I, Nataliia Anyshchenko, received an email from your bank stating that a chargeback procedure was done for money transferred from Blockchain to your bank, around 30,[redacted] euros, and I am asked to pay a 5% tax on the amount. Is this correct? What other fees should I expect to pay to the bank if this is accurate? I have already paid 3,[redacted] euros, but I am concerned that the payment needs to be made not to an account but to some wallet in bitcoins. Thank you in advance! Hello, I recently attempted to transfer money from TransferWise to my French bank account. However, after receiving a message from NAB regarding an "unusual transaction," my NAB account has been blocked, preventing me from accessing it. NAB is requesting details about my past addresses in Australia, but since I had several addresses, my answers were considered incorrect. Due to my imperfect English, communication with them has been challenging. I am wondering if it's possible to contact them via email and if I can send my passport ID to regain access to my account. Thank you.
