I made a reservation for a hotel room through Groupon earlier today around 1:28PM. Unfortunately, I needed to cancel within the two-hour cancellation window due to unforeseen circumstances. When I attempted to use the cancellation link, there seemed to be a technical issue as it was not working properly. Despite numerous tries, I was unable to cancel before the deadline passed. I have taken screenshots of the error messages encountered. Although the link is no longer available now that the deadline has passed, I want to emphasize that it was not functioning correctly initially. I have documented proof with the screenshots in case it is required.

I bought a Groupon as a present for my brother, but he didn't receive it due to an email address change, and it expired. I tried to contact Groupon without success. Dealing with them has been challenging due to unusual problems, like this one with Groupon #[redacted] for Omaha steaks. I recently purchased a deal for an acupressure spa and attempted to schedule an appointment over the phone. The owner requested the voucher number, so I clicked on the "view voucher" button online. Unfortunately, it only displayed a number below the barcode, not the actual voucher number. Despite my explanations, the owner seemed insistent on receiving the voucher number, leading to some frustration. I sent her a picture of the number, with no success, and then manually typed it out for her to check. However, she continued to request that I send a text to a specific number. At this point, I no longer wish to proceed with this and would like a refund instead. Thank you.

I am associated with Legacy MMA Club. Our Groupon offer has been in place for several years, but we have undergone significant changes. We have moved to a new location and the address on file is outdated. Additionally, the offer we previously had is no longer valid. We have not received any payment for Groupon offers in the last three years, despite honoring the deals. Previously, we used to receive checks by mail at our old location, but since relocating in December [redacted], we have not received any payments. I'm disappointed with the service from Irish Lords as my order has not been delivered even after more than 20 days. I am requesting a refund of the $10 I paid, as well as the $12.99 for expedited shipping that was supposed to take 3-5 days. I am frustrated with the deceptive $1 trial offer for assistance and will not be using it to address this issue. It is unacceptable to make customers resort to such tactics. If this matter is not resolved by Monday, I will have to take the necessary steps and contact my bank to report Groupon for fraud. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon deal for a haircut with full highlights and style at Hair Expression inside Salon Glow. My order number is [redacted], and the salon used it on 11/24. When I arrived, the stylist, S.L., asked for more money than the Groupon value. I ended up paying over $[redacted]. She told me she would charge my credit card first and then deduct the Groupon amount, but that never happened. I'm requesting a refund of $46 to be credited back to me. It's disappointing that the price discrepancy was not resolved as promised.

In October, I bought a Groupon voucher for a massage. After using the voucher (#1[redacted]67-[redacted]), I tried scheduling an appointment at the Westminster, California location, which is near my home. Despite leaving multiple messages without any response, I visited the establishment only to find out that Lora Thai Spa does not actually operate there. I purchased a standard oil change for $27.00 on 12/02/21 via PayPal, but I did not receive the service as I was informed that only synthetic oil changes were accepted. Consequently, I paid $42.00 for a synthetic oil change on 12/03/21 but was unable to obtain the barcode. Finally, on the third attempt, I was able to use the service at High Street Car Wash and Oil Change. I would like a refund of $69.00 for the unsuccessful services.

I have an issue with a refund I received: 1) Groupon provided a $50 discount on my purchase. 2) Initially, I planned to purchase [redacted] units of dysport. 3) After researching, I decided to upgrade to [redacted] units, but the order for [redacted] units was placed instead. 4) Upon realizing the mistake, I cancelled the order for [redacted] units. 5) Instead of receiving the $50 Black Friday discount as promised, Groupon deducted $18 from the refund, resulting in only $[redacted] refunded instead of $[redacted]. 6) If customer service is unable to issue the additional $18 refund, totaling $[redacted] for the [redacted] units of dysport ($[redacted]-$50 discount), I request cancellation of the deal and a full refund of the remaining $[redacted]. 7) I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. I ordered a classic chicken burrito, but it was disappointingly small, more like a mini burrito. Despite requesting more beans and less rice, there were no beans and too much rice. Instead of the red house salsa, I received avocado. I feel the store may be showing prejudice towards Black customers, as this has been a recurring issue in my visits. The experience worsened when I ordered a tortilla soup and was given a small portion for over $7, being told it was the usual serving size. Despite my numerous complaints, it seems that corporate may support the store's discriminatory service. I've mostly avoided the Manteca location where I reside, but today's experience with the regular burrito was also unsatisfactory. I believe that every customer, regardless of their background, deserves proper service, especially considering the money spent.

I purchased a Groupon for a photography session at JC Penny on November 17, [redacted]. My credit card was charged for the purchase, but I did not receive a confirmation email for the Groupon. Due to this, I had to cancel my appointment. I used a "guest sign in" when I made the purchase, which is why I am unable to log in to check my order history. I have thoroughly checked my email for the confirmation number but haven't been able to find it. The charge still appears on my card. Please advise me on the next steps to either receive the Groupon or obtain a refund.

I bought a Groupon for a cleaning service and began communication with them in October. They have been rescheduling repeatedly, and now in December, they just asked to postpone our appointment for another week. It's frustrating and I no longer want to deal with them. I booked a room today at the 4 Points by Sheraton in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed my reservation was for the previous day and refused to honor it. The purchase was made at 3 pm Chicago time. I had to make a new reservation with the hotel directly as I had my three small children with me and nowhere else to go. I don't believe this mistake was my fault and I am requesting a refund. However, my experience with customer support has been frustrating. I attempted to chat with them twice, and they were unable to assist me, just redirecting me elsewhere without solving the issue. I am unable to speak to anyone and if I don't receive a response, I will have to stop the payment on my card.

Hello, I need assistance with my recent order. I purchased 3 Ferrero Rocher Christmas chocolate gift boxes at a 70% discount, but during checkout, I was charged £20.99 instead of the correct £6.99 price. Hello, I was hoping to obtain a full refund for the pullover I purchased. It arrived after a considerable delay, and to my disappointment, it turned out to be a stretchy, long-sleeved thin t-shirt with a print of the advertised jumper. This was not what I expected and feels like a misleading scam. I had intended it to be a Christmas present for my mother-in-law. The description did not mention that it was a long-sleeve t-shirt with a print instead of the actual jumper. I am requesting a speedy resolution with a full refund.

A few days ago, I used my email and password to purchase a Sam’s Club Membership. Now, when I try to claim the voucher on the app, I can't log in. When I try to reset the password, I receive an email saying the account doesn't exist, despite having older emails from Groupon sent to that same address before [redacted].
