Hello all, I hope you're having a great day! I am Tawhid Ahmed from Bangladesh, and I am facing an issue with my LinkedIn account being permanently restricted. I want to clarify that I am a professional Upwork freelancer and not involved in any scam activities. The problem arose when I tried to upgrade to a premium trial using a Payoneer master card, which LinkedIn does not support. Despite using such cards on other online platforms, my account got restricted. LinkedIn connections are crucial for my work, especially with Upwork clients. I am unsure how I violated LinkedIn's User Agreement unintentionally. I have tried to reach out and provided my NID, but the response stated multiple violations led to the permanent restriction. This account restriction significantly impacts my career and connections. If anyone can offer guidance or assistance, it would be greatly appreciated. You can find my account linked here: [redacted]. Email: [redacted] Thank you for your support.

I am disappointed with a legal referral service called Alert Connections that I came across on LinkedIn. They have refused to refer me to an attorney for my general civil matters in NYC, USA. I am unsure why they are advertised on LinkedIn if they won't provide me with help. They are not the only firm that has denied me assistance, which is disheartening. Please investigate this matter promptly. Feel free to check my LinkedIn profile for more details about me and my legal issues. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Sincerely, B. Ramos

My name is Gert Weber, and my profile number is gert-weber-2905aa4. On LinkedIn, there is another profile under the name "Gert Weber" with the profile number gert-weber-24ba06154, which is incorrect and needs to be removed. When searching my name on Google, this incorrect profile appears instead of my real one, causing confusion for anyone trying to find me on LinkedIn. It seems that the wrong profile is a blend of two individuals - it combines my name with the profession of a painter/graphic designer, who is a different "Gert Weber." Therefore, profile number gert-weber-24ba06154 must be fake. Once you have taken the necessary steps to delete this incorrect profile, please inform me either through my LinkedIn account or via my email address '[redacted]'. Thank you, Gert Weber.

Hello, Our company account was set up by a former colleague several years ago. Unfortunately, I can't remember which colleague it was or which email address they used to sign up and create the company profile. This means I can't access the company profile to make changes (e.g., to job postings). I've tried various email addresses that could be the right one, but with no success. Therefore, my wish is to delete the company profile of SYMEDA GmbH so that all information about the company, including outdated job postings, will be removed. If needed, I would then create a new account that both I and other colleagues can access. Best regards,

I subscribed to LinkedIn Premium about 2 months ago using my PayPal account. A little over a week back, I connected my Grandmother's American Express Card to my PayPal account for unrelated transactions. Without informing me via email, LinkedIn charged $70.00 AUD to the AMEX card. I did not receive any payment-related emails since signing up for the service. I only request LinkedIn to refund the $70.00 AUD to my Grandmother's American Express Card. I have already canceled my premium membership.

I have experienced restrictions on my account lately, noticing a significant increase in surveillance and messages alerting me about high activity. I work in the cannabis industry in Las Vegas and can be found at lvmma.org. We are a legitimate entity facing corruption issues associated with political and corporate pay-to-play schemes, which are extensively covered in news articles and court documents. It appears that either authorities or individuals with vested interests are censoring my posts due to differing political views or lack of understanding. Many industry figures are monitoring my activities, likely because they are aware of the accuracy of my shared information over the past six years, highlighting widespread corruption and tainted products within the cannabis market. The situation has attracted the attention of the FBI, currently investigating the entire state and even the governor. I am eager to have my account reinstated as this disruption affects not only me but also the interests of Nevada taxpayers and cannabis license holders. The challenges faced in the cannabis industry are complex and far-reaching, reflecting a national issue rooted in corruption.

Hello LinkedIn Support, I am trying to temporarily deactivate my account, but I encountered the following message: "Your account is currently associated with an enterprise product. If you are an admin, please transfer your administrator status to another admin before hibernating your account. If you're not an admin, please work with your administrator to remove that license before hibernating your account." I am not aware of any enterprise products linked to my account, and I am unsure of what this message is referring to. Could you assist me in temporarily disabling my account? Thank you.

Hello, I have been attempting to reach out for assistance with my account issue for several months now without success. Ref # [redacted]67 Ref# [redacted]04 Ref# 20[redacted]82 I previously received feedback regarding the visibility of my ID picture, which I have since resubmitted twice, but I have not received any further responses. Dear Team, I am alarmed that my account has been restricted, especially since I am a legitimate business consultant with over [redacted] genuine connections on the platform. We mainly discuss business topics, and suddenly my account was restricted yesterday. I intend to upgrade to a paid service next month, but with the current restriction, I am concerned about how to proceed. If I upgrade and the restriction persists, it would be problematic. There are many business competitors in my network, and I suspect someone may be maliciously targeting me with fake comments. As a top PPP trade consultant in India, I believe some rivals are working against me. I request a thorough review of my account and the restoration of access so I can proceed with activating the paid service for a year. Thank you, Mugesh

Reference case number [redacted]68. Jumio informed me that my driver's license, used as proof of identity, didn't match my profile. I have only used my full name, Harvey Bruce Sowden, or its short version, Harvey Sowden, which I know as I set up the account. However, I urgently need access to my account as I recently lost my job and require it for my job search. I am willing to provide my termination letter to verify my identity and regain access to my profile.

