My Jio SIM with the number [redacted] is inserted in a Jiofi device. I am using the JioCall app on my Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus to make calls, but the app is inconsistent. It randomly goes "offline" in red without cause and takes a long time to reconnect, ultimately stating "unable to connect...check your Internet connection." Despite having a stable Jiofi connection allowing me to use the internet for everything else, including on my desktop, the app is not working properly. I attempted to contact [redacted] for support but found no option to speak with an Executive. I believe the JioCall app is flawed, and as a customer who has recharged with the Rs. [redacted] plan for voice calls and data, I expect better service. I am requesting a phone call from Jio rather than an email response, which has not been helpful in the past.

I have tried multiple times to send PORT [redacted] from my mobile number to [redacted], but my message does not go through, even though I have a balance of approximately [redacted] rupees in my mobile account. I had ported this above-mentioned mobile number from Airtel to Reliance Jio almost a year ago. However, the Reliance Jio network in Kurukshetra is now very poor, so I want to port my number, but the message for porting from Jio SIM does not go through. When I went to customer care in Kurukshetra about this, they said that the number cannot be ported and I need to complain wherever I feel like. Besides, calling the Jio helpline number does not yield any satisfactory answers. Therefore, I request you to help me with this matter and provide me with proper guidance. If possible, please help me port my mobile number back from Reliance Jio to Airtel. I would be extremely grateful for your assistance.

Hello sir, I am confused about how many times I should call to file a complaint. It's disheartening dealing with a big company like yours. Despite multiple complaints, nothing has been resolved in the last two years. When will my issue be resolved? Please don't force me to use harsh language. I can't even get through your helpline numbers. I've tried [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. Tell me where to complain. It's been two years, how much longer will this continue? If you can't run the company properly, shut it down. It's a shame that with all the money your company earns, you can't even build a tower. Tell the owner to use his brains and run the company properly, otherwise shut it down. I can't understand how much more I need to complain. If things don't improve, it's better to fix them now. You are just looting people. If you continue this way, you will only loot. If you die, you will die with it. It's better to die together. If you don't die, then face the consequences alone. Your actions will come back to haunt you.

Jio is the worst service provider. Please never use Jio's SIM card. Jio only knows how to rip off people. Maybe they will take all the money and run away after looting everyone. They cheat people and people are helpless, so nothing can be done. But the owner of the Jio company should not do this, he has a lot of money. He is India's richest person and still robbing people. People need network to be happy. A mobile without a network is useless. They make you recharge for ₹[redacted] but there is no internet. If you call customer care about internet issues, they say it's not a network problem. It will start working after some time. You won't get a chance to complain. They lie that all the dogs work there, as many as Jio company employees. I have been complaining for 2 years, but no one listens to me. I don't know, after I die, the Jio owner will take all the money above.

I recharged my mobile with a 1.5GB pack for [redacted] rupees on the 28th of February. However, the data is depleting rapidly even though I'm not using social media or browsing the internet. I mainly use WhatsApp for messages, yet the data usage shows consumption of 400GB. This is problematic as I rely on mobile data for various tasks, including online classes. I have been recharging 1GB data daily after my initial pack finishes, leading me to consider switching to the 11 rupees 1GB daily pack instead of the [redacted] rupees pack. I am also contemplating changing from Jio to another network that better suits my needs. Apologies for the repetition; if the issue persists, I will switch to a different SIM network.

1- My Jio Phone is not functioning properly due to the hardness of the keypad. 2- I attempted to clean inside the keypad, causing it to break. 3- I then tried to open the screw seal but was unsuccessful. 4- I visited the Bhagalpur Jio Customer Care office with my Jio phone, explaining the situation and requesting a new model by paying the price difference. 5- Despite showing the broken seal, the office staff advised me to keep using the same Jio phone. 6- Currently, my phone is without a SIM card as mine was blocked and transferred to another device. 7- Due to poor Jio network coverage, I bought a Jio WiFi device, but I am unable to use it. Despite multiple complaints, the issue persists. 8- I am expressing my frustration here as the network speed is extremely slow at 0.00kb/s, highlighting significant network problems.

Dear Sir, I would like to report an issue regarding the Jio cable pole located in front of our under-construction house at House No. [redacted], Sector 1, Rohtak. Despite several visits by my wife to the Jio center on Hissar Road in Rohtak, where she requested the relocation of the Jio pole, no action has been taken. The security guard at the center prevented us from speaking to anyone, claiming the manager was unavailable. This lack of response from Jio is disappointing, and if any damage occurs to the pole during the upcoming construction work, I hold Jio responsible. As a customer, I feel unheard and unappreciated, leading my wife to consider switching from Jio. I urge Jio to prioritize customer concerns and relocate the pole promptly, similar to the electricity department's cooperation. It is essential to understand that without customers, a company cannot thrive. It is time for Jio to listen and act accordingly to retain valued customers. I've been consistently let down by the Jio sales team regarding the installation of the fiber connection. Sales staff often make false commitments just to get the Aorn number for their bookings, but the actual installation never happens. Despite several bookings with your team, I am yet to have it installed, and there has been no response post-booking. Recently, a staff member promised installation by Monday or Tuesday, but there has been no follow-up. I am once again very disappointed. My current ORN number is NO0000HINOFS for your reference.

I clicked on the "Redeem Now" button from GPay rewards to order three shorts and paid Rs. [redacted].81 via UPI transaction id no [redacted]60 on July 8th at 12:10 pm. I haven't received an order confirmation or a refund. I tried to call for help but couldn't find the phone number. After emailing, I got a response saying my issue would be addressed within 48 hours on the same day at 3:04 pm. It seems like the 48 hours are not over yet.

Hello, this is Santoshraghuwanshi. The day before yesterday, I lost my phone in Delhi (OnePlus 8T - IMEI number: [redacted][redacted]). The LR number for my complaint is [redacted]/[redacted] dated 14/09/[redacted] SO number [redacted]/[redacted]. There were two SIM cards in my phone, one from Jio and the other from Airtel. I reported the loss and requested the SIM to be blocked. At the Jio store in Delhi, I discovered that my Jio SIM is registered to another person, Sanjay Raghuwanshi, who apparently got it for me several years ago. Unfortunately, he cannot assist, as he lives in Madhya Pradesh. I have my email ID linked to the Jio number and several other accounts. I urgently need help with this matter. Even details like the year and location of this number can be provided, as my wife used it and her email is [redacted], her Instagram ID is gem_pihu, all linked to the same number. Please assist me as I have forgotten my Gmail password and need the number to recover all my accounts.

For the past week, I have been experiencing a lot of data depletion on my phone without downloading or watching any videos or other content. Despite having a daily limit of 1500GB, it gets used up quickly even without any activity on my end. I have tried recharging an additional 2GB separately, but it also gets exhausted within a day. It seems like there might be a system running on my mobile that's consuming my data. I have attempted to contact customer care multiple times but keep getting the same unhelpful response. There doesn't seem to be an option to speak to a representative when I call.

I have been a dedicated JioFi user for quite some time now, typically relying on the 3 GB data/day plan, which usually lasts me the entire day. However, about three months back in September'21, I encountered a sudden depletion of my daily data within just one hour on a specific day, despite not making any changes to my usage habits or settings. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times and receiving unhelpful suggestions, the issue seemed to have resolved itself. Sadly, the same problem recurred yesterday when my data vanished within an hour even before connecting to my laptop.

I use JioFi and have Jio on my phone at [redacted]. Last year, when renewing the one-year plan, I accidentally paid twice for one of them. When I contacted customer service, I was told the plan would be extended automatically for one more year after the current one ended.
