This morning, someone from Weston-Super-Mare or similar hacked my Facebook account. Facebook informed me that someone had logged in, and when I clicked "not me," the person started changing my password. Unfortunately, during this time, someone posted a photo of child abuse, and my account got disabled. I appreciate that Facebook acted quickly to block the content, but I am concerned about losing my account, which I've had since [redacted]. It contains a lot of photos of my daughter growing up. I have managed to check my password by verifying my email/phone number. I also sent my photo ID for verification, just as the hacker did something inappropriate on my account. I have tried contacting Facebook's disabled email and support, but they mentioned they are unable to respond due to COVID-19. Additionally, since my account is disabled, I cannot engage in a live chat with them. Please assist me in recovering my account. Thank you.

I am the owner of the a cappella group "vocaldente" based in Germany. We, a group of five, also maintain a Facebook page since [redacted] to connect with fans and fellow musicians. On November 1st, I noticed I couldn't log into our Facebook account as usual. After following the "password reset" process, I found a Facebook page named "vocaldente," which isn't ours, marked as a grey account to be deactivated soon. Our actual page is titled "vocaldente - a cappella art." You can verify this by comparing it with our website vocaldente.com (we also own the .org domain). When I used my personal Facebook account to check the situation, I saw a message stating someone had revoked my administrator rights. I declined this change, but nothing happened. The name associated with this action seemed Asian, but I couldn't remember it as everything unfolded quickly. The email address linked to our page, [redacted], is no longer connected to it, causing confusion for Facebook. I sent a report with screenshots to various Facebook support contacts but received no response. While I can demonstrate my ownership of the trademark vocaldente and control over vocaldente.com, with pictures on our Facebook page, I need assistance from a human to resolve this issue. I manage 35 Facebook groups through my personal account, which was recently hacked or there was an attempted hack. Despite having 2-factor authentication in place, Facebook disabled my account. I have tried everything to recover it, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from Facebook. This situation is impacting my business negatively. I have also attempted to use my iPad to access the account without success. It's frustrating that despite Facebook claiming to care about the community, there is a lack of real support available. I manage 35 Facebook groups using my personal account with 2-factor authentication enabled. Facebook disabled my account due to security concerns about a potential hack. While I appreciate their dedication to security, I am frustrated with the recovery process. I have attempted all suggested methods without success. The only communication I received from Facebook was an email from a non-reply address, where I confirmed that the suspicious activity was not mine.

While watching a live auction on Facebook, I was unexpectedly logged out and prompted to create a new password. Upon logging back in, I encountered issues with Facebook's community standards for excessive thanking. Subsequently, I attempted to play The Household game by Crazy Panda, only to find my game progress missing. Despite my efforts, I couldn't retrieve the data, and the game provided me with a new ID after reinstalling. Even though my Facebook account dates back to [redacted], the game data from October 1, [redacted] seems to have vanished. I reached out to Crazy Panda and Play the Household for assistance, but have yet to receive any help. If anyone has suggestions on how to recover my lost game data and restore my progress and friend connections, I would greatly appreciate the guidance.

Good morning, On November 8th, around 11:20 PM, my private profile Davide Campagnano was hacked. Within 30 minutes, Facebook promptly disabled the profile. Additionally, my connected Instagram account was also deactivated. While my profile is private, I manage a business page under Davide Campagnano and my Instagram profile is also business-related. I have several advertising campaigns running. I have submitted my ID as requested but have not received a response yet. Our business's Facebook account has been disabled due to a post deemed inappropriate, but we suspect it was hacked by a Chinese company using it for fraudulent advertising with stolen credit cards. We stopped a transaction attempted using one of our company cards. Facebook requests ID verification, but since the account was created over 9 years ago, the details belong to the company, not an individual, causing the submitted IDs to be rejected. We've reached out to various Facebook emails for support but have not received any response in over a week. We need to solve the ID issue to unlock our account within the 30-day limit to avoid losing it, which is crucial for our business.

I recently changed my Facebook password to a strong one generated by the Facebook server system. Unfortunately, I am unable to recall the password or the email address associated with my account from years ago. While my mobile number is linked to my account, I am not receiving the Facebook reset code on it, only in my unknown email address. I suspect there might be a technical glitch as I am in Dubai with an Indian mobile number linked. I have attempted various recovery methods provided by Facebook to no avail. My husband's account was hacked on October 1, [redacted]. Tom Twitchell, a Facebook member since [redacted] who passed away on Feb. 26 at 4:15 am, had his account compromised. The recovery and memorialization process was initiated by our daughter, Kelly Twitchell, using the email [redacted] to sign in through his Google account, Tom.Twitchell.9. Despite successfully uploading the death certificate to memorialize the account, the private settings remain unresolved. We are grateful for the efforts made so far to address the intrusion and would appreciate the restoration of his entire account, including the messenger account. The incident has been distressing, and we hope for a swift resolution to put this behind us. Thank you for the assistance provided thus far.

Hello, I operate a shop called Venchi Crepe with pages on Instagram and Facebook, both managed through this email address. Recently, Facebook requested my ID to confirm my identity and age, which I've submitted multiple times without success. As a result, my Instagram page has been suspended. My account got blocked without any warning, and I suspect it's related to a previous hacking incident on my Instagram.
