Hello, my name is Imani, and my Instagram account is under the username Imaniibaby23. I recently changed my phone number on 2/12/[redacted] and am unable to access my account due to forgetting my password. My Instagram is connected to the email address [redacted], which is the same as my Facebook email. However, when I try to log in, it redirects me to the account spoiled.baby, which is not mine. My previous phone number was [redacted], and my former username on Instagram was _callmecrazy_23. I need assistance regaining access to my account. Thank you.

I set up an IG account using my full name initially. I hadn't linked it to Facebook. When I got a new phone and installed IG, it requested to link the accounts, and I agreed. Now, it seems like a new account with the same name was made. This duplicate account is empty, and I'm unable to access the original one. Although my friends still see the old account, I can't log in or recover it. I need assistance!

Hello, I think there has been an error as my account is temporarily blocked. I don't use follower-creating apps or features. I recently tried a new feature to unfollow users with whom I have had the least interactions, and it seems that action triggered the block. My business relies on this account, so it's crucial for me to regain access. Hello, I am Ricardo from Germany. Since February 7th, I have been unable to edit my Instagram Profile @_quarapper_. When trying to upload a new picture, I receive an error message prompting me to check my internet connection. Despite troubleshooting by reinstalling the app, restarting my device, attempting to edit the profile on my computer, and clearing the cache, the issue persists. Strangely, I am able to upload stories and regular pictures on my feed but editing my profile remains impossible. Surprisingly, this issue does not occur with my other account @riclev67. I have waited a few days with no improvement. Could you advise me on how to resolve this?

My son, L, was falsely accused of sexual abuse by a girl in his class. He was found innocent after a legal investigation revealed no evidence to support her claim. I have legal documents in Spanish from the prosecutor and a report from L's psychiatrist detailing the depression this accusation has caused him. I am concerned for his safety. I recently lost access to my account on my phone and upon retrieving it, I was informed that my account was deleted. I had to create a new account, only to receive a message indicating that it was deactivated for rule violations. I don't understand how I could have violated any rules right after creating a new account. I am frustrated by the lack of clarity and assistance on the help site. It seems to be evasive and doesn't address my specific inquiries. I urge the support team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the help site promptly.

Hello, I am Alejandra Perez. My Instagram username is Alejandrapg2, which is the same as my email address. I am reaching out because I am having difficulty accessing my Instagram account. I am having trouble with my Instagram account. The feature to post from my feed to my story is not working properly. Normally, after I select an image and click the arrow, I should see an option to "add this post to your story," but it doesn't show up. I have tried to get help twice but have not received any responses. I checked on a friend's phone, and the option is available, so the issue seems to be with my account. My Instagram account with over 26,[redacted] followers (@the.photography.twins) was hacked for the fifth time in three months around 8 am this morning (CST). The account was wrongfully hacked, and Instagram accused me of using services to increase my followers and likes, which is not true. I am frustrated by these false accusations and unable to reach anyone at the corporate level for assistance. Now, I have to wait a week before I can resume normal activities on Instagram. I need to regain access to my account promptly and not wait for a whole week. This ongoing issue is exhausting, and I am considering legal action against all involved parties since my problem remains unresolved.

Dear Instagram Team, I would like to deactivate my account, not delete it entirely. I am looking to take a break from social media and would like to pause it. I know the process theoretically but unfortunately, I'm encountering issues both on my phone and computer. I keep receiving an error message regarding cookies, despite having adjusted all cookie permissions on the internet. I haven't deactivated it multiple times or even once a week. Dear Instagram team, My Instagram account has been deactivated, perhaps due to sending inappropriate content to a friend. I would like to request the reactivation of my account and assure you that I will not send any unsuitable content again. I did not receive any prior warning from your team regarding this issue. I was unable to sleep last night worrying about this matter. Interestingly, my Facebook account has also been deactivated, but my Whatsapp is still functioning. I am having trouble accessing my account through the email I used. When I attempt to log in, it states that there is no account associated with that email. However, when I try to create a new account with the same email, it says it is already in use. Additionally, when I try to sign up with a previous username that I temporarily disabled, it tells me the account already exists. Despite this, when I visit the page, it shows that it does not exist. I am feeling extremely frustrated. I would like to regain access to my temporarily disabled page or, if not possible, be able to use my email to create a new account or use the previous username that is not currently in use.
