I am seeking assistance to resolve an issue for an elderly veteran with T-Mobile billing concerns. He purchased a phone on July 13, [redacted], enrolled in auto-billing, yet his phone got disconnected due to unpaid bills. They demand $[redacted] for reconnection. However, he has not been using the internet services he is being billed for. Also, a device for luggage tracking was sold to him when he never travels. There are reconnect fees, but he actually wants the account canceled. T-Mobile [redacted] in Rio Rancho, NM has been unhelpful, not providing necessary paperwork or disclosing all services sold. I am trying to reach someone in accounts receivable to settle the debt without additional fees. I would like to request the deletion of my post and the closure of my account on gethuman.com. Match - I contacted Match and they have already deleted my account as per my request. Please remove my rating and any related information associated with it. I did not intend to post anything on this website. gethuman.com - I am unsure how my account was created on your site. If there was some action on my part that led to the account creation, it was unintentional. Once my post is deleted, kindly proceed with closing my account on your platform. Thank you.

I recently had a balance of $45 on my Amazon gift card. I used the claim code (AQV4-3FZUY3-SPKAA) while placing an order, and my balance became $0. However, after completing the order and payment, my account was suspended by Amazon. There were unauthorized charges for purchases I never received, and Amazon refused to reimburse me, leaving me frustrated. I tried seeking help through GET HUMAN HELP but found it unhelpful. Amazon has repeatedly taken my money without providing a resolution or allowing chargebacks. I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to dispute these issues with Amazon. I feel like I am at a dead-end, as I have not been able to resolve this situation.

I have been a victim of scamming, harassment, fraud, and email fraud. My Facebook and other apps have been locked or hacked multiple times. I am unable to use verification codes because my phone does not receive them. I need to contact Facebook and Amazon to regain access to my accounts, especially one Amazon account with important photos from the last 10 years. When I try to receive the verification code, it does not come through to my phone. I am hopeful to recover my accounts and access my photos. Can someone assist me?

I need help canceling my account with McAfee under the name Victor H. While looking for support email for MyLife, I stumbled upon Gethsemane. After clicking on the support email, a text box appeared where I mistakenly entered my personal information which ended up on Gethsemane instead of reaching MyLife support. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to delete it. I might have to write down emails to ensure sending them to the correct place. This incident has made me wary, as I have faced a similar situation before, and I will now be cautious about interacting with Gethuman if it appears in search results.

I need assistance with my UpWork account. I had a client and freelancer login but wanted to remove the freelancer status and keep only the client one. When trying to close the freelancer account, it closed my entire account, leaving me unable to log in. After realizing this, I tried to reopen the account by using the Contact Support button on the Help page. However, it did not accept my username and password, so I had to create a new account to contact support. Once I was able to access the Support Email, I explained my situation and requested that they reopen my account.

I am experiencing issues with the warranty, battery, and network on my ModePhone MP1 purchased in October [redacted]. Over a year ago, I requested for a post containing personal details to be removed, but it's still up. The issue was never resolved by your company, and posts with my name (Keegan Exner) and Mathew Driscoll keep appearing. Please, take down the post related to the Jetstar refund as no action was taken from your end. Whenever I search my name on Google, the post keeps resurfacing.

I have previously reached out to Amazon regarding delivery issues at *** Harlem in Glenview, IL. The townhouse is located at the end of a driveway shared with *** harlem at *** harlem. Unfortunately, delivery drivers are experiencing difficulties navigating the area due to the narrow space and overhanging balconies. The trucks are too tall, and turning around is causing damage to the balconies. I have witnessed multiple instances of this happening.
