I am Charles H. Due to the closure of Revel Casino in September [redacted], I was on unemployment from October to March [redacted]. After that, I started working at the Golden Nugget until the pandemic hit. Now, I had to reapply for unemployment but they are withholding my funds citing a $7,[redacted] payment in [redacted]. This amount for three months aligns with my unemployment period that began in [redacted] before I joined Golden Nugget. I have been at Golden Nugget since April 30, [redacted], and worked until March 16, [redacted], without receiving any unemployment benefits.

I recently applied for unemployment due to work interruption from the current situation and a possible lay off. I have received emails confirming my submission, but I did not receive a confirmation number. When I check my claim status, it shows as pending. However, when I try to claim my weekly benefits on the website using my SS number, it does not recognize any linked claim. I believe this is because my initial claim is still being processed. It has been 9 business days since I filed my initial claim. Is this timeline normal, or should I contact support and endure a lengthy wait time of up to [redacted] minutes to speak with a representative? Should I wait another week before taking that step? I understand the current overwhelming situation, and I hope the delay in processing my claim is due to the high volume of applications. My dashboard shows all benefit sections as blank, which is causing me some concern. I want to ensure I have followed all the necessary steps correctly.

I applied for unemployment due to a coronavirus-related work interruption that may lead to a layoff. Although I have received emails acknowledging my claim, I did not receive a confirmation number. The status shows as pending, but when I try to claim weekly benefits using my social security number, it indicates there is no linked claim. I assume this is because my initial claim is still being processed, which has now been * business days. Is this normal, or should I call and endure long wait times to speak with a representative? Should I give it another week before taking that step? I realize the system is overwhelmed currently, and I hope that explains the delay in processing my claim beyond the stated * business days on my dashboard. All benefit sections are blank, and I want to make sure I followed all the steps correctly. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am in the process of reopening my existing New Jersey unemployment claim. I am hoping to receive the Federal Extension for at least 6 weeks along with the additional $[redacted] weekly from the federal government. While trying to reopen my claim online, I encountered an issue where I couldn't add my second employer from the past 18 months. The status of my claim still shows as "filed" without any updates or progress. This stagnant situation is causing me great distress as a single mom, especially since I have job interviews lined up but lack the gas money to attend them. I specified that I prefer to receive payments via Bank of America's payment card during the reopening process to accommodate my closed bank account. It's crucial that this adjustment has been made correctly to prevent any disruptions in my payments. I urgently need assistance with resolving these matters.

I submitted a claim on 3/15. Initially, claiming went smoothly for the first 2 weeks. However, last week, when trying to claim, I received an alarming red message instructing me to contact them. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls and emails (which exceeded 10), I could not get through to anyone. While my colleagues have received their payments, I am still waiting. Adding to my concerns, I received a letter on Friday indicating a change in my payment method, which I did not authorize. When attempting to claim my weekly benefit online, I continue to encounter issues. Running low on funds, I am feeling stressed and urgently require assistance. I urge the authorities to refrain from requesting calls when they are not reachable, as this only compounds the frustration and disappointment I am experiencing. I sincerely plead for prompt resolution and support regarding this matter.

I received an email regarding my weekly unemployment benefits stating my claim is currently not payable. It mentions I have pending credits for a certain week, and if certain conditions are met, I will be paid. I have not been able to speak with anyone to clarify the reasons for this issue for two weeks now. I've been trying to reach out to understand the situation. Thank you.

