I mistakenly merged the wrong LinkedIn accounts and lost all my data. I need assistance recovering my information for the email [redacted] and merging it with [redacted] I submitted a help desk ticket on 18/04/[redacted] but was informed that the account is unrecoverable. I understand data is usually backed up in the cloud and hope to resolve this promptly due to the urgency of needing the data for work. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that my account has been restricted and requires identity verification. I am hesitant to share my passport or ID with linkedin.com as it is personal information I choose to keep private. Additionally, I have a subscription set to charge an additional fee on the 28th of April. I am unable to access my account to cancel this subscription. I am firm in my decision not to provide personal data. I am reaching out for one of two resolutions: either cancel the subscription from your end or lift the restriction on my account so I can cancel it myself. Best regards, James G. I signed up for a LinkedIn Premium trial but was unable to cancel before the trial ended due to not having a computer at home and the Easter break. I canceled first thing this morning after the bank holiday in England, however, the payment has already been taken causing financial difficulty for me. I would like to urgently request a refund as I was under the impression my trial would end today and did not receive a reminder of its expiration. I cannot afford the subscription as it was meant for work, and my workplace will not reimburse me. I would have made arrangements to cancel in time if I had known it needed to be done a day early, as I have no access to a computer at home. I have not even used the sales navigator portion of the premium service. Any assistance with a refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Hello Support, Thank you for the email regarding the restriction on one of my accounts. The case number is [redacted]. I have two accounts associated with my email addresses. One is under [redacted], which was used when I was contracting, and the other is registered under [redacted] and later under [redacted] I am requesting that the group email under [redacted], which is currently restricted, be deleted. I recently left Abbott Laboratories, and due to the 2-step verification linked to my work email and mobile number [redacted], which I no longer have access to, I am unable to access my personal profile that I have been using for years. I am seeking guidance on how to regain access to this profile. Your assistance in deleting the restricted account and helping me access my personal profile would be greatly appreciated. I canceled my Premium Membership before the trial period ended on March 22, [redacted], and received an email confirming the cancellation. However, I was still charged for that month. I am requesting a refund for the mistaken charge. Thank you.

Hello, I am Farhana, a recruiting coordinator at Flipboard. We use our ATS Lever to post our job listings. Recently, we noticed discrepancies in the job locations displayed on different platforms. Despite confirming the correct locations on our ATS, some job postings lead to different sites when the Apply button is clicked. For instance, our Account Manager, Content Partnerships role in NYC redirects to Palo Alto on LinkedIn and further to iHirepublishing.com instead of our site. These issues are affecting various job listings and causing confusion among candidates, reflecting poorly on Flipboard's recruitment process. Hello, I recently signed up for a trial Premium subscription on LinkedIn and regrettably, I just realized that I was charged for three months at £49.99 each for February, March, and April. I forgot to cancel the subscription after the trial period ended on 21st February [redacted] and have not even used this service. The total of £[redacted].97 for something unused is a significant expense for me, so I am kindly requesting a refund considering the circumstances. I haven't accessed my account since February [redacted] because I couldn't log in. My account was deleted for violating company policy, which must have happened through a hack since I hadn't been using it. I've been a member for 20+ years and had valuable recommendations and a paid profile page. Please provide my information for transfer or refund the $[redacted] paid for the page. I struggled to log in using my password in March [redacted], and after sending my license and later my passport as requested, I'm worried about potential hackers having that sensitive information. Since I wouldn't have willingly shared it if I was in violation, I'm concerned. My appeal number is [redacted]03. I urgently need my data back or reimbursement along with my recommendations.

I still require assistance in accessing my Personal Account on LinkedIn. I have received help regarding changing the email on my former employer's (Labor Guild) account, but the system is still treating it as my own. My issue arises from not being able to access my personal LinkedIn account as my personal cell phone and email are linked to my ex-employer's account. This mix-up is urgent, and I need to activate my personal LinkedIn with my own cell number and email. The accounts involved are: 1) "Allyson Every," my personal account for over eight years. 2) "The Labor Guild," a nonprofit organization I led from late [redacted] to March [redacted]. My personal contact information got linked to the Labor Guild's LinkedIn account during my admin role. The correct information for the Labor Guild account should be their main phone number ([redacted]) and office email ([redacted]). My account was renewed on February 28th, a day earlier than expected. My probationary period started on January 29th, the same day I cancelled my LinkedIn subscription for February 28th as per my diary. I did not utilize any benefits of the renewed subscription after the 28th. I need a refund since my credit card was charged erroneously a day early. I left a message with LinkedIn on February 28th, but received no response. Kindly assist me with this matter. Thank you.

