I have unfortunately found myself being part of a "People Sharing Group" against my will. This group has been harassing and mistreating me for a while now, probably because I have no interest in participating in their activities. I've attempted multiple times to block them from accessing my Internet network and my devices, but they continue to disrupt my online experience. They constantly interfere with my browsing by changing pages, resizing them improperly, closing tabs, and potentially accessing my passwords to use on my accounts. They have even gone as far as creating accounts in my name online and potentially offline. To make matters worse, they have intruded into my personal medical and health information. I often notice strange half pages or code language displayed on my settings. They also listen in on my calls, interfere with them, and create emails using my information. They even use my devices to play media without my consent. I seem to be unknowingly connected to sharing groups like Microsoft, Gmail, and Samsung. This situation has left me extremely upset and frustrated.

I attempted to access my account on February 22, [redacted], to manage my monthly family subscription for Office [redacted]. After encountering difficulties on a different device, I decided to initiate a free trial for another year at £5.99 per month. However, I was prompted for a key number that I do not possess. I left the issue unresolved until March 25 when my bank alerted me to a £79.99 charge, followed by another £5.99 charge on March 26. These deductions have left me facing financial strain until my next payday at the end of March, accruing additional charges due to insufficient funds. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter, discontinuing any subscriptions, and issuing a refund. My name is Siobhan Russell, and my login is my phone number, 07[redacted]77. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.

I previously owned Minecraft, but had trouble with the launcher after Mojang merged with Xbox. I had to migrate my account and now download the game from the Microsoft Store. Even after purchasing Minecraft Launcher + Minecraft, I could only access the demo version. The "Install to" button on the Microsoft Store wasn't functioning, preventing me from playing the full game. I seek assistance as previous attempts to resolve this problem have been unsuccessful. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is José Luis Soto. My Hotmail account has been closed, and I have no knowledge of committing any offense or harm to Microsoft's privacy. I received an email on April 2nd regarding unusual sign-in activity on my Microsoft account. Upon following the instructions to verify my account, I reached a page asking for my email and password, followed by verification of my identity using the last 4 digits of my phone number. However, I have been waiting for the code for two days now without receiving it, making it impossible for me to verify my account. I am currently away from home and unable to reach out to a Microsoft agent due to not having access to a toll-free number in my location. The account "KeepSolid Inc" was created accidentally while I was trying to download a VPN app from the Apple Store to watch a live basketball game, which unfortunately was unsuccessful from my current location.

Hello, I have been assisting David W. Meyers with regaining access to his Microsoft account due to memory issues. Despite attempts through online support, the process has been circular. To access the account, we used his phone number [redacted] as the password reset method after failing to update the original password. Subsequently, it was necessary to create a new email address, dm42322@aol, as the existing one, dm42322@gmail, was deemed already in use. We are seeking assistance in reverting to the original dm42322@gmail email address associated with his account to simplify the process for David. Your help in resolving this matter and ensuring smooth account access would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased the Microsoft [redacted] Family subscription for a school project. I utilized the one-month free trial, which I activated approximately one month ago. We only needed the subscription for a single day for our classroom task, so I attempted to cancel it before being charged the full price for a month. Despite my efforts, the payment of $[redacted] still processed. I was successful in canceling the account, but I am seeking guidance on the process to obtain a refund. I believe it is unfair to pay the full amount for just one use of Microsoft Word. I would appreciate any assistance on how to proceed with this matter. Thank you for your time, and I am eager to receive your response.

Thank you, MS, for the new password. Unfortunately, I am still unable to access my computer. I can log in to my account from my phone using both the new and old passwords, but not on my PC due to a Windows 10 issue. I encountered an error ("Fail to Extract Archive") when trying to install Turbotax and their tech support couldn't assist because they couldn't access my computer. I've attempted various solutions without success. One recent attempt involved using msconfig to disable startup programs and even trying a Diagnostic startup, which then prevented me from accessing my computer using a PIN or password. Any additional insights would be appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

On Tuesday, April 13th, I encountered a security issue on my computer that prompted me to call a Microsoft phone number. I spoke with a man named Mike Ross who advised me to purchase a $[redacted].98 gift card to resolve the issue, promising a reimbursement of $[redacted]. Later, I discovered that the full $[redacted] was taken instead of the agreed amount. Mike assured me the reimbursement would arrive in my bank account within 24 hours, but it has now been three days without any deposit. I have attempted to reach out to Mike Ross multiple times, only to reach a voicemail. My messages have gone unanswered, leaving me confused and concerned about the situation. Virginia Kane. I recently bought a new laptop since my old one crashed without any data recovery. While trying to set up my email on the new device, it prompted for my Microsoft account password for my email ([redacted]). However, I don't recall creating a Microsoft account or the corresponding password. Despite several attempts at resetting the password through the provided methods in Microsoft support, I couldn't regain access as it requires sending a reset link to my email, which I can't open. I'm 65 years old and becoming more forgetful; I vividly remember having this email address for years and prefer not changing it. I'm seeking assistance to regain access to my account.

I received a notification from GoDaddy about my expiring [redacted] email & office account, so I called to renew. After the renewal, I encountered an issue where I couldn't access my original account with my email but could use my phone number to log in to a "new [redacted] FAMILY" account. I have spent hours on the phone with GoDaddy and tried to reach out for support through chat or phone, but it's been challenging to get assistance. I am struggling to find a way to restore my original [redacted] account, and this situation has left me exhausted and upset. I hope someone can assist me in resolving this matter as I just want to have access to my original account back.

