Hello, can you please assist me? I attempted to utilize Hermes some time ago. It charged me for 3 payments of £6.98 each, but I never received a parcel number as it kept displaying payment failures. I tried once more for a different service, but again, no luck, this time for £7.28. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed Hermes had deducted the money without providing me with a parcel number. I reached out to them, and they promptly refunded me. However, quite unexpectedly, today on the 5th of December, they have once again deducted money from my account. I would appreciate any help with this issue.

I have been eagerly awaiting a parcel since Thursday. Each day, the tracking information indicates that there has been a delay, promising delivery the next day. Furthermore, I was expecting another package scheduled for yesterday evening between 7-9pm. Staying up so late, especially as I am due to have a baby next week, is challenging. It's frustrating that neither of the deliveries have arrived as promised. Please ensure that my parcels are delivered today without any further delays. I urgently need these items now, so please expedite the delivery process.

Regarding tracking number [redacted][redacted], I was informed by your representative, Nebeela, that my package was left in a secure location yesterday at 3:00 p.m. However, I am unable to locate it. My household was present at that time, so she should have knocked on the door. Additionally, the photo provided does not resemble any part of our property, and we have thoroughly searched all possible areas. I purchased a VR headset on eBay, and the seller shipped it via Hermes. The estimated delivery window was between the 5th and the 6th. After reaching out to the seller on the evening of the 6th, I was informed that the headset was supposedly delivered on the 2nd. This cannot be accurate, as I never received the item. Additionally, it's implausible for a VR headset to fit through a letterbox. The tracking number referenced is [redacted][redacted], and the delivery address is 29 Lausanne Road. I request a thorough investigation into this matter to rectify the error promptly, as this situation reflects poorly on the delivery service's reliability.

On Thursday, I received a notification stating that my IMX parcel would be on its way soon. When I checked later, it showed that the parcel had been delivered on 10/10/19. Yesterday, I was informed that the delivery would take place between 12 and 2 pm. Despite putting a sign requesting to leave the parcel on the bench at the back of the house, upon returning home at 1:35 pm, there was no package. Tracking information indicated that it had been signed for and delivered at 1:33 pm, but I did not receive it. As of 9:00 am on Saturday, the parcel has still not been located. - D Harris

Hello, I recently placed an order with Matalan for delivery via Hermes standard delivery. The tracking information shows that my parcel has been delivered and signed for at my address. However, no one in my household signed for it, and we were at home all day waiting for the delivery. I have checked all possible "safe places" but couldn't find the parcel. I really need these items urgently.

I was informed that my parcel would arrive on 29/12/19, but it hasn't shown up. After checking the online tracking, it mentioned a delay due to external factors and asked to wait 24 hours. The next update stated it would arrive on Tuesday, but it still hasn't arrived. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Since it's missing, I assume it wasn't delivered. I usually have confidence in your service, but I'm disappointed this time as the gift for a birthday has now passed. Can you please assist me? My postcode is ST10 3EL.

I recently received a "sorry I missed you" card implying my item was in the Recycle Bin, but upon checking, nothing was found there. The online status claims the item was delivered, with my supposed signature, which I never provided. The situation is quite distressing, and I suspect theft. The current status is very concerning to me, and I am planning to report this incident, including the fraudulent signature, to the Police immediately. - L. Swinton

Hermes claims they attempted delivery twice, but I have not received any notifications. They are supposed to deliver today, but I am concerned about facing the same issue. No delivery attempts were mentioned on a note left at my door. Customer service offers no help as they redirect me to track my parcel repeatedly. I am unsure how to proceed. The item was a bike for a child, and if the delivery fails again, I will have to wait for a refund to reorder. I would appreciate it if there was a valid reason for the non-delivery instead of false claims of attempted delivery. I am at a loss on how to resolve this matter without being advised to contact an unavailable customer service representative.

I have been waiting for a Hermes courier to collect a parcel from my home address. I was informed last Wednesday that a courier would collect either on Thursday or yesterday. I phoned Studio, who organized the courier, last night and was told it would be picked up then. I have now spent two days waiting for the pick-up of a returned parcel. Courier Complaint I've had the same courier for years, and he's been excellent. However, since he got replaced, I've faced numerous issues with my items being delivered to the wrong address twice without any delivery cards left. One time, a photo showed my parcel in a nonexistent porch. Another time, an item was marked as delivered but took three extra days to arrive. This time, the tracking status claims the delivery couldn't be made due to no one being home and no safe place found. I've even shown the new courier where to leave items, and my outbuilding is clearly visible, but it seems he avoids delivering in the dark. I now have to reroute my parcels to a neighbor due to concerns about the current courier's reliability.

I received an email indicating that my order was delivered, but I have not received it despite being at home all day. When I tracked the order, it showed as delivered, with a picture of the package in a different letterbox, not mine. It is now the next day, and I still have not received the package. I attempted to contact the company but could not find any contact information.

Upon receiving my delivery, I found the box empty. I promptly informed the delivery person who rescanned the package, mentioning it was a security concern. When I requested to take a photo of the labels for the seller, I was denied as the box couldn't be returned momentarily. Uncertain about the contents as I had ordered Christmas gifts, the delivery driver's response was unhelpful, stating she was busy and not in customer service. The manner in which she addressed me, especially as a senior citizen, was disappointing.

I am inquiring about a missing parcel. The delivery driver did not deliver it to my address, and I did not find a note indicating it was placed in a safe location or with a neighbor. When tracking the package, a photo appeared on your website indicating it was left in a safe spot. I have checked my entire property, neighboring homes, and bins but have not located the parcel. I would like to report an issue regarding my package with reference number [redacted][redacted]. The supplier, Craghopper, handed over the package to Hermes on Monday, December 2nd. However, the tracking status has been stuck at "...waiting receipt from supplier..." for several days. After confirming with Craghopper that the package was indeed given to Hermes, the tracking status on Thursday, December 5th, changed to "sent to collection point," but the package remains undelivered. This was meant to be a 2-day delivery service, and I am concerned about the delay. Any advice on what might have occurred would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I sent a parcel with the bar code [redacted][redacted], which was supposed to be delivered this morning to Mrs. S at 6 Lancia Crescent, Carr Bridge Road, Blackpool, FY4 5RH. However, upon checking the status, I was informed that the driver attempted delivery at 10:02, but Mrs. S has been at home all morning, and no attempt was made. It seems the driver might have gone to the wrong address. The parcel is urgently needed as it was meant for a 48-hour delivery.

Good afternoon, I placed an order with a company last Thursday, and your courier was supposed to deliver it via Next Day Delivery, but I have yet to receive it. Despite two emails stating delivery between 2 and 4, the parcel never arrived. The tracking information has not updated since Friday. Today, my parcel arrived, but unfortunately it was ripped. The courier mentioned that it happened while she was getting the parcel out of the car. Inside, there should have been a kettle and a personalized tankard for my grandson's 21st birthday. The parcel only contained the kettle, but the tankard was missing. The tracking number for the parcel is [redacted][redacted]. I signed for the delivery, but I realized the tankard was missing after the courier had already left. This is the first time I've encountered an issue like this, and I am quite upset about the missing birthday present.
