I am facing an issue with my Google account that I have had for 10-15 years. It holds all my precious pictures of my children and work. Due to some unfortunate events, I had to replace my phone with an upgrade, which broke within a month. I was then without a phone for a while until I bought a temporary one. I was able to log in on the temporary phone, but now my new phone is not accepting the login as it requires access to my old phone, which I no longer have. I attempted to access my backup email, but it is asking for verification through a number I no longer possess. I am in desperate need of having the reset password link sent to my new temporary email so I can regain access to my account.

I accidentally broke my phone screen, making it impossible to unlock or access anything on it. The email account linked to it is password protected with a fingerprint I can't use and the phone number saved is no longer active. I need to access my Gmail to reach the rest of my apps, so I'm attempting to do a data transfer or recover my Google account. Unfortunately, I'm struggling to find a way to proceed with these tasks.

BUG REPORT: Since 12-15 at 8:56 am, whenever I sign in to my gmail account, I've received a "Security alert" for "A new sign-in on Windows" every time. Even though I've only been using one computer in the same location each time. The device was always labeled as "This device" by Google, and I confirmed it was me every time. As a retired software engineer, I believe someone at Google made unreviewed changes to the login alert system, which is causing these repeated alerts unnecessarily. Google shouldn't be overly controlling my account access beyond my password protection. I urge Google to undo these flawed changes in the system to stop the incorrect Security Alerts. Larry

I am having trouble accessing my Google or Samsung account due to two-step verification. The phone number linked for verification has been changed as it was stolen. It seems like some details in my accounts were altered. Samsung support mentioned they might have modified my name and birthday. I am unable to verify my account without access to the verification phone. I currently have two different phones: [redacted] and [redacted].

Recently, I was locked out of my phone after multiple failed attempts to unlock it. While I managed to access my email, I have forgotten the password to unlock my phone. Despite contacting MetroPCS customer service to restore my phone service, I am unable to access my phone, which contains essential pictures and business information. I seem to have unintentionally activated a Google lock, not realizing the implications. I tend to forget passwords easily and would appreciate any assistance to regain access. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my Google account, [redacted], which was hacked 5 days ago. Despite having 2-factor authentication, the hacker managed to bypass it and changed the recovery email and phone number associated with the account. This has left me unable to access the account through the usual methods, and Google's available options are unhelpful due to the 2-factor authentication. I recently had to change my password and verify my account. However, I encountered an issue with the verification process. The system is requesting to send a code to a phone number I no longer have access to and an email address that I can't currently log into. Even when I tried using another email, it prompted me to wait for a couple of days to complete the verification but nothing happened. This is frustrating for me as this email address, [redacted], is linked to all my payments and important information through Google.

My boss fell victim to a scam and lost $[redacted] by purchasing Google Play cards, which were then shared with the scammers. Upon discovering this, I promptly redeemed the gift cards into my Google account to prevent further misuse by the scammers. Although successful in protecting the funds, I now have $[redacted] in my Google Play balance that I do not plan to use. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Google through various channels and messages over the past 5 months, I have not received any response. I am seeking a refund or alternative resolution for this situation.

I recently purchased a new iPhone, transitioning from Android. I encountered difficulties when setting up the phone because none of my previously authorized devices allowed me to sign in, prompting me to verify my account for the new Apple ID. I need help resolving an issue with downloading from Google Drive. Here is the link I am trying to access: [redacted]. However, I am encountering the following message: "Sorry, you can't view or download this file at this time." It appears that too many users have accessed this file recently, requiring me to try again later. If it's a large file or shared widely, it may take up to 24 hours to gain access. I recently experienced unauthorized access to my Gmail account after being scammed on Facebook and Cash App. I suspect my phone may have been cloned. Unfortunately, I had to reset my phone, resulting in the loss of all my pictures. Additionally, I lost a phone in Los Angeles, which I reported as stolen, losing all its contents too. I have set up a new email account and now wish to have the compromised email account deleted, if possible. Despite my attempts, I have not been successful in resolving this issue on my own.

I downloaded an app called Cash App Activity with a Chrome symbol, mistakenly thinking it was related to Chrome's Cash App. I requested $[redacted] from my daughter through this app, but accidentally pressed the refund button, which should have sent the money back to her. Unfortunately, she has not received the refund as of Friday, 12/17/21. I fear I may have fallen victim to a scam. Please assist me with this issue as the money does not belong to me, and I am responsible for paying it back.

For the past 6 years, I have been attempting to regain access to two Gmail accounts that were taken from me by my ex-wife. She accessed them during a vulnerable time while I was hospitalized, implementing two-factor authentication and altering all my passwords. I possess legal court paperwork, a deposition where she confessed to these actions, as well as a court decree signed by a judge instructing her to return the accounts, but she persists in withholding access. I connected the Chromecast device to my modern smart TV, activated Wi-Fi, selected screencast, and chose the available device, (loft TV). Google Home displayed options for loft TV and Samsung TV (I tried 3 separate smart TVs). Casting worked with some lag. After a factory reset, I couldn't cast anymore. A JB Hi-Fi representative suggested deleting detected devices and starting the setup again. I have been told to reach out to Google tech support for further assistance. I purchased the Google TV in Feb [redacted] and have been experiencing a flickering issue with my Panasonic G10 series TV. Despite trying various solutions like changing HDMI ports, outlets, and resetting the Google TV, the problem persists and worsens quickly after the TV is turned on. I have found a temporary solution by unplugging and replugging the Google TV power cord once everything is fully powered up, but this is not ideal. I have updated the software to no avail and hope for a permanent fix. Being a loyal Google user with various Google products, I rely on a stable entertainment setup.
