I noticed an unexpected charge on my bank account from google*idealabs g.co that is still processing. I urgently request to halt the processing, cancel the transaction, and refund the amount. I am currently traveling with my 4-year-old child, and we are in need of the funds as we are stranded in an unfamiliar location with no gas to continue our journey. As a single mom with an autistic child, the situation is challenging. Please expedite the refund process to assist us. Thank you.

I need help, please. I transferred Rs. 15,[redacted] to (initials) on the 3rd, but at the same time, my Google Pay showed processing. Yesterday, on the 5th, Rs. 15,[redacted] went missing from my account, and what was showing as processing on Google Pay now shows as failed. The person I transferred to has not received the money yet. Sir, please check if the transfer was not mistakenly done on Google Pay. Kindly resolve the issue for me. Thank you.

I recently attempted to make a micro transaction on an app using a Google Play Card. The payment went through, and the funds were added to my account. However, I received an error message stating there was an issue with my Google Pay account, which left me confused. Upon checking Google Pay, it indicated suspicious activity possibly linked to a past failed phone purchase many years ago. This previous incident involved using my mother's credit card for which they now require verification, even though I no longer use that payment method. Consequently, I am unable to use the Google Play Card, which has caused frustration. I am unsure how to proceed as I am unable to reach my mother to verify the past transaction.

On December 8, [redacted], I purchased a one-month subscription to Cricut Access for $10.80 on cricut.com through my phone. The payment was processed through Google in Mountain View, California. However, despite being charged, the subscription did not reflect on my account. I have contacted Cricut twice, and they advised me to contact Google for either a refund or to receive the Cricut Access I paid for. I used Google Pay to pay for Cricket Access, but even though the payment went through, the subscription isn't working due to the money not being applied to my Cricket account. I contacted Cricket, but they advised me to reach out to Google Pay for assistance. I recently purchased a TV from Walmart. While trying to set up my Amazon account on the TV, I encountered an error code that directed me to a website to enter the code. After entering the code, I faced another error prompting me to call a phone number. I spoke with someone named Thereal K who asked me questions and then proceeded to access my phone, computer, and bank account without my consent. He made unauthorized transactions including 4 Google Pay transactions; 2 for $[redacted] each, 1 for $[redacted], and another for $25 through Amazon Pay. Amazon is refunding these charges. The funds were sent to [redacted] (Transaction ID: B.35A8-ADC6-DCC6-A960) and [redacted] under the name Georgia Minniefield (Transaction ID: B.715B-197F-[redacted]-BEA9). I seek assistance in recovering my money as I am on disability and these transactions have depleted my account. I am providing some clarity regarding an issue with a charge on my account. My name is Nancy T. and my number is [redacted]. Timothy B. stayed at my house for roughly six months. One evening, I was playing Toy Blast and intended to purchase some blast packs. I asked Timothy to use his card ending in [redacted] for the charge, and I would give him cash as reimbursement. He agreed, and I promptly paid him back. However, he later disputed the charges. Despite his consent to the transactions, they were disputed. I have never charged anything without paying him cash for it. I am requesting that my account be cleared of any wrongful use and restored to its normal status. I have been a customer for approximately ten years. I am unable to provide a copy of the card as it is not mine, but I have uploaded my NC driver's license in a previous email. Today, a representative from Cash App instructed me to download two different apps and load at least $[redacted] onto a Google Play gift card. They then asked me to scratch off the silver section and provide them with the numbers. When the first card didn't work, they requested that I buy another one. Frustrated, I refused to proceed and demanded a refund as the initial card was never used.

I need information about a payment method in my Google account. It contains funds that I believe are from the stimulus payment. Unfortunately, I no longer have the actual card and can't remember the financial institution it's with to request a replacement. The card is a debit card, and I don't have a traditional bank account. I'm looking to transfer the money from that card to my SSI direct deposit card, which is also linked to my Google payment methods. If I could speak to a representative like before, we could proceed with what the previous conversation was about, but we got disconnected. I haven't been able to connect with a human again to resolve this issue.