I recently noticed an error icon next to one of my outlook email accounts on my iPhone. I was unable to retrieve messages and encountered an issue when trying to login on my desktop where I received the message: "Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one." Furthermore, a test email resulted in a delivery failure notice with error code [redacted]: 5.5.0. My inbox folder was last updated on April 14, [redacted]. I attempted to change the registered email on a 3rd party account but was unable to receive a verification code because it was sent to the discontinued email I can no longer access. Additionally, when trying to create the old email address in outlook, I am met with conflicting messages about its existence. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a solution in the FAQs or through the support options. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I work 3rd Shift and do not use a computer or cell phone while working. I noticed that $[redacted] was deducted from my account by Microsoft, even though I have never interacted with their services before. I urgently need the $[redacted] returned to my account. My name is Susan Bryant. Please contact me at [redacted]. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to consider taking legal action. The unauthorized deduction has caused me to be short on rent, and as a single mom, this is a significant problem. I have never visited Microsoft's website or made any purchases from them. Please reach out to me as soon as possible to rectify this situation. Thank you.

We use BOA for convenience. Recently, we noticed four suspicious charges on our business card starting on April 22, [redacted]. The first charge was around $[redacted] to Microsoft. After reporting it to both the bank and Microsoft, we had to request a verification from the bank to Microsoft. Surprisingly, the fraud department couldn't resolve it immediately and had to send it to the research team which could take up to 10 days. Our credit card was canceled and a new one is on the way. Despite getting an alert for a legitimate $59 charge, the next day we saw another charge of $[redacted]. After contacting separate agents, we established a process for authorizing any charges to Microsoft. The bank admitted they should have alerted us and apologized for the oversight. More charges followed, including a $[redacted] Amazon charge the next day, although it didn't show on our accounts initially. Later, a $[redacted] charge went through PayPal directly after a $[redacted] business deposit. We're out $13,[redacted] since the previous Monday due to these fraudulent activities.

I am struggling to recall the exact subject line and recipients I used for my account [redacted] Microsoft is requesting this information for account recovery, creating a Catch-22 situation. Case # [redacted] led me to fill out a verification form per instructions from tech support, but Microsoft deemed my responses insufficient or inaccurate. I attempted multiple times to provide the required information, per their insistence not to exceed three attempts daily. My concern lies in being a subscriber to Microsoft [redacted] with 24/7 technical support, a service I have invested in. I maintained the same password for years until encountering issues several months back.

I recently reset my laptop, choosing the option to delete all drives and files. The deletion process seemed to go smoothly, but when the laptop got stuck at 4% during the preparation phase for an extended period, I grew impatient and forcefully shut it down by long-pressing the power button. Now, upon restarting, I am continuously stuck in a loop where it prompts me to choose an operating system, with both options being 'Windows 10 on volume 2.' After selecting one, it just restarts and presents the same options again. There is a countdown timer involved, and I am unable to find any other options or settings to resolve this issue. Can someone please offer some guidance on how to proceed?

I am encountering a few issues that are causing me frustration. Firstly, my Microsoft account is repeatedly requested by the Microsoft Store and XBox App. Even after logging in, services such as Minecraft do not acknowledge my login and continuously ask me to log in again, leading to an endless loop. I have tried logging out and back in, reinstalling the XBox app, restarting my notebook, and updating drivers, but the problem persists. Interestingly, this problem is exclusive to my notebook; my tower PC does not experience this issue. Secondly, I am facing performance problems with various games on my tower PC, like Forza Horizon 4 and Outriders. These games either run very poorly at 10-15 fps or freeze when I input commands, only to resume once I stop. Interestingly, when I test these games on my notebook with a 16:9 aspect ratio, they run smoothly, while on my tower PC with a 21:9 aspect ratio, they struggle, except for Halo Infinite.

I have an old hard drive from my Dell PC connected via USB to the PC (which has a new hard drive) using a USB cable. The File Manager is not showing the disk even though the PC recognizes it with a ping upon connection. Today, it appears under Device Manager -> Storage Controllers -> USB Attached SCSI (UAS) Mass Storage Device. Yesterday it was visible under Device Manager -> Universal USB Controllers -> "Unknown USB Device" (Device descriptor failed). It briefly appeared in File Manager, but showed errors "Windows cannot access" and "Windows cannot check." I am trying to copy data from this old disk to a 125GB USB stick as advised by Dell. Dell is requesting the old hard disk back, as it started failing while under warranty. If I can't retrieve data from it, I would like advice on safely wiping the disk before returning it, as it contains several years of sensitive data. This is connected to the previous Case #:[redacted] (immediate restart after PC shutdown) that was resolved by Dell by installing a new motherboard on 4/29. Your assistance is highly appreciated. I have access to my Instagram and Facebook accounts, both tied together, but Instagram now requires a verification code sent to an old Hotmail account, [redacted], which I no longer have the password for. I can't receive the code as it's solely connected to that email. Even though my phone number and an alternative email, [redacted], are linked to my Facebook, recovery options only prompt for the inaccessible Hotmail. The recovery process asks for details like recent emails sent, but this email was mainly used for account creation and not for messaging. I'm stuck since I cannot provide these details. Any suggestions on how to bypass this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I never used Outlook.com for my emails before. When I purchased my computer in May [redacted], the technician installed Outlook along with Microsoft Office. It was all fine until I upgraded to Windows 11 from Windows 10 recently. After the upgrade, I am constantly being asked to enter my password on a screen that interrupts my work repeatedly. I have attempted to reset my password to remove this frustration, but the information I provide to Microsoft is never enough to allow me to create a new password. I keep receiving requests to sign in with a password I don't have. The message indicates that I am trying to access sensitive information and that I need to verify my identity. Please help me resolve this issue. The prompt is from: [redacted]
