I recently spoke to someone at Groupon regarding an exchange for a purchased deal for partial highlights for my mom. The salon is difficult to reach, as my mom always has to leave a message and wait for a call back from an older lady whose availability doesn't match up. I believe the lady works from home and only goes to the salon for appointments. I am requesting an exchange for three acupuncture sessions at ARC Chiropractic for $74, and I'm willing to pay the $32 price difference. Alternatively, I would accept an exchange for the Ancient Healing Oriental Medicine Clinic for $45. Thank you. I contacted the vendor, Facials by Karel in North Hampton, NH earlier today. When she called back, it was evident she was impaired. She was unable to have a coherent conversation, only managing to say "oh, shoot!" when I mentioned needing to reschedule my facial appointment. Later, I discovered my order had been cancelled and was no longer an option. This is frustrating! I am adamant about receiving a refund, not in the form of Groupon credits. - K. Fitzpatrick

Hi, I received a spa day voucher for the DoubleTree by Hilton Strathclyde as a Christmas gift last year. Due to lockdown restrictions, the voucher was going to expire. I contacted Groupon for assistance, and they informed me that I couldn't get a refund but could receive a credit note to use later. However, when I recently tried to use the credit note, I discovered that the voucher had been refunded without my knowledge. I do not recall receiving the refund in my bank account, and I was informed that it couldn't be refunded. I am concerned about the £45.00 voucher amount and would appreciate information on what happened to it. I can provide the voucher number when needed. Thank you, and I hope to receive a response soon.

I am wondering how long it will take to receive a refund on my credit card for a purchase I made on December 5, [redacted]. I canceled the order the same day. Additionally, a second order was added to my purchase that I did not place. It may have been from a previous purchase I made about a year ago, but I did not want to repurchase those items. I have also changed my credit card since then. It seems like I have lost my money in this situation. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue promptly and ensuring I get my funds back?

I purchased a Groupon voucher as a gift and mistakenly entered the recipient's email address incorrectly. I then bought another voucher of the same type and sent it to the correct email address. I'm requesting a cancellation and a refund for the first voucher, specifically for the steak meals at Reeds restaurant in Mexborough. The voucher number is [redacted]19. Apologies for the mix-up. I reside in Poughkeepsie, NY, and recently bought a Groupon for a Wonderland of Lights event at our nearby fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, NY. To redeem the Groupon, I was instructed to visit the website, place an order, and input the coupon code provided. However, the coupon code displayed in my Groupon app is not functioning when I try to insert it on the website. I am unsure why it's not working and am reluctant to click on the option that marks it as used. Please provide guidance promptly.

Dear Sir or Madam, I recently purchased 3 coupons for Pix PrinterPix. I intended to use these coupons to order 3 photo books, but I was informed by PrinterPix that only one coupon can be used per order. This information was not specified on the Groupon or Youpon deal. This restriction means I would have to create the same book three times and pay for separate deliveries, costing me a total of €21. I bought two Groupon vouchers for anti-aging facials at Wellness and Skincare Medical Spa in Poughkeepsie, NY. They rescheduled my appointments four times with short notice. I want a refund for one of the packages. They charge $25 for late cancellations, yet they are not considerate of my time. I have an appointment today at 2pm with voucher number [redacted], but I want to cancel the other voucher and get a refund due to their unprofessional behavior.

Hello, I have been using Groupon for many years and have always been pleased with the variety of items available for every occasion. On November 29, [redacted], I accidentally ordered two of the same Groupon for Lina's Restaurant in Bloomingdale, NJ. I purchased a Local Flavor Groupon for Lina's Restaurant, which was $40.00 worth of Fine Italian Dining for $20.00. I placed an order for a 6-pack of black holiday face masks (order # [redacted]73) to wear during Christmas. My package, received on Tuesday, 12/7/21, contained a box of 50 disposable black face masks instead of the intended item, despite the correct order being listed on the packing slip. I received my order on the promised delivery date, only to realize I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. After reaching out to ETC Buys via email for a return label, there was a delay in their response. They initially offered me $5 to keep the pee pads, which I found inadequate given the original $[redacted] purchase price. After multiple email exchanges, they increased the offer to $10, which is still unsatisfactory. I have repeatedly asked for a return shipping label as per their policy, but have yet to receive one despite my requests dating back to November 4th, '21. I bought two house cleaning Groupons in October, but the company didn't respond when I called. I requested a refund, and was informed it would be credited to my card. I purchased a $[redacted] Groupon and a $35 one, but only received $94.13 back. I wasn't informed of any fee for the refund. The partial refund was made on Nov. 19. I think I should receive a full refund since the company you promoted didn't deliver the service.

Hello, I recently got a confirmation email for my Van Gogh exhibit vouchers in San Jose. However, when I tried to print them by creating an account, the "stuff" section was empty. Clicking on customer support resulted in a spinning circle indefinitely. I had to use Google to send this message. This is my first time using Groupon, and I'm disappointed. I scheduled the first available appointment, which was a month away. After driving for an hour to reach their office, I was asked for more information upon arrival. The office was very dirty and the staff was impolite. I am requesting a full refund of $[redacted], as I am dissatisfied with the service. I have had three negative experiences with Groupon purchases recently, and this treatment is unacceptable.

I purchased a Groupon last year for a couple's massage for my wife and me. I tried to redeem it several times, but the spa was closed. I last called in late spring, around early June, and have now confirmed they are open. The voucher expired almost a year ago. Could I receive a new one with an updated expiration date? Will the spa honor the existing voucher, or should I pursue a refund? Otherwise, I will need to dispute the charge with the bank.

I bought Divina Cleaning Service on October 12th and scheduled them to come on December 10th at 10 am. We confirmed yesterday over text, but today 30 minutes before the appointment, she said she needed to reschedule. I have guests coming tomorrow, so this is unacceptable. I would like a refund and will not be using this service again. I've always had good experiences with Groupon, and this is the first time I've had a bad one. Very disappointed. I am having trouble understanding the situation. I intend to reach out to Roberson’s Day Spa tomorrow to book an appointment before the expiration on the 25th of December. However, there seems to be an error showing that it was redeemed on Halloween. This is the second time this has happened with this spa, when I have not used a Groupon there before. I can confirm that I have not redeemed any treatments. I have checked my other unexpired Groupons, like the horse riding one, multiple times without any accidental redemptions. This issue must be resolved so I can use the Groupon before it expires. Thank you.

There was an error in the transaction process which led to my Christmas gift being delivered to my previous address instead of my current one. After reaching out to the seller, they have not been helpful in resolving the issue by contacting UPS to arrange for the parcel to be returned to me. I am disappointed as I have been a loyal customer and rely on a confirmation email for such transactions. I assumed the gift would be sent to my current address. I kindly request a refund so I can purchase the gift for my son elsewhere.

Today, I bought a Groupon (Order #[redacted][redacted]) for $29. There was a promo code for 25% off with the word "SAVE." I applied the code at checkout, but unfortunately, it didn't go through. I've used promo codes successfully before, so I'm unsure why this one didn't work. How can I get the 25% discount applied to the Visa card I used for this transaction?
