Hello, I placed an order for two items with LIGHT IN THE BOX LIMITED on May 10th, processing the payment through Klarna on the same day as instructed. However, I never received an order confirmation from the seller and the order does not appear in my list of orders. The order number provided by Klarna is [redacted][redacted], with a transfer reference of [redacted][redacted]. Despite emailing Lightinthebox on May 18th, attaching a screenshot of my payment proof, I have not received a response. Unfortunately, I am now unable to log into the platform and password recovery attempts are unsuccessful. I have neither received the items nor any confirmation of shipment. I am new to Light in the Box and have been struggling for hours to place my order on their website. Despite reading through Get Human Google Pages, the customer service email provided is not functioning, and there is no visible Help Center as mentioned. Upon clicking on the Help Center link, it redirects me to a clothing page instead. I have over $[redacted] worth of items in my cart, but the lack of customer service and Help Center is making it difficult to complete my purchase. With the expensive cost of making a phone call to China, I am hesitant to reach out via phone. I hope they can address these issues to improve their customer care. I recently bought 3 European Model bathroom faucets but I'm unsure which one is the model number as the numbers on the box are S[redacted]06 and [redacted][redacted]. The purchase was made around 06-01 and my credit card was charged $[redacted].75 on 06-02-[redacted]. I didn't receive a purchase confirmation, but DHL delivered the faucets on 06-12-[redacted]. Unfortunately, they don't fit my sinks due to a missing plate to cover the existing holes in the granite. I can't find a record of my purchase to process a return and get a credit back to my credit card. I noticed a cancellation of the same item at a higher price through a different vendor, so I canceled that and bought from Light in the Box. Hello, Mrs. J. Rosa, Order [redacted]6. Despite multiple requests to return the package dated 16th, 17th, 18th, 22nd, 24th, and so forth, you continue to insist on measures to justify the size. However, the issue is not with the size but with the finishing of the model. As you can see in the photos we sent, the overall appearance is completely different from the model displayed. The twisted closure at the back, poorly finished lace, and the overall cut and finish do not match the website image. You offered to refund 40% to 50% of the total amount but requested to keep the package. We simply wish to return the package for a full refund. We have experience ordering from other websites in China, and we are surprised by the lack of satisfactory customer service. Kindly process the return as it is our right as buyers within 30 days. I purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding, but it never arrived. I went through the process of requesting a credit and was informed that I would receive a refund in 2 to 4 business days after the investigation. However, the refund has not been credited to my debit card yet. I have been in touch with your support team, but now I am being told that the case is closed with no further information on my refund. I am frustrated with this situation and I demand a prompt full refund. I find it unacceptable to handle business in this manner. Hello, I stumbled upon your website while searching for men's button-down shirts and came across a distressing black and white print design on one of the shirts. The item number or shirt number is [redacted], a short sleeve shirt priced at $18.69. The design features a large silhouette of a woman's face in white with a single black teardrop falling from her eye, while a black silhouetted hand is depicted wrapped around her neck. The description under "Design" reads, "Indispensable, quarterly fashion elements, sweet & romantic, to enhance the charm of the perfect female embellishment." Encountering this shirt with such a violent depiction shocked and disgusted me. In a society plagued by high rates of domestic violence, partner homicide, stalking, and rape of women, selling a shirt with such a graphic image is unacceptable. It is disrespectful and crude. I urge you to remove this specific shirt from your website and refrain from selling it to anyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
