My Google account was hacked, and a Google Ads account was fraudulently set up over a month ago. Despite multiple attempts to contact Google and explain the situation, they only suspended the account for suspicious payment activity. They are interpreting my chargeback for a fraudulent transaction as suspicious, and are requesting me to update payment details and clear the outstanding balance to reactivate the account. No matter how many times I've told them that I did not create this account and it needs to be canceled, they do not seem to understand or address the issue. - Naomi

I am having trouble verifying my identity because the code is being sent to a unique email address that I can't access. I need assistance over the phone to recover my Google account. Google indicated that I turned it off, but I'm unsure how that happened. I have tried to resolve this on my own but have been unsuccessful. I am looking for support from Google Photos regarding my Pixel 3a XL. I am unhappy with Google Photos being the only option when attaching photos to messages on Facebook or Messenger. I want to disable Google Photos because of this limitation. I strongly dislike the editing features that were upgraded last year. I have turned to Amazon for editing as their capabilities are superior, and their storage options are better. How can I remove Google Photos and set Amazon Photos as my default? Amazon mentioned that due to using a Pixel, I cannot set it as my default. I want assistance from Google's tech support to resolve this promptly. I am seeking direct support with a live person, not via email or text. Does Google offer this service?

I recently had two of my devices (an iPhone and a MacBook) stolen, which I use to access my Gmail account daily. Unfortunately, my 2FA authenticator app was on the stolen phone and my backup codes were on the stolen laptop. I still have my phone number, password, and recovery email. I have two Gmail accounts on my computer. I need to delete one because I accidentally created a second one a while back and forgot about it. Recently, my hard drive crashed, and after rebuilding it, I discovered I had four Google accounts saved but didn't have the passwords. Despite trying different methods to retrieve them, I couldn't. Recently, my phone unexpectedly underwent a factory reset, resulting in the deletion of all my emails. I am currently facing difficulty accessing an email account that my sister set up for me. Despite her inclusion of both mine and her phone numbers, as well as alternate email addresses for recovery purposes, we are encountering issues with verification. We have received messages stating "Google needs more information about the account" and "Google couldn’t verify this account belongs to you," leading us to suspect potential unauthorized access. I am frustrated with Google because they are not addressing the issue of someone using my phone without permission. Despite my repeated reports, Google seems to be ignoring me. I will take legal action if this person is not removed from my phone. I will not hesitate to involve the news channels if necessary. I demand that Google takes action immediately to resolve this situation as I am tired of this interference and lack of response. I am unable to access my email account, [redacted] After changing my password and setting up 2-factor authentication, I realized I didn't update my phone number, leading to being locked out. Despite trying various account recovery steps, I keep getting redirected to the password entry page. The 2-factor authentication logged me out of all devices, making it impossible to confirm my identity through them. My connected photos and phone numbers make this email vital to me. Recently, I purchased a game account that was linked to a dummy Gmail account. After paying for it, the seller provided me with the Gmail and password details. I promptly logged in on my device. Subsequently, I shared the login information with my gaming assistant in a different region so he could change the password, name, and family name on the account. Everything was functioning well until I tried to access the same email on my laptop later that day, and it was suddenly disabled. Despite our attempts to recover it following Google’s instructions, we have been unsuccessful for several days. I am deeply frustrated as I invested significantly in this game account associated with that Gmail address. Despite complying with Google's verification process, I am still unable to regain access to my account, which is distressing as it holds great value to me.

I have been experiencing harassment from Arthur C Dumas. Despite my complaints to Google, no action has been taken. I am now considering involving law enforcement. The email addresses associated with this issue are arthurcdumas010+[redacted] and another individual named Dylan Basile who works at the Event Temple. This situation is disrupting my daily activities as I receive between 50 to [redacted] inappropriate emails. I even missed an important email about the closing on my new home, resulting in a financial loss. I have tried blocking and reporting these emails to no avail. My next steps may involve the FBI, SBI, and legal representation. This situation is unacceptable and has financial consequences for me. I urge for swift resolution.

Recently, some unexpected visitors showed up and unfortunately, my phone was stolen. All my passwords were stored on it, and I'm hoping for assistance in retrieving the last known address from my phone. I have reported the theft to the police and can provide the case number to verify my identity. As I didn't have a note with a contact number on the phone, I solely used Google Voice via Wi-Fi. Due to this, I am unable to access my accounts. Please contact me through my wife's email as I had numerous accounts saved on the phone, and I'm unable to log in now. I am incredibly frustrated with the unprofessionalism shown by Google. I have been using my account [redacted] for years and suddenly I cannot access it due to multiple sign-in attempts. Despite following all verification steps, including using my credit card for verification (which was charged three times), I am still locked out. I bought a new cell phone last Wednesday, November 10th, and I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account that I've had for several years. Google isn't accepting any of my passwords, and if any changes were made, it's only the last part with numbers or symbols. My main password has remained the same over the years. I'm feeling stressed because I can't create a new account since it's overwhelming to update it with all the different companies. I really need to speak with someone for assistance. I recently had to deal with a fraud issue on my debit card, which led to a denied payment on my account resulting in its cancellation. Despite updating my payment information on Youtube, the payment was not processed, and now I am unable to access my account. Trying to resolve this, I called customer service, but after waiting for over 3 hours in total, I was disconnected twice without speaking to an agent. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, forcing me to create a new Gmail and YouTube account due to the unresponsiveness. I hope to have my original account reinstated with the correct rates and am disappointed by the service provided to loyal customers like myself.

Yesterday, I misplaced my phone and used the Google Find My Device feature to lock it remotely. However, upon finding my phone, it is now requesting a security key to unlock it. I had previously set a screen lock with face recognition and a pin, neither of which are working as the security code now. During the remote lock process, I was not prompted to choose a security pin, only to update my Google password which I did. Unfortunately, the new password is not working for the security code either. Currently, my phone is increasing the wait time between attempts, and I do not want to risk being locked out by guessing the code. I believe I never established a security pin during the remote lock. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
