Today, my phone unexpectedly shut down after it fell. When I tried to log in to my email account ([redacted]) on a different device, I couldn't access it due to security measures. Despite providing my phone number for an OTP, I didn't receive any codes. This email is crucial as it's linked to my essential accounts like G-drive, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Photos, as well as important educational documents. I'm unable to receive OTPs via my phone number or recovery email, and the only option offered is using backup codes from the previously logged-in phone, which is now broken. I kindly request assistance in recovering my email promptly. Details: Email: [redacted] Recovery Phone: [redacted] Recovery Email: [redacted]

Hello there, I am attempting to regain access to my Google Mail account, [redacted], which was locked due to "suspicious activities." I am receiving the verification code at my alternate email address, [redacted] Upon entering the code, Google is requesting my telephone number to send an SMS code. I successfully receive and enter the SMS code, but then Google requests another telephone number, where I am encountering difficulties. Every phone number I have tried is being rejected by Google, stating that it has been used too frequently for resets. I am concerned that repeated attempts may lead to the device I am using getting locked. I am seeking advice on how to effectively recover access to my Google Mail account. Thank you for your assistance. Fabian K.

I have been unable to regain access to my hacked email account, [redacted] The hacker changed the account name from Leia Charles to something else. I have the hacker's email addresses - [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] - as well as the phone number they used - [redacted]6. I suspect malware was installed on my phone to facilitate the hack. I previously used the password iswell@62 but cannot remember the recent one. My phone number is [redacted]7, and my recovery email is also [redacted]

My Google account ([redacted]) got hacked. Three days ago, I discovered my password had been changed when I tried to access my email. I attempted to recover it, but was informed that a link would be sent to an unfamiliar email starting with "nor". My actual recovery email is [redacted] I used to have a phone recovery option, but I lost my cell phone three weeks ago (Phone number: [redacted]). This account contains a significant amount of personal information and is crucial for my interactions with suppliers, banks, and more. I urgently need to close the account, but I am unable to locate a way to do so. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My phone crashed, so I visited the provider for a reboot. Now, I'm without my iCloud content, content from @gmail.com, as well as my Wish.com and Amazon accounts. I no longer have my apps or media. I've been advised to wait until tomorrow at 12:03 p.m. for Apple to call and assist me. Being not very tech-savvy, my entire life is in that cloud 😆. I suppose waiting is my only option. I plan to reach out to Gethuman.com for help tomorrow. If I can regain access to my information today, I would greatly appreciate it.👍🏾

I am using a Gmail Suite email address to send emails to my clients through the Amelia WordPress extension, but the messages keep getting placed into their spam folders. After speaking with Amelia customer support, they advised me to investigate the following: 1. The error messages I may encounter like SMTP connect() failed, Calling Mail() without connection, or Network is unreachable ([redacted]). 1.1 They noted that this issue could be related to a PHPMailer problem but is often due to local DNS failure or firewall restrictions, such as those from GoDaddy. 1.2 This error indicates that PHPMailer cannot reach the specified SMTP server in the Host property, usually because of local system configurations. It could also be caused by the absence of the OpenSSL extension. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me with resolving this matter promptly.

I've been trying to access my Gmail account for the past two days on my new device. I have my email address, [redacted], and my password, Marcertified8, but I'm unable to verify because of the two-step verification I set up. I can't access the option to verify through email as I no longer have access to my old phone number, [redacted], linked to my account. I've set up a recovery email, [redacted], but that verification option doesn't appear when I try to log in. Please send a verification code to either my recovery email or my new phone number, [redacted], so I can regain access to my account. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

One of my friend's Gmail accounts has been hacked, leading to unauthorized access to his bank account and business information. The perpetrator changed the recovery email and phone number, also compromising his Facebook and other linked accounts. Despite contacting the police and the bank, only the bank agreed to freeze the account for in-person access. Due to this breach, important business materials, including the website, have been lost. Efforts to recover the email ([redacted]) tied to the name "shadow playz" - actually belonging to Mr. Alexander S. Tassoglou - have been made. The legitimate owner has secured his Google business account but requires assistance to regain control of the email. Evidence is available to prove ownership and thwart the unauthorized individual's access. Urgent intervention is necessary to restrict access and provide a password reset link, with the request to update the recovery phone number to +44 [redacted] and access email [redacted]

I have been incarcerated for over five years and am attempting to regain access to my former Gmail account, [redacted] Although I know the password and the phone number associated with the account, I no longer have access to that phone number to receive the verification code necessary to log in. I am seeking assistance from someone who can access my account, as I can provide details such as the password, the linked phone number, another email address connected to the account, and purchases I have made in the Google Play Store. Despite my efforts, the online recovery process has not been successful in helping me regain access to my account.

