Hello. I am writing to seek assistance regarding a past incident involving unauthorized payments made on my father's credit card through Facebook games when I was 10 years old. I am interested in finding out the amount of money that was spent during this time and inquiring if any reimbursement is possible for the expenses incurred. The account in question is registered under the name "New Account" with the email [redacted] I kindly request your help with clarifying these details before seeking further legal advice. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Sixten Dimert

My Facebook account was hacked or disabled for unknown reasons, as it stated that I was ineligible. I have had this account for two years, and the issue arose when a mother and daughter were unhappy with me. I received a call from one of them accusing me of sending harmful messages, which I know is untrue. Shortly after, my account was disabled by an Android phone using Safari, even though I do not own an iPhone. Since then, my account has remained disabled. I have reported that I did not disable my account and appealed, but I have not received any response yet.

Hello, My name is Sankha Saha, and my Facebook account has been hacked. My username is Sankha Saha, and my email used to be [redacted] The phone number associated with the account was +[redacted]75, but I no longer use this number. My current mobile number is +[redacted]66. When I attempt to recover my account, I noticed that the email and phone number have been changed. The hacker replaced my information with a mobile number belonging to my friend, +[redacted]9, listed as my old mobile number and a different email address as secondary. It seems someone has unauthorized access to my account. I have important personal information on my Facebook profile and request that you address this issue promptly. To secure my account, I ask that any user who tries to access it without proper verification, like an OTP on my current mobile number +[redacted]66, be prevented from doing so. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Thank you for your support.

Five days ago, my Facebook account got disabled unexpectedly with a message stating that I am ineligible to use the platform. I reached out to Facebook support, receiving a response that they would follow up if needed. However, it has been four days with no further communication, and the case was marked as "closed." I reopened the case myself, adding my contact information and Aadhaar identity proof in three additional replies. The case now shows as open, but I am still awaiting assistance. Thank you for your help.

I have been trying to submit my ID to Facebook Fundraiser multiple times, but it keeps asking for it without providing a reason for rejection. I suspect it may be due to needing to update my name to match my legal name instead of the name I use with my friends. I am willing to change it once the 60-day policy allows me to do so, which will be in 2 days. I have been attempting to reach out to Facebook Fundraiser for a week without success, and now I have been informed that donations are being refunded. The family in need relies on these funds. Thank you for your assistance. If you need more information or guidance, please call [redacted]. - Lisa F.

I received an email from Facebook through my Gmail asking me to enhance the security of my account by providing my ID. Unfortunately, I did this unintentionally, and now my account is locked until I submit my ID. The issue is that I only use my nickname on Facebook, which is why Facebook rejected my ID. My Facebook name is Halak Joud. The email address I used to register on Facebook is [redacted], and the phone number I used is [redacted]. I have all the necessary evidence to prove that I am the rightful owner of the account. However, I am unable to use any of this information to regain access to my account. Please assist me in retrieving my account. Kindly reply to my messages when you get a chance.

I will continue to address FB's unethical actions. I might contact the media and pursue legal action against the hidden bullying. Once again, the one-month ban without reason only fuels my determination to uphold free speech values. The lack of transparency in banning, possibly with monitoring, seems like blacklisting. Empowering individuals to ban based on unclear criteria is absurd. Clarify my ban, and then I will decide next steps. It's frustrating not being able to send messages. I've saved my response, which I'll share with numerous newspaper editors. Mark Gluckerberg, your behavior is deceitful. Acknowledging your previous actions and the ongoing bans without explanation is a violation of free speech principles.

I would like to cancel my Facebook account as I no longer use it. Some negative comments on the platform have made me uncomfortable. Initially, Facebook was great for connecting people, but now it lacks proper filtering. Content can go viral worldwide without control. This is why I have decided to cancel my subscription. If needed, you can reach me at [redacted] Thank you.

A friend's account has been compromised, and despite attempts to recover it, the hackers have changed all the recovery emails. Unfortunately, reporting the issue seems disabled. Even attempting to unfriend, unfollow, or remove the friend from groups, where I am an admin, is not possible. The hackers have been sending phishing messages to everyone in his contacts. The situation is concerning as his bank details and contacts are linked to the account. All avenues in the support and help center have been exhausted, including a phone call that cost £6, but didn't lead to speaking with anyone. The hackers appear to be quite sophisticated.

