Disappointing Experience... My purchase of 2 Fish & 2 fries resulted in cold food that seemed to have been microwaved in the bag. The fries were too hard to chew and not even warm. Despite eating it immediately, the meal was still cold. This has happened at least 3 times now when using the drive-thru, and each time the service has been slow and poor. It's disappointing that a big company like BK is failing to maintain food quality and service at this location. There are numerous negative reviews online about this particular branch, reflecting poorly on BK's commitment to good service and food quality.

I recently visited the Yakima, WA Burger King location on South 1st Street. My experience was quite disappointing. We waited for ten minutes and then noticed a sign saying to come in to order, but when we tried the door was locked, causing us to lose our spot in line. After finally placing my order for two ice cream cones and a water, the employee misunderstood and gave me plain ice cream in cups. When I asked for the correct order, she denied my initial request. The whole exchange was frustrating, and even when I went back for my change, the employee was unhelpful and seemed to have forgotten our prior interaction. I believe her name is Anna, but I cannot be sure. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially since I have been a customer at this location for years. I hope this feedback will be addressed and compensated accordingly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. David Kennedy

On the morning of May 20 around 7:30 a.m., I entered the drive-thru line to order breakfast for my family. I had a bad experience at Burger King in Baker, LA, about 3 months ago and swore off the chain. However, faced with a long line at McDonald's and only one car at Burger King, I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Despite trying to be understanding, I encountered attitude from the cashier, who I suspect is the manager. There were issues with my order for hash browns and croissant sandwiches, leading to confusion and further frustration. While the cashier seemed to correct the order, the overall experience left much to be desired. As a law enforcement officer, I value respect and clear communication, which I felt was lacking. The cashier's demeanor and handling of the situation made me reconsider ever returning to this Burger King or any other in the future.

I want to share a great experience I had with a lady at the food place. She was waiting in line with us, and when I mentioned they needed more workers because they were short-handed, she kindly explained she actually worked there and offered to help. She quickly got her food, then asked the manager if they needed her to come back in her uniform on her day off to lend a hand. She left to change and help as soon as she could. I wish I had caught her name around noon. We truly need more dedicated workers like her. She had short, dark hair and I just want to say how proud I am of her. We could definitely use more people like her in the world.

I want to share a wonderful encounter I had at a restaurant in Elkin, NC. A dedicated lady who worked there went above and beyond to help out when they were short-handed. Despite it being her day off, she offered to go home, change into her uniform, and come back to assist. Her selflessness and dedication are truly commendable. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she had short, dark hair. She is a shining example of a hardworking employee, and we need more people like her in the workforce. I wish I could personally thank her for her outstanding commitment.

Hello, my name is David and I work as a Door Dash delivery driver. Today at 6:15 p.m., I arrived at a drive-through in Carson City, Nevada. There were 4 cars ahead of me. After the first car was served, I had to wait for 30 minutes to receive the order. I finally delivered the order by 7:05 p.m. The customer later messaged me, mentioning that a significant amount of food was missing from the order, which was a large one. This is the second time in the past week that I have experienced such long wait times. Normally, I complete 15-20 deliveries a day and waiting for more than 5 minutes is unusual for me. It seems odd that with the daily drive-through traffic, the staff levels are not sufficient to meet the demand and competition. Thank you, David

I recently came across your new chicken ad focusing on light options. While I respect your business decisions, I found the reference to serving on Sundays quite offensive. It seems like a dig at Chick-fil-A for their Christian beliefs. This could be interpreted as an attack on all Christians, who make up the majority of Americans. I believe an apology is in order, or I will not hesitate to bring attention to this issue and discourage others from dining at BK.

Last night on 6/11/[redacted], I went through the drive-thru around 9:50 p.m. It was graduation night, and I used to work at this location, so I understand they were busy. My concern is when I reached the ordering point, I ordered about $40 worth of food, they repeated it back to me and provided a total. However, when I got to the window, the employee asked what I had ordered. They seemed unaware of my order, and at this point, they were closing in 2 minutes. The employee instructed me to hurry and go back around to reorder as they couldn't take my order at the window. Unfortunately, they had no record of my order. Although I didn't lose any money, I was disappointed as I really wanted Burger King, not McDonald's. Despite my frustration, I chose to leave and not cause a scene. I wanted to share my experience at the Burger King on Cleabourne Ave in Dublin, VA. I don't expect any compensation, but I wish I had taken note of the employee's name. This incident left me wondering how such situations could be avoided in the future. I felt compelled to bring this issue to your attention. Thank you for your time in reading about my experience. Have a nice day.

I recently visited the West Main St. location in Lexington, SC to redeem my rewards points. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the app as it did not display a barcode for scanning. The drive-thru attendant seemed unaware of the process, initially turning me away, and upon returning, provided unhelpful and impolite responses. This resulted in me leaving empty-handed. Additionally, I previously picked up an order for someone else, only to discover that a Whopper and fries were missing, despite being assured that everything was included. This experience, alongside consistently dried out meat and inadequately sized cheeseburger patties, has left me disappointed in the quality of the food at this location, previously my only choice despite its shortcomings.

I often visit B.K. due to my night shifts. On June 15, [redacted], around 11:30-11:45 PM at the B.K. located at [redacted] Cleveland St, Elyria, OH [redacted], my order was refused. I documented the incident by taking photos and a video. Subsequently, a black female in the passenger seat of a Ford Focus made threatening comments towards me. When I inquired about the owner of the Focus, they mentioned a person named Steve but refused to provide more details. Two days later, my car was shot at by a silver Ford Focus with missing license plates. I have evidence of these events but will follow legal counsel regarding the footage of the drive-by shooting. Despite raising prior complaints, the staff still refused to provide information. I observed the Ford Focus parked near the first drive-thru window. I am willing to share all evidence I have except for the shooting incident as per legal advice.

