My account was temporarily blocked, and I am unable to enter the verification code due to my email provider not supporting Instagram's domain. This issue has affected others as well, and after contacting my email provider, walla.com, I learned it's a known problem for over a year. They are working to resolve it with Instagram, but no progress has been made. I appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Hello. In college, I created an Instagram account but never linked an email or phone number to it. I am now unable to access it and have been unsuccessful in recovering my password. I can verify my identity by submitting a photo of myself with my license and a note, or by answering questions about the pictures posted on the account. I am eager to regain access to the account to remove personal photos and consider having it deleted if necessary.

Hello, I have repeatedly requested to have my Instagram account unlocked. I have submitted my photo and code for verification, but I have not received any response or had my account reinstated. As mentioned, I used the apps Follower and Follower Analysis, unaware that it was against the rules. I did not use them to buy followers or automatically like posts, but simply to track those who followed and then unfollowed me quickly. I enjoy sharing nature pictures and have a passion for photography. I would appreciate it if you could reactivate my account. My Instagram account has been temporarily locked for almost two weeks. I am not receiving my 6-digit security code that is being sent to my email. I am sure that my email is correct, but for some reason, I am not receiving the code. I filed a report through Instagram, and they responded by asking me to take a picture with a code they sent me, my name, and my username. They have not responded with my next steps, and I have followed up 5 times. I am unsure about what I should do next. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.

My girlfriend's account under the name mrs.yaren11 was hacked, and the personal information like email has been altered. We tried to recover the account, but Facebook deleted it citing identification issues, even though she was no longer active on it after being hacked. Hello, I'm reaching out because I unfortunately fell victim to an Instagram scam, and now I'm in a situation where my account is being threatened with deletion. On December 16th, an account by the name of @gram__growth__08_ messaged me, claiming that I was eligible for account verification. Given that I work as an actress, this offer didn't seem out of the ordinary, and I was initially convinced. They provided me with several screenshots from supposed verification services they had completed for other accounts as "proof of their work". I was informed that for $[redacted], the entire verification process could be completed within the same day. Despite some hesitation, I proceeded with the payment as everything seemed legitimate based on the referrals they offered. Fast forward nearly two weeks later, and I am receiving threatening messages stating that my account will be deleted unless I pay additional amounts (ranging from $[redacted] to $[redacted]) to "fix the captcha". When I demanded a refund and assurance that my account would be safe, they continued to pressure me, providing a contact number [redacted] for WhatsApp communication, where the harassment continued. I have made multiple attempts to report this fraudulent Instagram profile and the messages I received, but unfortunately, no action has been taken. I am desperate for assistance to prevent these individuals from deleting my account (@lindsey.grubbs). I am looking to disengage from further communication with them and seek assistance from my bank to recover the funds. Any support you can offer in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Dear team, My Instagram account, @aranthangi_nisha, was disabled last Sunday for violating the terms and conditions. I hadn't used my account for 2-3 days prior to it being disabled. When logging in on Sunday, I noticed unauthorized comments and posts as well as unfamiliar login locations and devices. In an attempt to secure my account by changing the password, I encountered an error, resulting in the account being disabled. I have been unable to access my account as my previous phone number is no longer in use. I am unable to receive messages or access the apps on the old phone, and I cannot recall the app required for a security code that Instagram is prompting me for. I normally didn't need to enter this code as my password was saved on the phone. I attempted to reset the password using my email, but was unsuccessful. The email associated with the account is [redacted] My previous phone was an iPhone 8 S Plus, and the phone number linked to it was my husband's old number, [redacted]3, which is inactive. I would like to update the phone number on the account to 41 78 [redacted] in order to regain access to the account or explore further options. The account has been inactive for about a year since I lost my phone.

Instagram deactivated my account after detecting suspicious activity. They require a code from my email to reactivate it. The problem is I can't recall the email associated with this account as I made a new one for it. I'm unable to contact Instagram for help, and it's very frustrating.

When I first signed up on Instagram, I used an email that was my main account at the time, probably around [redacted] or [redacted]. Since then, I switched to using a different email as my main one. Recently, I encountered an issue trying to update an app on my laptop purchased with an Apple ID linked to that original email account. Even though I remembered the password, Microsoft didn't recognize me as the account owner. Fast forward a few months, my Instagram account got locked due to "phishing" concerns, requiring a verification code sent to my original email. Unfortunately, I couldn't recover the email despite multiple attempts with the recovery form since my phone number was not linked to the Instagram account. This situation is currently causing me stress and frustration. I'm looking for an alternative way to verify my account and regain access, rather than creating a new account from scratch.

I temporarily disabled my account and now I can't log back in. Changing my password hasn't helped, and the reset link in my email isn't working. When I try to log in, nothing happens. It just stops. The password reset link gives me an "oops, an error" message when I try to change it. I'm worried my account may have been deleted. Hello. Almost a month ago, my Instagram account (@maiteruizguinazu) was disabled. Despite trying various methods and even reaching out to a Facebook staff member, I have not received a response after submitting my photo three times as requested. My posts were always original, never offensive or inappropriate. Instagram is crucial for my communication as I live in two countries. Being without it while in Buenos Aires caused me to miss out on important interactions. I rely on Instagram for memories and contacts. If I made an error, kindly inform me so I can avoid it in the future. Please, I urgently need my account restored, even if it means reducing my activity. I use Instagram to share positivity and support social causes like disability awareness. It’s disheartening not to have received any communication after numerous attempts.
