I have been attempting to withdraw funds from Coinbase since New Year's Day. Due to my frustration with the process, I tried to transfer the money to another email I own, which created further complications by requiring me to open a new Coinbase account. Despite transferring bitcoin, it was converted to USD, causing me to miss out on the increased value of bitcoin. After numerous emails, I received a response instructing me to complete the second account setup and transfer the funds back to the initial account to access my money. However, when I try to open the second account, I am informed that an account already exists with the email. Resetting the password has not resolved the issue. I am seeking urgent assistance after struggling for 3.5 months. My primary account is linked to [redacted], and the problematic email is [redacted] Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I have made a withdrawal that never reached my US bank account. I am seeking a valid contact email for Coinbase support as the previous communication channels seem inactive. I have not received the funds from my sell of $[redacted].00 USD of BTC to my IS Bank account despite several attempts to resolve the issue with Coinbase. Name on my Coinbase account: Phlecia Jones Coinbase linked to my USAA account Thank you for your assistance. Warm regards, Phlecia Jones

I recently bought $[redacted] worth of ALGO tokens from Tech Royalty company Algorand to test it out. Algorand has a reward pool for participants distributed over five years. Transactions fees are accumulated and given to ALGO holders without needing to run a node, just by holding ALGO in a non-custodial wallet. The process is simple: purchase ALGO tokens, create an Algorand wallet, and deposit the tokens. I received confirmation that ALGO is tradable on Coinbase and got my first reward from Coinbase. I added $[redacted] following the same process. I wonder how I got an ALGO wallet without creating it, if it's non-custodial, and what exactly that means.

I am unable to access the email address linked to my account due to leaving my previous job. I have also changed my phone number since moving to Georgia. The old phone number associated with the account was [redacted]. The instructions provided in the past are not helpful under these circumstances. I can verify my bank account that is connected to my Coinbase account as I have conducted transactions with it. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account for trading purposes. If necessary, I can provide verification for the bank account linked to my Coinbase account. Kindly assist me in recovering my account so I can resume trading.

I am frustrated that my previous case was closed without my account being opened by 04/17/[redacted]. It is difficult for me to understand why this happened. I provided all the necessary verification requested to reopen my account, yet it remains restricted and disabled. This situation has been ongoing for more than 6 months, and it is incredibly frustrating that I am unable to access my funds. Please reopen my account promptly so I can withdraw my money, especially since the cryptocurrency XRP is no longer tradable on the platform. I urgently need a resolution to this issue. Case number: [redacted]8.

Dear Sir or Madam, We received a call last week from Coinbase stating that DC Market had authorized a withdrawal of 52,[redacted] EUR to be sent to us. They requested a transfer of [redacted] EUR to our Coinbase account to cover the fees. Unfortunately, we were unable to raise the funds within the 3-day timeline, resulting in the money being returned to DC Market. DC Market granted us an extension until Friday to gather the funds and transfer them to you, which we successfully did. According to Mr. Larrson, the money has been returned to you. Today, as instructed, the entire cash balance was converted to Bitcoin along with Etherum and sent to the following address: 1B7Cun4rqeof4v2HA8Xf5hjSdVGXReKB4Z (Please also see the account). It was assured that this would allow for the funds to be disbursed. However, we have not received any communication regarding when the withdrawal will take place. If this is not the correct procedure and the money is lost, it seems that a member of your staff and DC Market misled us. We are expecting the return of the withdrawal from our Coinbase account. Best regards, Rita and Franz H.

As a service-connected disabled military veteran and retiree, I have faced significant challenges due to my health. Despite ongoing physical therapy at the VA twice a week, COVID-19 closures have slowed my progress. I tried to renew my driver's license, but my medical condition prevented it. I provided various forms of identification, including expired state ID, two military IDs, VA ID, and retirement ID, to verify my identity on the site. I seek assistance to complete this process.

I've been trying to verify my account for five days now and it's becoming frustrating. I've spent hours providing the necessary information, but it still says it can't verify my identity. I've invested a lot of money to proceed, and now Coinbase has halted my progress. I'm unsure of what steps to take next. Can someone please assist me with this issue? - Patricia A. Email: [redacted]

I am currently unable to purchase or sell currency or add a payment method due to account restrictions. I recently added my debit card as a payment method and wish to withdraw my balance of $[redacted].88. To complete the verification process, I need to confirm two small transactions sent to my bank. However, after clicking on the verify button, these transactions do not appear on my bank statement. I have contacted my bank, but they have not observed any pending transactions. Despite logging out and back in, the issue persists.

On April 13th, [redacted], I encountered an issue accessing my Coinbase account. Despite submitting four support tickets, I have faced a frustrating cycle of new problems emerging after each ticket submission. I am puzzled by the unsuccessful account recovery and the unclear involvement of a security specialist. I have been a loyal customer since [redacted] without any prior issues until the day before their IPO. Despite following all directives to regain access to my account and funds, I have been met with unhelpful responses. I possess screenshots of my account balance from before the disruption. Concerned about possible compromises to the platform, I have noticed similar complaints from other users. The case numbers related to my support tickets are [redacted]8, [redacted]6, [redacted]6, and [redacted]1.