I've been a devoted fan of Burger King Whoppers for many years. Sadly, the closure of the one in my hometown led me to enjoy a Whopper whenever I visited a town with a Burger King. However, I recently learned about Burger King's shift to the left. Their promotion affecting Chick-fil-A, a place I've never patronized, with an LGBTQ campaign was disheartening, forcing me to have my final Whopper. It's disappointing to let go of a beloved burger due to the company's stance conflicting with Christian values. Perhaps corporations will realize that aligning with leftist ideologies may lead to backlash and alienate customers who don't wish to have political beliefs imposed on them. As a customer of over four decades, it's regrettable that Burger King's stance, not their products, has prompted me to stop being a customer. Sincerely, Roger R.

I have been a longtime fan of Burger King Whoppers. Sadly, my routine of enjoying them when visiting other towns due to my local store's closure is ending. Burger King's recent alignment with left-leaning views, particularly the LGBTQ promotion targeting Chick Fil-A, has led me to stop purchasing the Whoppers I once loved. This decision is difficult for me because of my years of loyalty to the burger, but I cannot support a company that conflicts with Christian values. I hope that eventually, public companies will realize that pushing political agendas can alienate customers. I have chosen to part ways with Burger King not due to their products but because of their actions. Regards, Roger R.

I have been a dedicated fan of Burger King Whoppers for many years. Unfortunately, my loyalty is waning due to recent knowledge of the company's left-leaning stance. The decision to promote LGBTQ rights, especially when targeting other establishments like Chick-fil-A, goes against my Christian beliefs. Despite my love for the Whopper, I can no longer support a company that pushes such political agendas. I hope that corporations understand the repercussions of alienating customers over their political views. It's disheartening to end a long-standing relationship with a favorite burger chain because of their actions rather than their products. I urge Burger King to reconsider their choices in order to retain customers like myself who value neutrality when dining out. Warm regards, R. R.

I recently learned that Burger King is supporting the Pride movement, including lesbian, queer, trans, and bisexual individuals. Some psychologists consider these behaviors to be immoral and a form of mental illness. When large companies like Burger King promote this, it can influence young people to mimic these behaviors, which is concerning. Allowing a child to undergo gender transitions is seen as body abuse. As a result, my friends and I have decided to no longer support Burger King in any way. While the Jr. Burger is tasty, once this news spreads, many will likely stop visiting. I hope Burger King reconsiders and steers away from these controversial issues. Sending you blessings, Busy Buzzy Bee.

Upon arriving at Burger King in La Mirada, California, I placed an order that included chicken juniors, bacon cheeseburgers, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, and value fries. The server repeated my order for accuracy, and I paid at the drive-through window. However, upon receiving my order, I realized that three value fries were missing. The server did not offer napkins, utensils, or condiments and did not confirm the completeness of the order. I have the receipt as proof of the purchase and witnesses who can attest to the missing items.

The local BK business seems to prioritize drive-thru and carryout, with a minimally staffed dining room lacking necessary items like napkins and condiments, even serving cold coffee. The in-store service staff primarily focuses on drive-thru customers, leaving the dine-in experience lacking at the Oakland, MD location. Despite the open dining room, the counter staff's attention is solely on drive-thru operations, making dine-in customers feel unwelcome. It appears that BK's focus is not on serving in-store dining, as evidenced by the lack of available amenities and customer service in the dining room.

On Friday, July 9th, [redacted], at 3:34 PM, I placed an order for $1.49, which was supposed to come with a free ice cream cone. However, when I asked the employee about it, she seemed unsure and did not provide the free item. I noticed that the ice cream machine was present, so she should have informed me if it was not in working condition. It felt unprofessional not to be transparent about the availability of the item. If the ice cream was unavailable, there should have been a clear notice about it. This incident occurred at the Burger King located at [redacted] Ft. Hamilton Parkway in Brooklyn, NY [redacted]. - David C.

I have encountered several issues with the evening management at the Burger King located on 6th St in Calumet Twp, MI. Despite their policy requiring masks, gloves, and dedicated trays for orders, the evening staff disregard these rules. The Evening Manager, 'Eve', was observed without proper hair restraint and fails to provide receipts without request. 'Eve' has been rude and inattentive, even leaving customers waiting at the drive-thru. Moreover, my orders are often incorrect, missing items, or requiring unnecessary waiting. 'Eve' insists on making customers wait for their orders to improve drive-thru times, even when there is no one else in line. These experiences have been frustrating and disappointing, and I question 'Eve's ability to handle her managerial responsibilities effectively.

I went to the Burger King on Tallmadge Avenue in Akron, Ohio with my wife to get three free Whopper value meals. One was supposed to have no tomato, one no lettuce, and one with extra onions. All three meals were supposed to come with onion rings instead of fries. However, when we received our order around noon, the sandwiches were not prepared correctly, and all three meals came with fries instead of the ordered onion rings. I called the restaurant at around 5 to address the issue, but the manager said I needed to return the food or she couldn't help. When I asked for a corporate contact, she hung up on me. I'm reaching out here to seek help in getting the correct order that I paid for.

We ordered the ultimate family bundle, but we were never asked about our drink preferences. The car ahead of us lingered in the drive-through, engaging in a lengthy chat with two female employees who seemed distracted by showing photos on a phone. Upon reaching the pick-up window after a 15-minute wait, we were ignored until a manager without a name tag instructed us to pull around. After waiting an additional 8 minutes, a young man handed us our food, yet there were no drinks included. The Whoppers tasted peculiar. The service was disappointing, with confusion and delays throughout our interaction. The experience took place at [redacted] Circleville, Ohio. Order was made at 9:56 PM, and the order number is [redacted].