I need assistance with my unemployment claim. I submitted it on 3-21-20 and it was approved. After receiving my first deposit on 3-24-20, my subsequent weekly benefits haven't come through. I tried to claim on Sunday 3-29-20 as scheduled between 8am-9am, but no payment was made. When I attempted to claim on Sunday 4-5-20 from 4pm-7pm due to missing the earlier time slot, I faced technical issues. The website prompted me to try later and provided multiple phone numbers, none of which connected me to a representative. I understand the challenges you are facing, but I rely on this $[redacted] per week, especially since my savings are depleted. My claim number is [redacted]19. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I have friends who have applied for benefits and are already receiving them. We work together as waitresses, and it's frustrating that my claim still says pending, preventing me from doing my weekly call-ins. My friends have received two payments already. I urgently need my benefits as my husband is disabled and hasn't had any income in nearly a month. We applied on the same day, March 15th, but my claim is stuck on pending. I've been trying every day to reach a representative without success. Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you, Mrs. Beth B. [redacted]. [redacted]@gmail.com

I am seeking an extension of my unemployment benefits that expired on 03/07/[redacted] due to the pandemic. I briefly worked part-time at Home Depot for 3 weeks at 20 hours a week for $11.00 an hour but left due to safety concerns. The customers and employees were not following safety guidelines. I had promising job leads, but they are on hold due to the ongoing situation. My Claim ID# is [redacted]. I am struggling to pay my bills, including my mortgage and car payment, while caring for my family. Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Russell J Heath

I need assistance with my first-time weekly benefits claim in New Jersey. I have been out of work since 3/20/20 due to COVID-19. Even though I qualify for benefits under the stimulus bill, the system seems to believe I am still employed. Despite being a full-time employee with layoff paperwork from my office, I keep encountering issues while filing. I have tried calling, but the lines are either busy or disconnected. I have been attempting to file since 7:30 AM, but after completing the process, it asks me to speak to an agent, which I can't get through to. With bills due at the beginning of the month, I am stressed as my previous job paid weekly. Thank you for any help or guidance.

Since March 23, I have made multiple attempts to register and file a claim without success. I have received various messages that indicate the system is encountering issues. I was on disability in November [redacted], then returned to work in December [redacted] and have been employed since. I am wondering if the problems I am facing with the unemployment system could be related to passwords or information from my previous disability claim. On April 3, [redacted], I called in to file an unemployment claim, but the call got disconnected while waiting for verification from an agent. When checking my social security number on the Unemployment website, it showed as pending without completing the verification with an agent or providing any confirmation during the phone call.

I applied for unemployment in January [redacted]. My return-to-work date in March has been delayed indefinitely. Despite daily calls, I have not been able to rectify the issue. The claim states I have been rehired, which is incorrect. I reopened my claim and had a phone appointment scheduled for March 28, but it was mistakenly set for March 28, [redacted]. I haven't received payment for over 4 weeks, causing financial strain. The last successful filing was on March 8 for the week ending March 7. I've been unable to reach anyone for a month, and I urgently need the owed unemployment benefits. I emailed on April 3 but have yet to receive a response. I have bills overdue and need immediate assistance. Desperately waiting for resolution. Thank you, Justin F. Hello, my name is Justin Fickling and my birthdate is August 14, [redacted]. I have not received unemployment benefits since March 10, [redacted], for the week ending March 7, [redacted]. Due to a hire back date that did not materialize because of work difficulties and the Coronavirus, I had to reopen my claim. Despite having an appointment scheduled for March 28, [redacted], at 1:20 PM, I did not receive a call because the year on the appointment was incorrect. I am in urgent need of the unpaid benefits, as it has been four weeks without any income. The closure of nearby centers poses a challenge for me to resolve this issue. I am facing financial distress and urgently require assistance to ensure I can settle my bills and afford basic necessities like food. I reside in New Jersey and received my last unemployment check before the pandemic hit in February [redacted]. Being 54 years old, I have been struggling to find a new job. I am unsure if I qualify for extended benefits or the $[redacted] federal unemployment assistance. After logging into the NJ unemployment site, I claimed my weekly benefits and got a confirmation number, but the email stated that my claim is not payable and advised me to contact the reemployment call center. Unfortunately, all my attempts to reach them failed. A similar issue occurred when I first applied in September [redacted], and a customer service rep had to intervene to reactivate my claim. I desperately need assistance as I am falling behind on rent and other bills. If someone could guide me on what steps to take to qualify for benefits under the new federal aid program, it would be greatly appreciated.

