I recently made a purchase on Flipkart where I ordered a phone and paid for it in advance. However, upon receiving the delivery, I found a basic keypad phone inside the box instead of the phone I had ordered. I immediately contacted Flipkart and provided them with all the necessary evidence for the issue. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the matter, they blocked my account citing excessive returns, even though I only had two orders that day. I want Flipkart to understand that I trusted them with my purchase and expected their full support in this situation. I even have a video recording of the unboxing if needed. It is disheartening that my account has been blocked, causing inconvenience as I had saved up for this purchase, which was intended for my family. I hope this matter is addressed properly and not ignored.

Hi, this is Rajesh. My Flipkart number is [redacted]. I recently discovered that my account has been blocked, which came as a shock since I've been a loyal customer of Flipkart for a long time. The reason for placing multiple orders was to avail of the EMI facility. Despite canceling some orders to include them in the EMI, I reordered them within minutes. I'm perplexed by this action taken by Flipkart and it has left me extremely disappointed. I'm keen to understand the steps required to reinstate my account.

On 10/10/[redacted], which was yesterday, I received a courier from Flipkart that I paid Rs500 for. I haven't ordered anything from Flipkart in the last 3 years due to a bad experience with a mixie purchase that didn't work and wasn't resolved despite multiple complaints. I thought the courier was from Meesho, where I placed 3 orders. To my surprise, upon opening it, I found 2 very old, torn, and dirty kurtis that are unusable. I feel cheated. The invoice mentioned a set of 3 kurtis ordered on 10/05/[redacted]. I will share photos on social media and consider taking this matter to consumer court if not resolved promptly. Thank you.

I have not received any call regarding the pickup and I am frustrated. I contacted your customer service, Abhishek, who was unhelpful. He mentioned my request was canceled by logistics without providing a reason. When I pressed for more information, he put me on hold and disconnected the call. This experience has been disappointing. I expect a refund promptly. Your customer service team needs to act efficiently. I demand a refund, retrieval of your product, and a prompt refund of my money.

I recently purchased a water purifier from the company AQUA FRESH. During installation, the technician failed to notice that the motor was missing, causing drainage issues. Despite my complaints, the technician was unresponsive. When I requested a replacement, the delivery person refused to uninstall the faulty machine. This situation was exacerbated by the rude behavior of the delivery person. I contacted Customer Care through the help center, and while several executives reached out to me, my issue remains unresolved. I have a recorded conversation detailing all these problems. I am incredibly dissatisfied with this service and request a prompt refund for the product.

I placed an order on September 26th through the Flipkart app, Order Number OD[redacted][redacted]0. The payment was made in advance. Unfortunately, the delivery by ekart logistics was wrong. The delivery was attempted at a different mobile number and address not registered on my Flipkart app. Despite contacting Flipkart customer helpline and being given a seven-day timeframe for resolution, the issue remains unresolved. I am now considering filing a case against Flipkart in the consumer court. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for the past four years, and I do not want their reputation to be tarnished by this fraudulent incident. I ordered an iPhone 12 in black with 64GB from Flipkart on October 3, [redacted]. I made a full payment of Rs. 48,[redacted]. The order left Ludhiana facility on October 4, went back to Farukhnagar on October 5, and has been stuck there for the last 12 days. I've contacted Flipkart customer care numerous times, but all they provide are new dates for resolution - October 7, 11, 14, 16, and now October 21. I'm frustrated with their responses and just want my phone delivered to my address as soon as possible. I ordered an iPhone 12 on October 2nd, and it was delivered on October 4th with an open box. Upon inspection with the delivery person present, I found a scratch on the display after removing the protective film. Despite contacting Flipkart's customer care and visiting Apple service center, I was unable to get a replacement. As a loyal customer of Flipkart, I have encountered difficulties with getting a resolution for this issue. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem, I have not received adequate assistance from customer service. On October 9th, a delivery person came to replace the order, but the replacement was denied, and the order was automatically canceled. I am disappointed in the lack of support from the customer care department and the unresolved issue with my damaged product.

