times, but they do not have any information regarding my refund.

Hello, I recently had my Moto Stylus stolen and visited a Metro location in Upper Darby, PA. Unfortunately, they did not inform me that I had insurance and convinced me to buy a new phone at full price, which cost over $[redacted]. When I contacted Metro the next day, they confirmed that I did have insurance and instructed me to return the purchased phone for a replacement to be sent overnight. Despite providing the receipt, they refused to take the phone back which has left me frustrated as the amount is significant. I now have two Moto Stylus phones that I do not need, and I am extremely upset about the situation. I have been a customer with three lines since [redacted], but the lack of assistance has led me to consider switching to Verizon unless Metro refunds the money, which they are legally obligated to do. I hope for a resolution as this experience has been very disappointing. Thank you for your attention. - Jon

I went to Metro in Upper Darby after my Moto Stylus was stolen, and they did not inform me about the insurance I had. Instead, they convinced me to buy a new phone for over $[redacted] at full price. The next day, when I called Metro, they acknowledged the insurance and instructed me to return the phone for a replacement to be sent overnight. However, when I presented the receipt, they refused to comply. I am now left with two Stylus phones unnecessarily. Despite having been a customer with three lines since [redacted], I am considering switching to Verizon unless Metro refunds the money they should never have kept. This experience has left me furious, and I feel like no one at Metro genuinely cares. This is my final attempt to resolve the issue. Thank you for understanding my frustration.

Dear Sir, I recently purchased medicine via PhonePe for Rs. [redacted]. After making the payment to the beneficiary and sending a screenshot, they requested I use Google Pay instead. Accidentally, I transferred the amount to a different account ending in numbers (UP1/p2a/[redacted]95/[redacted]83). Upon realizing the mistake, I tried to contact PhonePe customer care at [redacted]; however, I received a call from [redacted] claiming to be from PhonePe customer care. I reported the transaction error, and they advised steps to recover the funds. Unfortunately, an additional amount of Rs. [redacted] was also debited from my account following their instructions. I kindly request reimbursement of the total amount. Thank you.

When a payment is pending, people often search for the PhonePe customer care helpline number on Google and end up falling victim to scams by talking to whoever answers that number. I myself was a victim of such a scam. I urge you to keep a close watch to ensure that no one else is using my name to cheat others with a fake customer care number. I have encountered others who have also fallen prey to similar scams. I requested help from the PhonePe customer care number, but the service representative fraudulently took ₹[redacted]/-. If PhonePe promptly sends the payment amount to service provider agencies, people will not be troubled or scammed. PhonePe should familiarize its customers with their official helpline number to avoid people falling victim to scams. Confusing individuals with pending payments and forcing them to call the helpline number is a deliberate act by the company, which is costing people millions. If my issue is not taken seriously, I will be compelled to seek refuge in the court.

On March 19, [redacted], two transactions of Rs.[redacted]/- and Rs.[redacted]/- were carried out through your platform due to a fraudulent activity. To seek your assistance, we have requested the names of the recipients and the ultimate vendors along with their banking details. We would appreciate any information you can provide. Thank you.

On April 1st, [redacted], I received a scratch card appearing to show that I had won Rs [redacted]. After making a call, it also appeared in my PhonePe notifications. The instructions stated that clicking "pay" would send the amount directly to my bank account. While attempting to verify, I encountered server issues with my SBI accounts and mistakenly debited Rs [redacted] to another account. Additionally, due to a likely payment error, I accidentally debited Rs [redacted] three times, totaling Rs [redacted] to another account. Both transactions seem fraudulent. I possess screenshots as evidence and seek assistance in recovering the total amount of Rs [redacted]. The scratch cards in question bear the emblem of PhonePe.

I reached out to customer support, but they mentioned that the investigation would take up to a week. I kindly request your assistance in unblocking the app and providing feedback to my phone. I have been using my mobile number [redacted] under the name Arvind D. Kurkure since [redacted]. I recently linked my Cosmos Bank account from Bhusawal, Maharashtra, to my Phone-Pay account for payments, but am facing issues with receiving payments. When someone tries to pay me, the name shows as Arvind D. Kurkure instead of Anusaya A. Jadhav, leading to a payment error message. I can only accept payments by scanning a QR Code. All transaction SMS alerts from the bank are also coming to this number. The bank manager says they cannot help as there is no account under Anusaya A. Jadhav. I kindly seek assistance to rectify this issue. Thank you. Arvind D. Kurkure - [redacted]

Dear PhonePe, I am reaching out to express my satisfaction with your convenient payment options and reliability as my go-to online payment method. However, I recently encountered a disappointing experience. During the lockdown, I was unable to find chicken in the market. Consequently, I ordered chicken curry from a renowned restaurant in Hyderabad through Zomato, expecting to utilize your coupons for rewards. Regrettably, the coupons I tried to apply were deemed invalid, causing frustration and disappointment. It would greatly enhance the user experience if you could offer coupons that are readily usable, especially during these challenging times. I am not requesting any compensations, simply appealing for more practical and valuable rewards. Thank you, D. Vivekveer

I have been trying to reach out to the provided email address multiple times without receiving any response. My sim no. is [redacted]. On the 14th, I sent Rs.78 for a recharge and then Rs.49 to follow up, but none of them were successful. This lack of communication is causing me distress as it affects my income. If the issue persists, I might have to cancel both my Airtel sim and phone. I am concerned that there might be some fraudulent activity happening. I rely on services like PhonePe to transfer money, and not having recharges is a setback. I hope to get a resolution soon to avoid any further inconvenience.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address an issue with a transaction I made on August 5, [redacted]. I transferred INR 49,[redacted] to mobile number [redacted] from my PhonePe account ([redacted]). Although the amount was debited from my account and the status on my app shows as paid, the recipient has not received the money in their account. I have tried reaching out to customer care multiple times without success. I kindly request urgent assistance in identifying the recipient's account details and the current status of the transaction. Could you please prioritize this matter for resolution? I appreciate your help in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

Dear PhonePe Support, I am suggesting fixing the bug on the PhonePe app. Sometimes due to server issues, when transferring money to someone, the amount gets deducted from our account but doesn't reach the recipient's account. This leads to inconvenience for your loyal customers like me, requiring us to wait for 1 to 5 days for resolution. Addressing such problems promptly will prevent a drop in your app's rating. I have messaged you with a suggestion for resolving this issue. Please forgive any errors. When there are server problems at PhonePe or bank accounts, please ensure the app remains off until the server functions properly, notifying users about the issue. Thank you for your support. Sincerely, Krishna K. Please excuse any mistakes. I belong to a middle-class family. I have pointed out this notification to prompt action during server problems to prevent financial confusion. Therefore, I have taken the effort to message you regarding this. Thank you for your consideration. Kind regards, Krishna K. Contact number: [redacted] Email: [redacted]

I received a call yesterday at 11:00 AM stating that I had won a ₹[redacted] coupon from real11fantasy on the PhonePe app. The notification was on the PhonePe app, and I was told that I could transfer the amount to my account by opening the notification. However, instead of crediting the balance, the money was deducted from my account. When I called the number, someone reassured me that the balance would be refunded, but it has been 2 days and I haven't received the credit yet. Additionally, the number is now unreachable. Please credit the balance back to my account as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, My name is Gorli Sony Babu, and I have an account with State Bank of India, with the account number [redacted]**[redacted]. Recently, I made a transfer using PhonePe, but unfortunately, the amount I transferred has not reached the intended recipient. I have included my account details and UTR details below for your reference. Thank you.