I have experienced some emotional distress due to negative comments on Facebook. I believe it's important to take online comments with a grain of salt since they can be hurtful and misleading. I feel that implementing a filter could prevent such situations from arising. As a result, I have decided to cancel my Facebook account to avoid further discomfort. I am feeling upset and this has affected my sleep. While I cannot remove the pictures of myself from the internet, I hope my feedback will help prevent similar issues for others. Thank you and have a pleasant day. Contact me at my email [redacted] or reach me at [redacted].

I wanted to address a concerning situation involving messages supposedly sent by a person named Chris Dodds to another individual, Laura Gibbon. Laura is claiming that I am the one who sent those messages, which are described as vile. However, when asked, she refuses to show the messages to anyone. I believe it is important to investigate this matter further, as Laura's accusations are unfounded and I have the right to see the messages in question, according to the advice I received from the police. I initially contacted Facebook via email regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I lost the email with their response. I hope that Facebook can assist in resolving this matter and shed light on the content of these messages.

I recently got disabled by Facebook for 72 hours claiming I posted an inappropriate video, but I have been a user since [redacted] and do not recall posting offensive content. I wish they would have informed me which post led to the suspension as I am unsure what content violated their policies. I hope for a fair review and clarity on the offensive post that caused the suspension.

I am no longer able to access my Facebook account, which I share with my husband. Despite trying various methods to log back in, including using password reset codes and identity verification, I have been unsuccessful. Every time I attempt to verify my identity and proceed to the next screen, I receive an error message stating that my identity cannot be verified at this time. This situation is preventing me from accessing any content or logging back into my account.

My account was compromised as somebody gained access and made unauthorized purchases on my Facebook page, totaling $85. I've taken immediate action by blocking my card and contacting Paypal to dispute the charges. I urge Facebook to assist me in reversing these unauthorized transactions. Soon after removing Paypal as my payment method, the perpetrator linked a different Visa credit card based in the USA to my account and manually cleared the remaining balance. This poses a serious privacy concern not just for me but also for the unwitting cardholder. The card was charged $50 under my Facebook account without authorization.

Dear Facebook Management, I kindly request a review of my account closure due to a violation of community standards caused by someone accessing my account without permission. This account is crucial for me to stay in touch with my family who now reside in Europe. Regrettably, this is the only means of contact I have with them. Your assistance in reactivating my account would be greatly appreciated. I have familiarized myself with Facebook policies and commit to adhering to them in the future. The account holds essential business data that I need to retrieve. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. Account: Saer Asleem Email: [redacted]

Hello, I have sent multiple emails regarding my ongoing issue, but it still has not been resolved. Every time I attempt to log in, I am greeted with a message stating that my account has been disabled. Despite providing my real face picture, government-issued ID card, and a screenshot of the message, my account remains disabled, leaving me unable to access it. Although I have been informed that the issue has been resolved, my account is still inaccessible. If this problem persists, I will need to create a new account as it has been a week without a resolution, and I require access to reach out to my friends and family. I kindly request a prompt review of my emails to address this matter promptly. Thank you, Prince

I recently re-registered for a new account after deleting my old one. However, I used a shortened version of my last name, which is the nickname I commonly go by. Facebook might have disabled my account suspecting impersonation because of this. I sent in my ID for verification in an appeal, but I have not received an email response yet. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter so that my account can be reactivated. Thank you, Damian P.

I have reached out multiple times via email, but unfortunately, my issue has not been resolved. Upon attempting to log in, a message appears indicating that my account has been disabled. I provided a photo of myself holding my government-issued ID card as well as a screenshot of the error message. Despite your email responses claiming the issue is resolved, my account remains disabled. I kindly ask for a thorough review of my email to address this matter promptly. Thank you, P.

In September, I got a new phone and had trouble logging back into Facebook due to my outdated email and forgotten password. Despite multiple emails to Facebook support with no response, three months later, I was able to log in without any password resets or codes. However, I still cannot change my password as no code is sent to my phone for verification. Recently, my phone was reset, requiring me to login again, but the same issue persists. My email linked to the account is inactive, preventing me from receiving any reset codes via email. I've exhausted all troubleshooting options provided by Facebook to no avail. I briefly considered creating a new account but prefer to regain access to my original account created in [redacted] with my daughters in the profile picture. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Celeta W.