Hello, I hope you're having a good day! Last week, my account got restricted. I completed the verification process, but I received a message saying that my ID is not supported. Today, I tried using a different ID, but I still encountered the same error indicating my ID is not supported. Unfortunately, I do not possess another government-issued ID at the moment. Kindly advise me on what steps to take to verify my account as I am eager to regain access. Thank you!

I recently signed up for a free trial of LinkedIn Premium for three weeks but cancelled it one week before it ended. However, I was charged for the Premium account five weeks later, even though I had already cancelled it. I tried to cancel it again today, but it seems like it won't be cancelled until the end of the current billing cycle on July 9, [redacted]. This is frustrating since I only used the free trial for three weeks and should not be billed for the following month. I have screenshots of the cancellation confirmation. I hope LinkedIn can resolve this issue promptly.

I recently signed up for a free trial of LinkedIn Premium, which I canceled one week before it was set to expire. To my surprise, I was charged for the Premium account five weeks later. Despite canceling it again, I received a message saying it would only expire at the end of the current billing cycle on 9 July [redacted]. This situation seems unfair as I canceled within the trial period, and now I am being asked to pay for an additional month that I do not want. I have proof of my cancellations and can provide screenshots if needed. It is frustrating that despite my efforts, the cancellation is not being processed correctly. I believe this is an issue with the platform's system rather than my own error.

Hello, I signed up for a free month of Premium during Covid, but due to the job market freeze, I didn't benefit from it. Unfortunately, I missed canceling in time and was charged $60 for the next month. The regular rate of $60 during Covid feels unfair. After canceling, I was offered $30, less than I was charged. The lack of clear contact information for resolutions is frustrating. I've tried to request a refund through the vague process on the site but haven't heard back. I'd appreciate a refund of the $60 charged. Thank you for your attention. Best, J.

Hello, I have been a member for a while now. Due to Covid-19, I recently lost my job in New York City, Manhattan, where Real Estate is deemed unessential. I have not made any money since March 15th. I am still waiting for my Unemployment specifically set up for Real Estate agents like myself, who are considered Independent Contractors. I had a premium account but cannot afford to pay $79 at this time. Is there a possibility of allowing me another free 30-day trial? I hope by then, NYC real estate will be open or my Unemployment will have been issued. I appreciate your support in this matter. How do I add a Connect button to my profile? Thank you! Pat McKeon

On 5/5/20, I reported unauthorized access to my LinkedIn account. Shortly after, on 5/6/20, I received an email from cs.linkedin.com asking for a picture ID and a signature to verify my identity and recover my account. Since my email accounts were compromised at the time, I didn't feel comfortable providing this sensitive information online. LinkedIn threatened to freeze my account. Developer Tools linked to my login displayed the following URLs: 1) static-exp1.licdn.com/sc/h/br/d0a0160tiq5qpenxgc4ps5hbz; 2) static-exp1.licdn.com/sc/h/br/axs4tcfukdk2pmixbfdisyqka; and 3) linkedin.com/voyager/manifest.json. I would like my account reinstated under a new email address, but I refuse to send personal identification via email or online. I'd prefer an address or phone number for verification due to security concerns. Given the current prevalence of scams, I am wary of potential fraudulent responses. My LinkedIn account is linkedin.com/in/jenny-j-39a70914.

Good afternoon, my name is Jose Luis Lago Fernandes. I received an unexpected charge for my LinkedIn premium account today. I was supposed to be reminded before the expiration date so I could cancel, but I never received the email. A friend also gave me 3 free months of premium subscription. Is it possible for me to transfer those 3 free months to you and get a refund for the [redacted].99 dirhams charged today? I would like to cancel my premium subscription immediately as I do not have a job or money to afford it. Thank you. Best regards, Jose.

I received a one-month premium free trial on my LinkedIn account starting on May 16, [redacted]. To my surprise, my account was charged USD59.99 on June 14, [redacted], without any prior notification before the trial ended. I was in the process of canceling the subscription two days before the trial ended when this charge occurred. I have been trying to contact customer service for a refund as the money was mistakenly debited. The funds were meant for a customer's purchase on Jumia where I am an agent and distributor. My inability to deliver the goods promptly has caused tensions with the customer threatening legal action. I urgently request a refund of USD59.99 (#23,[redacted].10) to rectify this situation and preserve my reputation. I intend to renew my subscription once this issue is resolved. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am Wonder Ayodele-Makun, seeking assistance regarding a refund issue with my LinkedIn subscription. I signed up for a 1-month free trial on May 16th, [redacted], and on June 14th, [redacted], two days before it ended, I noticed a $59.99 debit on my account. The amount does not belong to me but was meant for a customer’s purchase on Jumia, where I work as an agent. The customer is considering legal action due to non-delivery caused by the unauthorized debit. I have canceled the subscription and request a refund of $59.99 to restore my integrity and reputation.

I am seeking assistance with a refund request. I received a one-month premium free trial on my LinkedIn account starting on May 16th,[redacted]. Unexpectedly, on June 14th, [redacted], I was charged USD59.99 without prior notification just two days before the trial was set to end. The amount debited does not belong to me as it was intended for a purchase of goods on Jumia for a customer, where I serve as an agent and distributor. I have been actively trying to reach out via emails and messages since the charge was made to request a refund promptly as the situation has put me in a difficult position with the customer. My appeal is simple, I am requesting the refund of USD59.99 (#23,[redacted].10) urgently to resolve the issue and regain my credibility. Once this matter is resolved, I plan to renew my subscription accordingly. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
