Yesterday, my Instagram account was hacked, and I am devastated by the loss of all my hard work. I received an email that appeared to be from Instagram, leading me to a page asking for personal information that ultimately resulted in my account being taken over. The hacker demanded money for its return. Despite reaching out to Instagram multiple times, I have not received any assistance or response. I have attached screenshots of the incident and my identity. I urgently need help to resolve this and recover my account. I am seeking assistance as my Instagram account was hacked. Despite my efforts to contact Instagram, no action has been taken. The hacker not only deleted my hard work but also demanded $[redacted] from my husband to return the account. My Instagram account has been hacked, and all my details have been changed. I am trying to secure my account and verify my identity through a video and pictures. The hacker is posting Bitcoin-related content, and I have tried reporting it with no response from Instagram. The account in question is @mojo357, which has pictures of me, my kids, and family. I shared photos of our high school band event for seniors, and my account was flagged for a violation. I've reviewed the guidelines but found no explanation for this issue. Despite no posts affecting my status, I can't upload images, seek review, contact support, or log in on my computer. It seems like a ban, but no valid reason is given. While I was unfollowing accounts that weren't following me back, I unexpectedly encountered a security verification process that required a code to be sent to my phone number. After completing the bot check by selecting images with crosswalks, I tried to have the code sent multiple times but to no avail. Now I'm unable to access my account using my known username and password. Despite attempting to reset the password by email, the system claims no user is associated with that email. I believe my account was mistakenly suspended or deleted, as even my friend couldn't find me when searched. Can someone assist me with this issue?

My Instagram account was hacked on 01/10/21 by someone claiming to be Ashley, who said they ran a legitimate business to make a profit. The hacker, posing as Ashley, contacted me through a friend's hacked account and I unfortunately fell for it, giving them my login details. Shortly after, I received a notification that someone from Jamaica was trying to access my account, which I mistakenly approved. I got logged out of my account, and the hacker changed all my information, creating an empty account with my details. Despite my multiple attempts, I have been unable to recover my account because all the information has been altered. The hacker is now using my account to promote a fake business and asking my followers for money. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I found myself in a group chat on Instagram 8 months ago after receiving a random comment invite. Unfortunately, it turned into a negative experience as I was bullied, made fun of, and had my pictures manipulated. This caused me a lot of distress, impacting my mental health significantly. I fear they may still have my photos and could misuse them. I want to report this incident and retrieve the chat for evidence. However, as I don't recall anyone's ID, it's challenging. Instagram doesn't allow for the recovery of deleted chats. I had a public account at that time, so they could have access to my highlights and posts. Unfortunately, there's no way to see who viewed them. I'm seeking advice on how to either recover the chat or identify the users involved.

Under the name Jessynanaa, I created this account from an iPhone 11 Pro with the phone number: [redacted] and the email address: [redacted] After several days of trying to recover my account, I have just deleted the email address that was linked to this account because I believe that is why my access was blocked. This may also be due to a video I posted with music from Instagram "AMOUR LATIN," or maybe because I linked it to my Facebook account, which is: Jessy Nana. I used to have an Instagram account linked to the same Facebook account, but unfortunately, I lost access to it since April [redacted], and it was: MBANAH__. This led me to create a new account. Hello everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with two online clothing stores called Goldenglitter and Beautifyourself. Unfortunately, many people, including myself, have been victims of their dishonest practices. I ordered three hooded sweaters from Goldenglitter's website on October 21st. After payment, they informed me that the items were out of stock, which was not indicated on their site. They refused to issue a refund and despite several promises from the owner, I have yet to receive my order or a refund. It has been almost 15 days since I placed my order. Please be cautious when shopping online as not all sellers are genuine. Let's unite against online fraud and warn others about these scammers. Goldenglitter can be found on Instagram under the same name and their website is goldenglitter.in. Please avoid shopping from these deceitful sellers and spread the word to prevent others from being cheated. Thank you.

My story is being posted without my consent. My account was hacked on 10/19/21, and now someone is using it to deceive others. They block users who call them out and have changed all my information. I haven't received any login links or codes on my phone. Despite trying Instagram's help center and emailing support, I have not received any responses. My Instagram account has been hacked. Initially, the person who contacted me appeared to be a friend, but they were also compromised. They asked me to add their email to my profile for support, causing me to get logged out. The hacker then changed all my account information, using their credentials to impersonate me and scam my followers with fraudulent schemes involving Bitcoin mining. After warning friends and family on various platforms, some had already been deceived and lost money. Despite my continuous reporting of the hacker's false posts, my reputation is suffering as they continue to add new victims using my account and images. I have followed Instagram's protocols, taking a verification photo as directed, and reporting the issue multiple times through their Help page, but have not received assistance. I urgently need Instagram's support to regain control of my account and restore my credibility.