Hello, I am Rajesh Nayak. I ordered a mobile with order number [redacted] on the 9th of this month. The expected delivery was on the 16th of this month, which failed due to reasons from your end. What was disappointing is that no one reached out to notify me via SMS or email about the delay. When I tried calling your toll-free number, I could only navigate through the IVRS system, and my issue remained unsolved by the end of the 16th day. Eventually, your team informed me that my order would be delivered on the 18th of this month, yet I have not received any updates or my product thus far. During my chat with your team, they promised to have an agent contact me promptly, but I never received any call. I am requesting urgent clarification on this matter; otherwise, I will have to escalate this to the consumer forum against your company.

I recently purchased an iPhone 12 mini from Flipkart, but after a few days, I noticed pink and white vertical lines on the display. I contacted Flipkart for a replacement, but I have received no proper customer support. Despite my repeated requests and providing all necessary details, the issue remains unresolved. Hello, I downloaded the "Shopsy" app on August 10, [redacted], from the Google Play store and signed up for a new account. I noticed an offer on the landing page for new customers like me, which promised an extra Rs [redacted] margin on the first order. Consequently, I placed an order for the "Asus VivoBook 15 Core i3 7th Gen" laptop with the Order ID - OD[redacted][redacted]0. However, the Rs [redacted] Welcome Offer and the Rs [redacted] margin as advertised were not added to my "Earnings Tab" on the app after more than 72 hours. I attempted to contact Shopsy's customer care at [redacted]8 / [redacted] / [redacted] but failed to connect despite multiple attempts from different phones. I also emailed my concerns to [redacted], but I have not received a response. Furthermore, my calls to Flipkart's customer care were automatically disconnected each time I tried to explain the issue. This unsatisfactory service reflects poorly on Flipkart, and as a subsidiary, Shopsy should strive to uphold customer satisfaction. I recently purchased a realme 8s, which was delivered on October 6th while I was out of town. I returned home on the 10th and discovered the screen was blurry with some dust on the camera, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, my refund was denied due to the technician finding water damage on the phone. After contacting Flipkart, they agreed to an exchange. On October 15th, Flipkart informed me that a technician would visit on the 19th to resolve the issue. Despite similar findings by the technician, my exchange was rejected again. The representative assured me the problem was fixed. However, on the 19th at 2 pm, I received a message saying the technician visit was canceled, and my exchange policy was still in place. A Flipkart executive promised to resolve my problem within 24 hours. I implore you to exchange my phone or refund the money without another technician visit as I am facing difficulties without a working phone. Please solve the issue promptly.

Hello Flipkart Team, On October 4th, [redacted], I ordered a Rylen Men Solid Straight Kurta XXL Blue through the Flipkart app. However, I received an XL Blue instead of the XXL I ordered. After the delivery person picked up the wrong size, the seller was unable to fulfill the XXL Blue and canceled the transaction. The invoice attached to this message shows the various products I ordered on the same day, including the Rylen Men Solid Straight Kurta XXL Blue. I paid Rs. [redacted]/- for the kurta after a Rs. 46/- discount. Despite the seller canceling the order, I only received a refund of Rs. 41/- instead of the full amount. The discrepancy lies in the deduction of the ICICI instant discount, which I believe should not affect the refund amount. I have spoken with customer care representatives who insist that the Rs. 41/- refund is correct. However, I find this unfair compared to my experience with another canceled order where I was fully refunded. I am requesting either the correct size of the kurta or a refund of Rs. [redacted]/- to be credited back to my Flipkart account promptly. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to avoid further escalation.

I ordered a Preethi mixer for Rs. [redacted] on October 3rd and later cancelled it. Despite being told that my refund would be processed by October 14th, I have yet to receive it. When contacting customer service, they were unhelpful and kept me on hold for over 10 minutes only to disconnect the call. I have provided all the necessary documents and proofs but still haven't received my refund. The customer service team kept changing the refund dates to October 23rd, 28th, and now November 1st.