As the manager of social media accounts for the Crios Group, I would like to request a change in the email associated with our LinkedIn page. I want to report an inappropriate post by Kerry Erle on LinkedIn. The content is not in line with the professional standards of the platform. For instance, the post mentioned conspiracy theories about Israel having knowledge of attacks in advance, comparing it to Nostradamus and mentioning 9/11. This kind of content spreads misinformation and has no place on a professional networking site like LinkedIn.

I recently received an invitation from Yingluck Shinawatra, the Former Prime Minister of Thailand, which was surprising as I don't know her personally. However, since I had mutual connections, I accepted. Subsequently, I received an email from Yingluck Shinawatra through my LinkedIn account. In the email, she introduced herself and mentioned her interest in financial management for humanitarian programs. This made me wary as I've encountered similar situations before. Upon investigating, I found multiple profiles under the name Yingluck Shinawatra on LinkedIn. This raised concerns about the platform's integrity. I tried the premium trial for free and wanted to cancel immediately since the product was not useful to me. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to cancel it on the android app. Despite looking up cancellation options online, the methods described were not available on my device or computer. Even the linked-in apps didn't offer any solutions. I discovered it wasn't a subscription through Google Play but persisted in finding a cancellation method. My numerous attempts to cancel by calling [redacted] numbers only led to pre-recorded voicemails instructing me to visit the unhelpful webpage. On 4/19, my account was charged $59.99 for the unwanted product. Subsequently, I received a $35.00 NSF fee along with $15 in continuous overdraft charges. After over a month of trying, I finally managed to cancel my subscription today. I am requesting a refund of the $59.99 and will also be addressing this issue with my bank.

I am having trouble resetting my password as I lost my SIM card and cannot remember the email address associated with my profile. I believe there was no email linked to my profile initially. I lost my SIM card where the OTP is sent for my LinkedIn profile recovery. My phone number is [redacted] (India) and the lost SIM card number is [redacted]. My name is AB. I was asked to verify my identity by uploading a picture, which is fine, but it also requires the email linked to my profile, which I do not have. I am willing to create a new one if needed, even though it may impact my connections. I need help restoring my correct LinkedIn account for Michelle Ann Richards, with the profile link www.linkedin.com/in/michelle-ann-richards-473b4533. There seems to be confusion as there are now two accounts under the name Michelle Richards, with all my information defaulting to the wrong one. I have been experiencing issues accessing my account for the past two days even though I have not changed my password or email. Hello, I'm Lizbeth Geronimo and I have a LinkedIn account. I noticed a charge on my account this morning for the LinkedIn premium service. I was not aware that I would be charged this amount today and I would like a refund of $33.94 to be processed. I agreed to the premium offer under the impression it was free, but I actually prefer to remain on the standard account. It seems there was no notification about the cancellation either. My account got restricted even though I was offered one year of free premium service. When I was asked to provide a picture of my military ID for verification, I was hesitant due to security concerns. However, I eventually sent an unaltered image of my ID via email. Unfortunately, I received an email stating that LinkedIn was unable to accept the picture. I am eager to have my account reinstated so I can resume networking on your platform.

I signed up for LinkedIn in early April [redacted] to access new courses after the acquisition of Lynda.com. Unfortunately, this led to a flood of unwanted connection requests and profile views that I never wanted. Recently, I learned I need major back surgery next week, making it impossible for me to use any premium services I had planned to utilize. I urgently request the cancellation of all services and the immediate deletion of my LinkedIn account. I am retired and do not wish to be contacted by unwanted followers or connections. I am surprised that I could not locate a phone number on your site after spending hours searching. This is unacceptable in today's business environment.

Hello, I accidentally signed up for the premium trial account without realizing it was a trial. I thought I had cancelled it as I couldn't see it in my subscriptions or a credit card on file. However, I was charged over $[redacted] for the annual fee. I don't need this account and would like a refund. I'm unsure how this happened without my credit card information. I work at Aritzia as a Regional Manager for Talent Acquisition and was discussing having the company purchase a recruiter later this year with my boss, Sara Nathanson - VP Talent Acquisition.
