I have had my Facebook account for 5 years. Recently, I got a new phone, and when I transferred my Facebook account, I lost all my pictures and my page with [redacted] friends. My phone number used to be [redacted], but Verizon assigned me a new number, [redacted]. My friends are very supportive. I used to have an old email [redacted], but now I have a new email, [redacted] I will keep my old phone number, [redacted], and discontinue using the new one. When I tried to log in to Facebook, they asked me to take a picture of my driver's license, which seemed fishy to both me and my friends. Thank you.

I have been unable to access my account for over six months. I have sent multiple requests explaining that I cannot log in due to a change in my email address to [redacted] and my new phone number [redacted]. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old email address or phone number. Please, can someone assist me urgently? I work in dog rescue, and dogs are in need of help on my page. I have tried contacting FB numerous times without any response. This situation is frustrating as it hinders me from fulfilling my job. I am hesitant to pay for technical support but am willing to verify my identity by providing a picture of my ID, similar to what my girlfriend did to regain access to her account.

I got logged out of my Facebook account last Sunday. I had just changed my password last Friday, and when I tried to enter it, it said it was incorrect. I attempted to reset the password, but as my email had been hacked, I couldn't access it. Texting the reset code wasn't an option for some reason. After submitting my ID, Facebook responded that it seemed to be resolved, but I still can't log in. Even on my personal computer, it indicated the password was changed on Sunday. I'm seeking assistance to access my account, either through text messaging or the current email I provided. Despite sending multiple emails to Facebook after they claimed it was resolved, I haven't received any response.

I recently purchased a new phone and am facing an issue accessing one of my two Instagram accounts. I have the correct username and password, but the verification code is being sent to an old email address I can no longer access, [redacted] I need to update it to [redacted] The account was created on an iPhone under the username amy_derm_np, which remains the same. I use Facebook on my mobile device daily, so I never need to enter my password. Now that my phone's unavailable, I want to log in on my computer. My password was incorrect, so I chose the "forgot password" option. I don't have an email, only a phone number. When I tried "forgot account" with my phone number, it asked for the password which I don't recall. There's no option to change my password with a phone number. My Facebook username is a combination of my first and boyfriend's last name, not my official name, making ID verification tricky. Even when logged in on my phone, I can't change my password because it asks for the current one. Please help me reset my password or access my account.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker changed my password and email. Facebook assisted me in recovering my email and resetting my password, assuring me that the hacker was removed. Now, Facebook is requesting a verification code either through SMS or an authentication app, yet I am not receiving the SMS code, and I can't enable the code generator as I can't log in. Despite sending multiple requests for help, I have not received any response from them.

I've been struggling for over 6 months to access my Facebook account due to changes in my phone number and email address. This is preventing me from connecting with friends, family, and carrying out my important work rescuing dogs from high-kill shelters. I volunteer for the Wounded Warrior Project, training dogs to help soldiers with PTSD. It's disheartening to think that my inability to access my account is affecting the lives of both soldiers and dogs in need. By not being able to connect, I fear that I am not able to provide the necessary support that could potentially save lives. It's frustrating that access to my account seems to be the barrier in continuing my vital work.

I recently reported a suspicious friend request from someone claiming to be an old friend who passed away five years ago. To my surprise, my account got locked. Even after following all the required steps to regain access, like changing my password and submitting my driver's license, I'm still unable to log in to my Facebook profile. I recently spent £[redacted] on two short videos from Shutterstock. I created two polls: one about Brexit on October 31st and the other about the [redacted] election. Despite putting effort into creating high-quality polls, they haven't received any votes after an hour. I'm concerned that Facebook might be shadow banning me as I expected more engagement. It's frustrating since these polls should be getting more attention as they are public, not just among my friends. I also have a migraine, adding to my stress. I'm unsure why there's such limited response.

Hello, I was just practicing creating a campaign when I accidentally clicked on "Publish" at the ads level. Now, I'm unable to delete the campaign. As a complete beginner, I would appreciate some help with this issue. When I try to delete the campaign, it says, "The ad account has a balance that needs to be paid before you take this action" and asks me to verify my billing information. However, when I check the billing section, it shows that I have no bills during this time. I'm about to launch my website, and this is delaying my plans. Thank you for your assistance.

My account has been restricted three times in the past week due to unusual activity. Last night, it was supposed to be fully restored at 11:56 pm, but it still says "today at 11:56 pm." I haven't posted or done anything out of the ordinary, so I'm worried that someone may be trying to harm my account. My name is Jason Barnett. I established a Facebook page a year ago called Bobby Joe Rogers in memory of a dear friend to share insightful stories about his life that even his family wasn’t aware of, aiding them in their grieving journey. I am grateful for the opportunity Facebook provided to shed light on this exceptional man, a notable cattle breeder, and a person many never had the chance to truly know. However, I have some significant concerns. I receive frequent emails from Facebook, often bi-weekly, regarding an individual named Ryan who has hacked my account. I find it puzzling that they don’t reach out to me, the creator of the page, with updates. It seems basic that one email address can't be linked to two people, but evidently, this issue persists. The problem extends to other platforms like Netflix, Chase Financial Services, DirecTV, Visa, Mastercard, Wells Fargo, and various social media sites, where my identity has been compromised. In addition, I am unable to access my messages on Facebook Messenger due to a notification claiming my account is outdated. Despite this, Facebook hasn't addressed the hacking concerns adequately. This is at least the second or even third instance since I joined Facebook where breaches have occurred. The security measures and customer support at Facebook seem subpar. While I intend to complete my Facebook page’s purpose, I do not foresee returning or creating a personal page in the future. Users entrust Facebook to maintain their privacy while utilizing the platform to connect with friends, yet this trust has been fractured multiple times. It is imperative for Facebook to enhance its services, rectify these issues, and heighten vigilance against hacking and unauthorized account use. Jason Barnett

I suspect some fake accounts following me may have maliciously reported my account, impacting my work and income opportunities. Despite my efforts to block them, the situation persists, harming my established 80k followers and exposing me to online harassment. While I can't pinpoint the culprit, I have lodged a formal complaint, verifying my identity with a submitted photo. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any response, leaving me concerned.