In December, I filed for unemployment, which was accepted, but I returned to work the same day I was laid off. As a union carpenter, being laid off periodically is common. I didn't claim benefits as I was working. Currently, I am out of work due to Covid-19. While trying to reopen my claim, I noticed I missed my monetary appointment in January. Now, I am required to speak to an agent to proceed with my claim. Despite my efforts, my claim status remains filed, and I can't reach anyone via phone. I've struggled to contact NJ unemployment for the past 6 years. Implementing a call-back system would greatly help individuals facing similar issues. I'm in need of assistance and uncertain about the next steps.

Dear Support Team, I am writing in reference to claim numbers #[redacted][redacted] and #[redacted][redacted]. After weeks of waiting, I finally received confirmation this morning that my claims have been filed. I was laid off due to the Coronavirus, and my employer provided a letter supporting my claim for unemployment benefits. However, I was surprised to receive a message stating that my claim is not payable at this time. This uncertainty is causing me significant stress as I have been without income during this time. I am confused as to why I do not qualify for the maximum benefit amount. Prior to being laid off, I was earning $2,[redacted] per week at my job, although I had only been working there for 6-7 weeks. I also believe I should be eligible for the additional $[redacted] as outlined in the recent congressional bill. I want to clarify that my last day of work was March 22, but due to the pay period structure at my job, I listed Tuesday as my last day worked. This may have caused a delay in processing my claim, but I was unsure how to account for hours not worked on Monday and Tuesday. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Emad Twam

My unemployment claim has been pending for almost two weeks. It's been way past the time I should've started claiming weekly benefits. I've tried reaching out through the online portal several times, providing both phone numbers and email for contact. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same automated response asking if my issue is resolved, to which I reply that it's not. I haven't had any further communication from the office. I'm available all day to respond swiftly. I hope to receive a professional response soon. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted], or email me at [redacted] This situation needs immediate attention. Thank you. Sincerely, Stefanie A. Gyenes

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty certifying my weekly benefits as the system indicates my claim is currently not payable. I suspect this issue may have arisen from my initial response regarding attending school. Upon answering "yes" to the query during my initial benefits claim, I was notified of a required manual review with a promise for contact within 5 business days. Subsequently, I received an email outlining the proper method to respond to the questions for benefit eligibility, revealing a mistake in my school question response. Despite more than 10 business days passing with no contact, I remain unable to access my benefits for 3 weeks now, placing a strain on my finances. Regrettably, my attempts to reach out to the offices via calls and emails have been unsuccessful. Feeling desperate for a resolution, I am contemplating a visit to the Trenton office. Please reach out to me for assistance either by phone or email. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, A. Capotorto

Hello, my name is Anthony Savino. My claim ID is #[redacted]. I realized that my claim was entered into the system on 3/22/20 with a weekly benefit of 0. The next payment is supposed to be on 3/28/20, but I haven't received anything yet. I am concerned that my claim might have been declined due to being laid off because of Covid-19. I have tried reaching out to a reemployment phone number to resolve the issue, but the automated system keeps hanging up on me. I wanted to check if my employer can contact you proactively to provide any necessary information, as I didn't include their payroll number in my application. Their payroll tax ID number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. If my claim has been declined, I need guidance on how to resubmit it as I am struggling financially and have a young child to take care of. As a high-risk individual with chronic asthma, I am avoiding public places during this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, A.M. Savino

I have not received my benefits from my first filing. It has been almost four weeks without any payment. After managing to speak to someone, they corrected an error in my claim application. I was assured it was resolved and should give it a few days for processing to start receiving my payment and retroactive pay. However, it has been longer than that and there are still no updates on my claims. I have dependents to care for, bills to pay, and I urgently need clarification. I have tried contacting them daily from morning till evening but haven't been able to reach anyone.
