I am having trouble logging into my Google email account ([redacted]). Whenever I try to sign in, it redirects me to my husband's account [redacted] How can I switch to a different login page to access my email? My husband is also facing issues signing into his account, as his most recent password is not working, and the "forgot password" option is not helping. We have contacted the administrator for the password, but that's not working either. I need assistance as I am not very tech-savvy. I am unable to access my email ([redacted]) until this is resolved. I need help with locating my Samsung Galaxy phone with activated location history. My 5-year-old grandson briefly took it a few feet outside the front door into some safe bushes. I have the IMEI number, but I am struggling to track its exact location. I am worried that it might get covered in snow tonight and damaged. Any assistance on how to locate it promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing an issue with accessing my Gmail account. To obtain a verification code for another app, I need to log in to my Gmail account. Unfortunately, Google is sending the verification code to a phone number I have not used in two years, making it impossible for me to access my account. I used to be an international student in the US before returning to China. The phone number linked to my Gmail account is no longer in use, and I used to receive emails without entering a password thanks to my iPhone settings. However, my phone stopped displaying Gmail messages since May 20th of last year. I've attempted to recover my account without success due to a lack of information and have been unable to locate customer service for assistance. I have my passport as proof of identity and know my Gmail password. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would give NO STARS if I could. I picked up a 65 plate Corsa from this dealership on Saturday 21 January. After driving 5 miles, I couldn't shift gears. I contacted them, but got no response, even via WhatsApp. They sent a mechanic on Monday 23 January who found a clutch issue. Now, they claim I burnt out the clutch and won't cover it under warranty without me paying. Terrible customer service and all about profit. Stay away from them.

I have noticed charges on my account from Mountain View Cast starting from January 25th. The initial charge was for $0. On January 29th, a charge of $1.99 appeared, followed by charges of $2.99, $3.99, $4.99, and $6.99, increasing incrementally up to $15.99, which was $80. More charges followed on February 2nd, with the same series of amounts adding up to $80. Additionally, on February 3rd, another $80 was taken, totaling $[redacted] in charges from Mountain View Cast. I am unfamiliar with this company and have raised a fraud claim with my bank. I am concerned about these charges as I rely on disability benefits and $[redacted] is significant for me. I have been communicating with my bank, but I also wanted to reach out here. I would appreciate a prompt response as I have been trying to resolve this issue for several days now. Thank you.

On February 14, [redacted], I ordered a 2-in-1 folding rollator with a seat walker from Electiclife. Despite completing the order, I never received the product. When I reached out to Electiclife, they had no record of my order. To my surprise, my credit card statement showed a charge of $[redacted].99 from a company called Royal Seek, which has no website and just directs to a Google page. The website I used to order the rollator claimed to be secure, but now I am out of money and without the item I purchased. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I have been without access to my email and Google services such as Google Play and Google Assistant for nearly a year. Consequently, I have missed numerous emails and am unable to download any games. When attempting to sign back into my email, I am informed that my passwords are incorrect. Moreover, I am unable to receive verification codes as the phone number linked to my account is not the one I currently use. My email address is [redacted], and I require assistance in regaining access to my account, as it is my only email. I am hoping to use a different password that holds sentimental value to me due to the passing of my husband, Doug, last July. I am experiencing issues with my Google services as my email has not been working for about a year now. My email address is [redacted], but I am unable to access it because the password is not working. My husband's Gmail account was unexpectedly terminated after I canceled "Google Workspace," a service I was not familiar with. Despite never hearing of it, an invoice for $6 per month was sent to his email. Subsequently, we lost access to his Gmail after canceling Google Workspace. This Gmail account has been in use for 8 years, and we are confused by what occurred. It appears Google Workspace may want to take control of the domain name in his email, which we do not require. The situation seems suspicious, prompting the cancellation of Google Workspace. Now, his Gmail account remains inaccessible.

