I placed a new order online on 12-2. I prefer speaking with a person for corrections and changes instead of using the automated system. The automated system provided incorrect information previously, stating items were unavailable without a chance to reorder. The new order contains the correct items not marked as unavailable. I'd like to proceed with this order. It is a gift sent to a different address, not mine. The recipient details are as follows: Mrs. Chad Clark, [redacted] South 6th St, Springfield, IL [redacted]. I have made numerous successful orders with this company before. The agent who took my previous order seemed confused and didn't input the correct mailing address promptly.

I purchased 2 sets of Plaid Flannel Tunic and leggings but was charged $29.99 for each set instead of the advertised $24.99 when ordering 2 sets or more. I request a $10 refund for the overcharge. Additionally, I received red house slippers instead of the black clogs I ordered (#[redacted]-78-[redacted]). I will keep the slippers due to slow delivery times during this season but still desire the black clogs. I believe the price difference for the tunic sets can cover the missing black clogs. Although this is the first mistake, I understand how busy the support team is during the holidays. Thank you, Carol Godsey.

On November 1st, [redacted], I placed an order for Gummies 50 count priced at $34.99 and 2 packages of Cool Turtle masks at $4.99 each. The total came to $54.04, which was debited from my account. To my dismay, on November 22, [redacted], another charge of $54.04 appeared, causing an overdraft in my Chase checking account. Chase is aware of this issue as I have reported it and filed a claim. Upon contacting Collections, I was promised a refund by December 7th, [redacted], but it has not been processed. I feel deceived and frustrated by this situation. I insist on receiving the refund of $54.04 promptly. Unfortunately, unless this matter is resolved, I will refrain from making further purchases. Such double charges have not occurred in my previous orders, leading me to consider legal action if necessary.

I made my order on November 15th, and I am worried because I haven't received my items yet. My order number is [redacted]0. Despite calling on November 30th and being promised that my order would be sent, my items are still missing. I am extremely disappointed and concerned, especially since some of the items were decorations and most were Christmas gifts. I placed my order before Thanksgiving to ensure enough time for delivery. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may have to reconsider future orders. While I enjoy your products, I also shop at Miles Kimball. I hope that my items have indeed been shipped as indicated.

I made my first purchase with CollectionsEtc on December 9, [redacted]. While trying to place the order, I encountered an issue with my credit card and was redirected to a Customer Service Agent. After explaining the situation, I was informed that I had to process the order over the phone and was provided with a confirmation number for tracking purposes. To my surprise and disappointment, I received two different confirmation numbers via email for both the online order I attempted and the phone order that was completed. Upon contacting Customer Service about this discrepancy, I was informed that both orders were being shipped, and I would need to return one of them. Despite being assured that only the phone order would go through, both were processed. This experience has led me to decide not to purchase from CollectionsETC again and to discourage others from doing so. I expressed my concerns to Customer Service and requested the corporate office's address and the contact person, but was told they couldn't provide that information. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am disappointed that I was disconnected from Customer Service calls twice.

I have reached out to Customer Service multiple times. Unfortunately, my interactions have been unsatisfactory as the representatives were rude and even disconnected the call on me three times. Despite their assurance, the initial online order could not be canceled and I was instructed to call in, resulting in two orders being processed for the same item. I only need one massage pad, but now have two. I spoke with Leah on 12/18 who mentioned I would receive a return shipping label, but as of now, I have yet to receive it. Their lack of follow-through and misleading information has led me to reconsider my future dealings with CollectionsEtc. I am eagerly awaiting their response and the return label. In March, I returned an item using the provided labels but have yet to receive my $36.94 refund. Despite multiple calls, I was given various promises of when it would be refunded, with each deadline passing without the money appearing. I even obtained proof from the post office that the item was returned. Despite reassurances from customer service that the refund is on its way, my credit card statement shows nothing. I feel frustrated by the runaround and lack of transparency from the company. It has been a lengthy process, starting in March and now into August, causing stress for my fixed income budget. I hope to receive the refund promptly or will escalate my concerns through social media and potentially the Better Business Bureau if not resolved by August 10th.

I recently received an email confirming delivery of my order, number [redacted]6, but it was not delivered to my address. Despite an email stating it was delivered on Feb 23, I can confirm it did not reach me at [redacted] Coffey Hill RD, Nashville, IN [redacted]. The order has been paid for and considering it's March 14, [redacted], I am disappointed by this error. I have had successful transactions with Collections etc in the past, and this mishap is quite frustrating. I am eager to receive my order and request immediate assistance to resolve this issue. I purchased garage magnets for $19.99, order number [redacted]0, customer number [redacted]7. Only received part of my order, missing one large magnet enclosed in sealed packaging. Despite free shipping, the return policy seems costly. I am a loyal customer with past orders, though recent purchases have had issues. I request a replacement set of magnets at no extra charge to maintain customer satisfaction.