Hello, Today, my phone with the number 06 81 82 91 60 was stolen. This phone was directly connected to my Gmail address: [redacted] Since I no longer have my phone, I can't retrieve the recovery code to block access to my email account. I also can't remember my password. Additionally, I have 2 other email addresses linked to my Gmail account: [redacted] and [redacted] The person who stole my phone now has access to all 3 of my email addresses and my phone number, which is used for recovery. I am reaching out to request assistance in accessing my email account. Could you please help me regain access to the email account: [redacted] Thank you, Best regards, Lisa CAKIR

Dear Gmail Support, For nearly 31 years, I have used [redacted] as my primary email address, known to hundreds, if not thousands, including family, friends, co-workers, and colleagues globally. Recently, two additional emails, [redacted] and [redacted], linked to a Dark Site, have been falsely created in my name, leading to a flood of unwanted advertisements and commercials. Over these years, I also established [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] for specific purposes and groups. I seek urgent guidance on how best to notify contacts about the situation and which alternate email to transition to from [redacted], which I now intend to phase out. Best regards, Abdalla Hussein

I recently noticed that my email filters are not functioning properly. Spam is appearing in my Primary inbox, and some important emails are ending up in the Spam folder. What's worse is that there's been a sudden increase in the amount of spam I receive daily. I find myself having to sift through numerous spam emails to locate the legitimate ones that belong in the Primary tab. I am uncertain about the cause of this issue as I haven't made any changes to my settings and do not wish to change my email address to resolve it. I am wondering if Gmail provides support for this type of problem and if you have any suggestions for how customers like me can address it.

A few years ago, I set up my Gmail account and remember the password to access it. However, since getting a new phone number, I am unable to log in as it requires verification through the old phone number ending in [redacted]. I no longer have access to that number. Despite entering my password and trying to verify through alternate methods, Google states they cannot confirm my ownership of the account. This is a significant problem as I need to access my email, especially because it is linked to my banking accounts, which I cannot sign into without verifying through my Gmail. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, My husband tried to log into my Gmail account from his computer, and since then, I have been unable to access it. I have been trying for several days without success and have important emails to handle. Even after entering my password and the code sent to another email, I still can't get in. I tried entering my teacher's name as a security question, but it did not work either. I have been struggling to find a solution for days, and it has taken up a lot of my time. I'm not sure why suddenly I can't access my email when my computer and phone were working fine before. Please help. Thank you in advance. Myriam M. [redacted] [redacted]

Hello, my name is Theo Marcou. I am writing to inform you that I am unable to access my Gmail account. I have encountered this issue before and was able to resolve it quickly by providing my identification. Today, I face the same problem as I have lost my phone with all my accounts stored, and I cannot remember my password. This hinders me from logging in. It is crucial for me to regain access to my account as it contains important information (Social Security, insurance, health system, banking, etc.). Below is my email address: [redacted] I can provide you with copies of my identification and driver's license in the hopes that this will be sufficient to recover my account. I am available for further verification if needed and can respond from this Gmail account, which also belongs to my partner. Thank you in advance. Regards, T Marcou

My Google account has been hacked, and the password has been changed. I have been signed out of all devices. I tried using the Google account recovery page and followed their steps, but it was not successful. The process asked me to enter the last password I remember and then verify my account using another device where I am already signed in, which is impossible since I have been signed out of all devices. Clicking "Try another way" led to Google stating they couldn't verify the account belongs to me. I suspect this is because I did not set up any recovery information. I am looking to report this account and potentially recover it, as it is my work email with important files. I am hoping to explore recovery options using my associated phone number, as the account recovery page does not currently offer any alternatives.

I created the email account '[redacted]' a few months ago for my business, but I forgot the password. I tried to recover it using my backup email '[redacted]' or '[redacted]' but didn't receive any code. Despite troubleshooting and requesting a response, I haven't heard back from Google. Now I urgently need to access '[redacted]', but I'm stuck as it requires me to confirm the recovery email I used, which is '[redacted]'. It's frustrating that these technical issues persist on such a widely used platform. I hope for your assistance. Thank you.

I am encountering issues setting up my new Gmail email account ([redacted]) on Outlook. Although I can access this email through the Gmail website, attempts to set it up on Outlook have been unsuccessful. Despite following all the suggested steps, including manual configuration, I am repeatedly prompted to "enter user name/password." The error messages received are: 1. "Log onto incoming mail server (IMAP): The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, please contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)." 2. "Send a test e-mail message: Your e-mail server rejected your login. Please verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings." On the contrary, my older Gmail account ([redacted]) functions correctly on Outlook. It appears to be a server access issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently changed my phone and attempted to reset my password. However, after clicking on the link provided, I encountered an issue with the two-step verification process. Even though my password and username are correct, I'm unable to receive the verification email. The Google Authenticator app is not an option for me as I cannot access my Google account. I also tried using a code sent via text, but it's not working. My Gmail is crucial for work, and not being able to access it could result in losing clients and ultimately my job. I urgently need assistance with accessing my email to avoid any disruptions. Thank you in advance for your help.

I changed my Gmail address from [redacted] to [redacted] a while back. Now, I am unable to receive emails on the original address and only get them on [redacted], which I rarely use. It seems both emails are linked to the same account. I want to revert back to using [redacted] and get rid of [redacted] to access all my emails. I have tried various online solutions with no success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