I have been attempting to reach Google for a week now regarding an issue with my Google Pixel 5 Phone after a recent update. Since the update, I have encountered a problem with Google Play where 11 of my purchased albums are continuously attempting to download, draining my battery and media allowance. Despite multiple attempts to contact Google Customer Support via phone and Live Chat, I have been transferred to 14 different agents who were unable to assist me. I provided transaction numbers for the problematic albums purchased in June [redacted], but no resolution has been offered. Even after visiting my service provider and another tech store for help, the issue persists. I urgently need Google's technical team to fix the upgrade on my phone to stop the continuous downloading. Hello, I recently synchronized all my Shopify products with your merchant account, but Google has not approved many of them. I have had a technician clean up what can be done to enhance my website. I believe the issue may stem from half of my store being associated with an app called Prodigy, which is a print-on-demand service. The images printed upon a customer's order are my own. The other half of my shop features artworks that I have created myself. I saved my password on my phone, but following your request, I changed it. Unfortunately, due to memory issues, I forgot the new password and got locked out of my phone. Although I've managed to unlock my phone, I've lost all my passwords and now I'm unable to access my Gmail account. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my health challenges. I am feeling stressed and frustrated because I am unable to verify my identity to reset my password with Google. I have attempted numerous steps but am reluctant to create a Google account. Accessing important documents is crucial to me, but I am struggling to find assistance in regaining access to my account. It seems like I may have been locked out after trying multiple password combinations, even attempting an old password that was unsuccessful due to its age of 59 days.

About three years back, I enrolled in a Google service when setting up my small business, then known as Google G Suite. I've been getting a monthly charge of $12.72 for it, but have never utilized it. Now, with my small business ongoing, I'm thinking of making use of it, but I'm unsure of what it entails or how to access it. The charge shows up as Gsuite_ginros650, and my name is S. Singleton, operating a business named Gin and Roses. I need help understanding the service or canceling it.

On December 1st, [redacted], I had trouble accessing my email at [redacted] as Google didn't recognize my password and I couldn't reset it. I had to create a new email account, [redacted], which I currently use. I was able to still access my old emails through Microsoft Outlook but recently all my emails got deleted without my knowledge. I lost all my important work this way and I'm very upset about it. I would really appreciate it if Google could restore my emails from [redacted] that were stored on my Microsoft Outlook account. This has caused me significant damage and I hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.

I would like to cancel my subscription to Google Text Me. I have contacted Google via email and texted the help desk multiple times without resolving the issue. My phone broke and no longer works, and I deleted my Text Me account nearly six weeks ago, assuming it would cancel my subscription. However, I am still being billed $9.19 weekly. Due to ongoing medical issues affecting my eyesight, I am having difficulty using a text app and corresponding. I am using a friend's phone to try to resolve this. I also cannot access Google Play as I don't remember the account I used, which was linked to my deleted Text Me account. I would like a refund and to cancel the subscription to Google Text Me. I own a Pixel 6a phone, and when people call me, we can't hear each other. I took it back to the store, and they mentioned it might be a manufacturer problem as they couldn't resolve it. Another concern is my phone gets excessively hot, even when not in use, to the point of burning my hand and ears. They couldn't identify the cause. Due to these issues, I missed a job opportunity since I couldn't hear properly and the device was overheating. I'm frustrated and eager for a resolution because initially the phone was working well, but suddenly started overheating.

I am in need of support. I would appreciate it if someone higher up in the organization could assist me with my account issues. I seem to be experiencing overdrawn drive space and I am not receiving emails. The drive space that I had, totaling [redacted] GB, is no longer available. I initially had [redacted] GB added last year by a support team member due to going over the limit. However, this additional space has disappeared. I then purchased another [redacted] GB, but that also vanished a few days later. These are the old GBs that should remain in the account without monthly charges. I believe the new system is causing confusion, as it appears to treat these as spaces that need monthly payments. I need the [redacted] GBs that have been lost to be reinstated, my account to be unlocked, my missing emails from the past few months to be forwarded, and assistance in resolving this issue. I have been unsuccessful in getting help and need a resolution urgently.