My account has been disabled for buying and selling cryptocurrency, and they want me to do identity verification. They keep asking for verification repeatedly, even after I responded to the first 11-12 requests. I opened a previous ticket, Case #[redacted]5, but I haven't had a helpful response in over two weeks. Here is the last reply I got on April 15: Hello Douglas, We are consolidating your cases, and an account specialist is reviewing your issue, which may take 4-5 business days. Please direct all future questions about this matter to this email thread for better support. Thank you, Coinbase Support Since then, I've only received more verification requests daily and haven't had any further response despite sending follow-up messages. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I have been waiting for a response for 7 days without any luck. They claim they do not support beep20 but in fact, they do. I am requesting my wallet ID's secret key, which I am entitled to, and if they are unable to provide it, I request they decline the transaction so the funds can be returned. I have reminded them in my previous email that if I do not receive a timely resolution, I will involve my attorney. The secret key belongs to the owner of the wallet ID as per the law, and I will not hesitate to take legal action. I will wait only 24 more hours for a response, or else I will involve my lawyer and take public action regarding their mishandling of users' funds. The wrongly sent ETH is visible in my wallet but not accepted due to the format issue, which could be quickly resolved by providing the secret key or declining the transaction. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the lack of response and support after 6-7 days is unacceptable. I express my disappointment with the service provided by Coinbase and urge them to either provide me with the secret key or decline the transaction. My wallet ID is: 0xbc[redacted]BdA8aF996A088d9b1AedE[redacted]dd4. Please contact me for further assistance.

I am disappointed with Coinbase for not having live chat or phone support. Waiting 7 days for a simple answer is frustrating. I expect better service from such a big company. I need my secret key for my wallet ID, and it is crucial for me to access my property. Coinbase accepts Beep20 coins in the account but doesn't allow me to withdraw them. This situation has left my money in limbo on the chain, and I need Coinbase to address this promptly. If I don't receive a resolution soon, I will consider taking legal action and sharing my experience publicly.

I am Mr. Francisco Javier Martinez Moreno, a Mexican national. I opened my Coinbase account in [redacted] while living in Texas, USA. Since relocating to Canada in [redacted], I have encountered difficulties accessing my account due to no longer having the registered phone number for verification. Despite multiple attempts to contact support and update my phone number with valid identification, I have not received any response for several months. I currently reside in Canada and have funds in my wallet that I am unable to access. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue.

On 5/26/21, I deposited a $[redacted] check into my US Bank account. They advised it would be available on 5/28/21. On 5/27/21, I purchased $[redacted] worth of ETH on Coinbase. Unfortunately, the funds were not available as expected, leading to issues with Coinbase trying to withdraw the amount. US Bank informed me that the check was not valid, although my Aspire Bank account showed sufficient funds. During this confusion, I accidentally sold the ETH and repurchased it, resulting in extra charges. Despite transferring $[redacted] from Aspire to US Bank, the timing was off, and Coinbase sold my ETH. Now I face multiple bank charges, no ETH, and restrictions on Coinbase. According to the US Bank manager, it was an unusual situation. It has been a challenging week, and sleep has been elusive.

Hello, today I was making a transaction (sending) from Coinbase to Coinbase in the Bitcoin cryptocurrency. I have two-factor authentication, but I received a message stating that for security reasons, the transfer would be delayed for 72 hours. This has happened before, and it was resolved by adding my ID document and taking a photo. This time, after doing the same process, I received a message that my account was temporarily disabled. Although I could log into the Coinbase app, I couldn't buy, receive, send, convert, or do anything. Suddenly, an error message popped up saying, "we are having issues with the connection," and now I can't even access the app. This account holds a significant amount, and I have already contacted Coinbase, but have not received a response. I would appreciate it immensely if you can assist me in getting my Coinbase account enabled promptly to resume my transactions smoothly.

Hello, I have previously shared two problems. I am unable to complete the two-step verification process due to my phone being out of service. Currently homeless without identification. Also, I sent Ether to a giveaway and did not receive anything back, not even the original amount. I may have misunderstood the rules due to being in a hurry. Despite my personal challenges, I appreciate the app's functionality. I kindly request the return of the Ether, as being homeless, I am promoting cryptocurrencies, including ETH, Dogecoin, and Coinbase through sign advertising. If feasible, I would appreciate a promo code linked to me to ensure I receive credit for the advertisements. Some individuals have mentioned that I should be compensated. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Here is the MetaMask wallet address where the ETH was sent for the giveaway: 0x[redacted]cC0a8e07Dd[redacted]4922e85D7331D.

I am new to Coinbase and had an account; however, due to cancellation issues that were not caused by me or Royal Credit Union, where I had a checking account established specifically for purchasing crypto from Coinbase, I faced cancellation fees. This led me to sell off all my holdings. My most recent crypto purchase of $[redacted] made a week ago never got posted but was placed in a holding account by Coinbase. I wish to have this amount returned to my Royal Credit Union account. You can reach me via email at [redacted] or by phone at 1-[redacted] or 1-[redacted].

I placed coin orders on Coinbase, but they were canceled due to insufficient funds in my Wells Fargo savings account, which I know is not the case. Now, Coinbase is trying to charge me over $5,[redacted] for canceled orders and won't let me update my bank details. I moved all my crypto coins to my USDC wallet. The message in my account states that if I don't make a payment within 55 business days, they will sell some of my crypto to cover the cost. I don't understand why I have to pay for orders that were canceled by Coinbase citing insufficient funds when they were not even placed. I've already had $1,[redacted] taken. I've spoken to Wells Fargo, and they confirmed everything is in order on my financial side. I really need this matter resolved promptly.

Coinbase canceled my orders and is not accepting my Wells Fargo savings account information, claiming there are not enough funds, which is incorrect. The message in my account states that a payment is required for recent purchases, restricting my ability to trade or withdraw funds until resolved. If payment is not made within five business days, Coinbase will sell some of my crypto to cover it, amounting to $5,[redacted].00 USD. $1,[redacted].00 has already been taken from my Coinbase account, causing me to transfer the remaining crypto to my USDC wallet to prevent further losses. Fees were charged for all transfers, despite the canceled transactions. I have the necessary funds and need this issue resolved promptly as I am unable to access my money.
